Las habitaciones estan bien, el acceso por tren no es tan complicado pero si un poco retirado de la estación del metro, es incomodo para subir a las habitaciones de los pisos superiores, el personal fue muy amable y colaborador, el espacio es reducido por ser una casa adaptada como hostal, limpieza ysegurdidad buena

Nice budget hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is close to Metro stop and is about 2 metro stops away from Central railway station.

Even situated in the center but the nearest metro station is quite far away (about 1.5 km) so is better to use bus/tram if you have big luggage. Staff is kind but rooms/furnishing are in a pitiful condition. It's a pity because the bulding is beautiful from the outside and has really nice surroundings. The price requested on arrival is higher than shown when booking online and doesn't match room condition.

No pude ir a italia y cancele un día antes y me cobraron casi 70 € sin ir y cuando llamas no te dan explicación no te entienden ni el inglés que pena .

Die Betten waren ziemlich ungemüdlich. Es gab einen kleinen "Aufenthaltsraum", eine Art Wohnzimmer, wo wir haben nicht sitzen konnten weil die Hostelbesitzer und deren Freunde den ganzen Platz eingenommen hatten. Für eine Nacht ist es okay, für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich jedoch dort nicht mehr einchecken

I would go there again if it's cheaper. We didnt get to eat breakfast for 2 EUR because it was either too early or too late. Liked the balcony as it's convenient for smokers. In the bathroom there could be more hooks for bathrobe and staff, but cannot complain about the heating. I had to put my staff in a bidet. Overall neutral experience.

el hotel esta bueno,, en este momento estan remodelandolo para mejorar sus instalaciones,, asi que espero que para la proxima este mas lindo... en lo demas buena la limpieza, los chicos de la resepcion muy buena onda, y esta cerca de de una estacion de metro... muy buenooo

I made I mistake. I reserved a girls room and they told me I couldn't have which I understand and they didn't have another bed, so they sent me to another hotel which I still understand. But what I don't understand is why they still charged me on my credit card for a night I wasn't there.. Thieves.

Not only that the directions they gave were poor and it took me a lot of time to find the place, they didn't even save me a bed although I ordered it a month before. Apparently they forgot to treat my reservation and the hotel was fully booked, so I ended up searching for another place to stay in the streets because the man in the reception didn't even try to help me although it was his mistake. If you'll still choose this place just because it's cheap - I recommend that you at least call before you get there and check if they really saved a room for you, because the hotel is very far from the center.

The location was really good, calm and quiet, but not too far from the metro. The room looked like it needed a renovation (which i think was about to happen), but was otherwise clean. The shower lacked hot water at times, especially during the evening. The staff was friendly and we could easily upgrade our room from 3 persons to 4. Breakfast was ok, since it only costed 2 euro.

When I arrived the owner said the room wasn't available and he proposed a dorm of seven mix people at the same price I booked my room. Moreover the check-in was at 2 pm instead of 1pm as written on the website. The owner has never apologised. I am 27 and I have stayed in many hostels in Europe. This is the first time I have had problems.

The boss was very nice and helpful but not the staff. Location is good. Close to the main shopping street. The price is worth to stay.

No hot shower! we use only 1 bathroom for 14 or more puple and shower tank is only 70ml, I worry about winter!

No room expect on your bed. there are 7beds not 6beds without walking speace.

A déconseiller fortement ! En partie la formule auberge ! 7 personnes (au lieu de 6) dans une pièce minuscule, non conforme, lits collés, chambre mixte, aucune aération seulement des ventilateur pour respirer, un store toujours fermé car cassé. Salles de bain sales dès 10h. Une seule douche et WC (dans la même salle) pour tout un palier : plus d'une douzaine de personnes. Des travaux partout, rien est rangé, grosse déception et séjour très rude dans cet hôtel !

I think people are harsh critics, this place offers one of the best values for your money. There are no lock boxes but if your traveling with stuff that you can't afford to lose that is you mistake. Sleep with your wallet underneath your pillow. Sure the location is a far walk to the center but I enjoyed it and you can always take the metro. The hotel is on a gated street which was great for my Moro and it had a calmly family atmosphere. Some things to keep un mind are that the breakfast is first come first serve and I didn't wake up early enough, and the wifi would go in and out. Regardless the hotel exceeded my expectations and would be ideal for anyone looking for a quieter hostel experience.

Para empezar no es un hotel, es una especie de pensión o algo por el estilo con habitaciones compartidas.Sin ascensor, con una escaleras muy empinadas y llenas de muebles rotos puestos por todas las plantas,. Me encontré ropa sucia encima de las camas, calcetines y mas.No puedo contar mas porque me fuí de immediato. 300 € dos personas dos noches un robo.

not a place to spend the day but sufficient for a night. rooms were clean. looks like its partly in the process of being renovated. dont expect luxury and you will be fine.

No lo recomiendo en absoluto, para empezar un timo, nos cobraron 12 euros a mayores por dia... menos mal que solo nos quedamos uno... en segundo lugar la educacion del personal deja mucho que desear... OLVIDATE de guardar las maletas, no tienes taquilla, ni llave de la habitacion, ni te guardan las maletas si se lo pides... tienes los calzoncillos por que te los llevaste tu... y las habitaciones no han visto una escoba en años, ni las hormigas que se movian a sus anchas por la misma.

Personale molto disponibile; ottima posizione (vicina alla zona universitaria e al centro); zona tranquillissima e piacevole; camere ampie, calde, con la wireless inclusa nel prezzo. Davvero un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo!

The biggest problem was not working central heating and very low temperature in the room because window in the balcony was broken.We asked for changing room just after the arrival but employee of the hostel told us that central heating will start working later but it didnt. He also didnt agree to change our room next day, explaining that there are not empty rooms. Suprisingly after a lot of argueing he has found 2 empty rooms. The rooms were not ready when my friends and I arrived but everything is possible when you pay extra charge. We were asked to pay 10 euro more. I haven't received such servises as: TV , Telephone, Hair dryer, Iron, and Water Boiler for usage in room .What is more the staff is very unpleasant and water in the bathroom was cold. The hostel is well located, 15 minutes to the metro

Se cercate un prezzo basso questo è l'hotel che fa per voi, ma non vi aspettate molto. La pulizia viene comunque garantita. La colazione parte dalle 8.00 quindi chi si alza presto non può farla
