Nice budget hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is close to Metro stop and is about 2 metro stops away from Central railway station.

Even situated in the center but the nearest metro station is quite far away (about 1.5 km) so is better to use bus/tram if you have big luggage. Staff is kind but rooms/furnishing are in a pitiful condition. It's a pity because the bulding is beautiful from the outside and has really nice surroundings. The price requested on arrival is higher than shown when booking online and doesn't match room condition.

Nice people, and the hostel was clean, as the room, bath, etc. The location wasn't so near of the city downtown, but one can walk to the nearest subway entrance. The internet only work near to the reception desk, and it was a bad. Apart of this, I recommend the hostel!

I would go there again if it's cheaper. We didnt get to eat breakfast for 2 EUR because it was either too early or too late. Liked the balcony as it's convenient for smokers. In the bathroom there could be more hooks for bathrobe and staff, but cannot complain about the heating. I had to put my staff in a bidet. Overall neutral experience.

I made I mistake. I reserved a girls room and they told me I couldn't have which I understand and they didn't have another bed, so they sent me to another hotel which I still understand. But what I don't understand is why they still charged me on my credit card for a night I wasn't there.. Thieves.

Not only that the directions they gave were poor and it took me a lot of time to find the place, they didn't even save me a bed although I ordered it a month before. Apparently they forgot to treat my reservation and the hotel was fully booked, so I ended up searching for another place to stay in the streets because the man in the reception didn't even try to help me although it was his mistake. If you'll still choose this place just because it's cheap - I recommend that you at least call before you get there and check if they really saved a room for you, because the hotel is very far from the center.

The location was really good, calm and quiet, but not too far from the metro. The room looked like it needed a renovation (which i think was about to happen), but was otherwise clean. The shower lacked hot water at times, especially during the evening. The staff was friendly and we could easily upgrade our room from 3 persons to 4. Breakfast was ok, since it only costed 2 euro.

When I arrived the owner said the room wasn't available and he proposed a dorm of seven mix people at the same price I booked my room. Moreover the check-in was at 2 pm instead of 1pm as written on the website. The owner has never apologised. I am 27 and I have stayed in many hostels in Europe. This is the first time I have had problems.

No hot shower! we use only 1 bathroom for 14 or more puple and shower tank is only 70ml, I worry about winter!
No room expect on your bed. there are 7beds not 6beds without walking speace.
Not good view,you look many feculent around window befor see outside.
Wifi is free but sometimes stop.

I think people are harsh critics, this place offers one of the best values for your money. There are no lock boxes but if your traveling with stuff that you can't afford to lose that is you mistake. Sleep with your wallet underneath your pillow. Sure the location is a far walk to the center but I enjoyed it and you can always take the metro. The hotel is on a gated street which was great for my Moro and it had a calmly family atmosphere. Some things to keep un mind are that the breakfast is first come first serve and I didn't wake up early enough, and the wifi would go in and out. Regardless the hotel exceeded my expectations and would be ideal for anyone looking for a quieter hostel experience.

Far from metro station, room was clean but WC not too much. Breakfast (extra 2 euro) good for the price. Staff unfriendly. Don´t expect anything and it´ll be ok.

not a place to spend the day but sufficient for a night. rooms were clean. looks like its partly in the process of being renovated. dont expect luxury and you will be fine.

The biggest problem was not working central heating and very low temperature in the room because window in the balcony was broken.We asked for changing room just after the arrival but employee of the hostel told us that central heating will start working later but it didnt. He also didnt agree to change our room next day, explaining that there are not empty rooms. Suprisingly after a lot of argueing he has found 2 empty rooms. The rooms were not ready when my friends and I arrived but everything is possible when you pay extra charge. We were asked to pay 10 euro more. I haven't received such servises as: TV , Telephone, Hair dryer, Iron, and Water Boiler for usage in room .What is more the staff is very unpleasant and water in the bathroom was cold. The hostel is well located, 15 minutes to the metro

Ok hostel, small dorms (not 5 but 3 people). Extra charge for linen (3e pppn, so not too much) and clean towels. Shares building with low-key hotel.

There are ants, bugs and a lot of mosquitos.
Read carefully because they charge you towels of three euros if you dont send an email to cancel that service, the towels are mini so it is cheaper to buy one in the supermarket.

Possibly the worst hostel I've stayed in. No free internet or breakfast (as I believe was advertised), and the most unfriendly and rude staff I've ever encountered at a hostel.

no free access to the fridge the guy just took my food to store it and asked me when i want it back
he also took our passports for 20 minutes to make copy and i had to go for it on the leaving
also notice that you pay 3euro for towels.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The surroundings were calm, but the hallway creates a lot of noise, so not recommended for people who demand a really quiet environment. Breakfast was quite poor. The hotel was easy to reach by public transport, though you have to walk for 700m to the nearest metro stop.

The quality is really good, given how expensive it is. Rooms are fairly clean, there are nice bathrooms and the staff is friendly and helpful. They have a great terrace to chill on!

This time was alot better than last time. Last time the guy at the reception was a bit porky, the room were dirty with lot of dust, most stuff in the room was broken, dirty bathroom. This time I had another room that was clean, bathroom was nice and alot nicer guy at the reception.

Clean hostel in accesable location. However the Dorm we booked turned out to be a family room with a double bed counting as 2 dorm beds. Us being a couple we didn`t mind sleeping in the same bed, but some may not! And other guests also may be uncomfortable with the arrangement.

We had a pleasant staying with no major problems. In general, the room was clean, stuff was nice and kind, however some of them had some difficulties speaking English. During our stay there was once problem with hot water in bathroom.

The first day when we arrived at the hotel the weather was horrible and we hardly felt the heaters on. There was only a thin blanket which was not enough for the chilly nights.
It took a while when we realized how to connect our instruments into the plug because it wasn't the standard as in the EU.
It was quite noisy; there were always somebody who was speaking loudly in the night the walls were quite thin so we had heard everything.
Last night there was not hot water at all.

Postition a bit off city centre and all the "fun". But no problem when using the metro. Stayed a couple of nights in august = very hot at night. No AC but a table fan was provided. Not really enough to cool the room though. Else nothing crucial to complain about. F

The hotel is very basic but clean. All staff are very helpful and anxious to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel is located very central with a 5min metro-journey to the central station.
