I would love some fruits for the breakfast! :)

I liked the place, nice looking place, nice staff and everything worked. But on our first night they had a firealarm on 4 am and had to evacuate the whole builing, so that was pretty exiting and the neighbourhood doesn't seem the most safest, but it's hamburg baby! Great place otherwise and good location cause the main railwaystation is right there! :)

abbastanza pulito.struttura nuova, organizzata e attrezzata. Personale super disponibile. Posizione perfetta a due passi dalla stazione

这家青旅非常不错呢，地理位置尤其佳，一出火车站就能看到，不担心迷路~

立地条件、サービス、部屋の質全て合格。快適に過ごせました！部屋についてるシャワールームはものすごく狭くて、服をきたり顔だけ洗ったりするのは困難だったけど、対して気になりませんでした。

ただホームページをみても、アクセス情報が微妙で中央駅を出たらすぐにわかるとしか書いてなくて実際すぐ見つかりますが、見つかるまではどきどきしていました。

どうせなら観光案内所方面に出ると書いてあってほしかった！

1人で、ドミトリーの女性専用部屋に泊まりました。ベットとベットの間もちゃんとしきられていて、携帯の充電もできます。

ホステルの場所わ駅からすぐ近く、

ホテルみたいに、大きいホステルで、スタッフの対応もしっかりしていて、満足です。

ハンブルグにくるならここがお勧めです！

Perfetto, posizione centrale (di fronte alla stazione) stanze pulite, staff giovane e disponibile, prezzi convenientissimi!

Very fun place.

Great hostel right across the Hauptbahnhof. Clean, stylish, friendly staff. The only problem - the cleaning team came to the room around 11 o'clock, waking me up, whereas it was written somewhere in their advertismets: "Sleep until 1pm".

We have just one problem because they made mistake with our booking, so instead a 4bed/bedroom we get the fist night a 8bed/bedroom and was really anoying, but the problem was solved for the second night. I recommend doble check your reservation by phone before you get there. The hostel was completly full, is normal that that kind of mistakes happend. I didn't like the 8bed/bedroom, but the smaller one was perfect and clean,it just was what we were expecting. Hostelsclub should write in the hostel profile that the towels are not included, so you have to brig yours or buy it there.

The staff we came across, in my opinion, was rude and impatient for our questions. I think the rest of the ranking pretty much reflects everything about Generator

War einfach nur gut. Service und Personal Spitze auch zu mir etwas älteren Frau. Dusche etwas schmal . Ich ab sofort immer wieder ev Zweier oder Viererzimmer . Facit. Sehr empfehlenswert

Bellissima esperienza in questo ostello, proprio di fronte alla stazione centrale di Amburgo.La città è splendida e il Generator Hostel si trova in ottima posizione per visitarla.Attraversando la strada ci si trova sia in un importante snodo della metropolitana sia alla fermata degli autobus (molto comodo per raggiungere l'aeroporto).Nonostante questo la zona è tranquillissima (io sono stata con una mia amica e siamo tornate sempre molto tardi usando la metro), fuori dalla movida ma a pochi minuti di metro da questa(ad Amburgo è aperta tutta la notte).Lo staff si è dimostrato cordialissimo, cambiandoci camera nel bel mezzo della notte per un diverbio con una compagna di camera ed è tutto veramente pulito.Non avrei potuto chiedere di meglio! Consigliatissimo

Muy lindo hostel, ubicado a unos 20 minutos del centro. De volver a Hamburgo no dudaría en reservar aquí.

The hostel has a good position and atmosphere but the materials (gardrope, soap, towel..) are not enough.

Tak for et fint ophold paa Generator. Synes at Jeres flotte og spändende hostel manler lidt personlighed, hviket nok er naturligt naar i tiltrökker saa mange forskellig kunder. Desuden virker personalet til at have saa travlt, at der ikke er tid til at vise overskud og give god service til kunderne.

it was all very nice,the position was perfect for every metro line or bus station.the club was very cool with good music.i liked the brekfast too.one of the guy at the reception was not very gentleman. (:P no problem) if i go again in hamburg,genertor is the perfect hostel.bye

駅のすぐそばでとても便利でした。部屋もシンプルですが、清潔にしてあるし、コストパフォーマンスはいいと思います。

すごく安いのにとてもキレイな建物で気持ちよく宿泊できました。スタッフは常に3人以上在席しており、対応も早く何でも相談できます。石けんやタオルは無いので持ち込み必須です。

It has been the perfect solution also for worker, everything was clean and pratic, the staff is kind and always available and the position is perfect... Thumbs up!!!

I really recommend this hostel to anybody!! It was clean, comfortable and cheap and the staff was very kind. I'll defintely look for it also in other cities. Enjoy!

Hbfのすぐ裏で建物の上に大きくホステル名が書いてあるので、場所が凄く分かりやすい！ホステル全体は綺麗だし、ロビーでwifiも使えたし、共用シャワーの水圧水温水量がパーフェクトでした！！ベッドもふかふかでどこのホステルよりも気持ちよく寝られました。しかも6人部屋で10€は安い！！ずっと泊まっていたかったです。本当におすすめのホステルです。

Leider gab es morgens um sieben Uhr in unserem Zimmer eine Lärmbelästigung, deren Ursprung auch nicht geklärt werden konnte, die uns eine Stunde vom Schlafen abhielt. Trotzde hatten wir viel Spaß, waren von dem absolut guten Preis beeindruckt und mit den Zimmer und dem Personal voll auf zufrieden!
