Chambre propre aucun confort pas de salle de bain juste un lavabo pas de serviette pas de WC privé et petit dejeuner tres cher que je n ai pas pris lit non confortable

旅馆规定里写着如果客人在24小时内取消预定或者直接没有出现 要扣掉一晚的房费。我由于紧急的情况未能入住旅馆 按照规定应该扣一晚的房费 但是这个旅馆扣掉我整整三晚的费用！也就是说我并未入住旅馆 确支付了全部的房费。这种黑店 大家千万不要去住！

Obiekt dla mało wymagających klientów. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko metro, ale i spacerem sporo można zobaczyć. Pokój bardzo mały, z aneksem łazienkowym, bo trudno było to nazwać łazienką :( Czysto, ciepło, wszystko OK.

NIESTETY po przybyciu był PROBLEM, zarezerwowany był pokój 2 osobowy z 2 łóżkami, w efekcie wciskali pokój 2 osobowy z 1 podwójnym łóżkiem, obsługa nie miała w ogóle ochoty rozmawiać na ten temat, jedna kobieta zbywała, wołała innego pana i tak w kółko, później powiedzieli że jak się dopłaci za każdą noc (dość sporo) to dadzą pokój zgodnie z wcześniejszą rezerwacją. Tutaj hotel otrzymuje duży NEGATYW !!!

La atención del personal no es nada amable, lo recomendaría solo para llegar a dormir la primer noche en París y después cambiarte a algún otro hotel.

Nice one not so far from center, good stuff.

Nice neighborhood. The hotel was really clean and pretty. The staff was very friendly and willing to help us out. I totally recommend it.

シャワー(１人９€？)とWifi(1H1€)は別料金なので使用していません。モンマルトルやムーランルージュに歩いていける距離なので１日観光で寝に帰るだけなら良いかと思います。お部屋の中はとても奇麗で暖かいです。テレビもあって快適です。

カードでの支払いを拒否され（機械がブロックされているとのこと）現金で払いました。

The principal advantage of the hotel is the location. It's so near to a metro estation and a supermarket, and a night bus line crosses near too.

nice area, a lot of shops and restaurants, close to a metro station and the center; only 15 minutes walking to the Moulin Rouge.

Basicially clean (we have seen only 1 spider during our 6-days stay) but one shower was molded.

Same price as a hostel but you've got more privacy.

Not rich facilities but of good quality for a reasonable price, pretty well located. Polite friendly personel. The only disadvantage is the absence of an elevator.

E' stata una bella esperienza, l'hotel ha un'ottima posizione in quanto vicinissima alla stazione metro, fondamentale per movimenti di qualsiasi genere. Le camere sono piccole ma non peccano di nulla. Ideale sopratutto per chi va a Parigi in vacanza e tornerà in hotel solo per lavarsi e dormire.

Excelente ubicación, a una cuadra del metro, personal muy atento y el cuarto siempre limpio. Lo recomiendo.

La verdad que las críticas que había leído sobre el hotel me sustaban un poco, pero en realidad era el alojamiento que estaba buscando. Económico y bien comunicado ya que tiene al lado metro y bus. Para gente joven mochilera perfecto. Recomiendo coger habitacion con ducha que por el precio merece la pena.

any hotel that has a rate for a room and shared bathroom then makes guests pay for showers on top of this price should be shut down for false advertising. Very not impressed with this set up. also the double bed was like a large single. Dont bother booking here if you value sleep, cleanliness and fresh towels/sheets.

Nice stay, basic place but good. Staff are friendly, good atmosphere. However it is not located near to central Paris, it was around 1 hour walk away

Very good for the travelers who want to see a lot in Paris. The Metro station next to the hotel. It is better to have a room with "not shared facilities", if possible:)

Из плюсов для меня только отзывчивые люди и хорошее расположение. Минусы: даже за деньги не могут дать чайник в пользование. В душевых(а их всего 2 на весь отель) некуда положить вещи, иногда идёт чуть тёплая вода, а чтобы дойти до душа нужно пройти 2 метра по неотапливаемой и, не имеющей крыши, часть отеля. В самих душевых тоже очень холодно. А я был в апреле)). Огромное отверстие в мойке: упасть может и кольцо и серьга беспрепятственно. Дёшево, но Очень сердито!

El hotel esta bien ubicado, el personal es simpatico, pero aunke los baños sean compartidos... podrian ser mejores y mas limpios la verdad, y las habitaciones mejor cuidadas.

I always visit this hotel when I am in Paris, now is renowated and nice as usually. The position is great in the heart of Montmartre and the staff is really helpful. I just love it!

Good, cheap hotel close to the metro station. Room was cleaned every day. I had TV in my room. Access to the internet was quite cheap. Overally, I recommend this hotel.

the location is really good, you have metro 30sec walking, and it's near sacre Couer and Moulin Rouge. The neighbourhood is ok, and you have a lot of services (bank, shops, supermarkets, restaurants...). Is also clean and warm. The only thing is that you have to pay the shower so it's better to book a room with private bathroom.

I was in a double room with WC. The room was nice and clean, the WC is very small but not bad. I don't know the other rooms how they are, but I know that you have to pay 2,50 € to have a shower in the commun WC if you don't have it the your room. The hotel is very close to the underground BROCHANT, so you can move easily. You can have breakfast for 6 euro more. WIFI 1 hour=1 euro. You can go, good relation price-quality.

If you want space to sleep for two people, dont go for a double bed. You will get a single bed and they will say its a double and try to get you in a more expensive room.

all staff speak very good english and are very helpful.tv is excellent.many good take-away food shops,metro and 3 bus lines.definitely enjoyed my 10 nights ! only wish i could have booked for longer with hotelsarea.com !

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Stanza piccola ma confortevole e pulita. Ci sono camere con bagno in comune o con bagno privato. E' strutturato su 4 piani senza ascensore quindi c'è da scarpinare un pò, in compenso è praticamente accanto alla fermata della metro 13. Zona tranquilla e comoda. Personale molto gentile. Nel complesso OK! CI tornerei!

Stayed 2 nights.

Plus: good price, close to subway, clean room, TV, ok staff.

Minus: shower $ extra, shared wc, BAD NEIGHBOURHOOD.

Total: OK to stay&sleep, NOT for couples or vacations.

Tha staff didn´t´give a good service. Amazing in the last day who we stay in this hostel. The recpcionist say that the price was more hight this day. In genearl we received bad sercice, as a costumer.

El hotel no es nada del otro mundo y las habitaciones son muy simples, pero por su ubicacion y el trato del personal yo lo recomiendo, para visitar paris esta muy bien y yo la proxima vez que vuelva pienso alojarme de nuevo alli
