Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We arrived and we were told we would be staying at another hotel, because this one had clearly been overbooked. "Same hotel" the man at reception would keep telling us despite the fact that it had a different name and different location. We were not told of this beforehand so that we could arrange other accommodation. The man at reception was incredibly rude, and just told us to find somewhere else to stay. He was also reluctant to refund the money that i had already paid, saying we hadn't paid anything. He eventually refunded us, but it was not the full amount. Luckily we were able to find something else last minute. This was a horrible introduction to our stay in venice, and we could not believe how unprofessional and rude a person could be. Do not stay here.

It is a very nice place to stay. The location is good, very close to the railway station and bus stop.

Reserve en este hotel pero cuando fui, nos cambiaron a otro hotel "Train B&B" donde no me dieron lo que reserve, una habitación con baño privado, la primera noche, amenazaron con desalojarme por no aceptar los 15 euros que me ofrecían por el percance. El personal maleducado. No vayan a ese lugar, de lo peor.

This is not a hotel. Wali the manager lied that he did not get the deposit, said the booking was only for one person instead of two and said his credit card machine did not work, insisted we pay cash and constantly made up excuses.
The bed had bed bugs and I was bitten numerous times. It left large lumps all over me. It was horrible been itchy during my vacation. When we approached him about the bugs he was fully aware of it. He claimed another room was clean and had no bugs but that room also had bed bugs.
I booked at Venice Vacation Hotel but when we got there is was called Alloggi Venice vacation. It is 2 buses away from Venice.
I would not recommended this place at all.

El hostal esta cerca de la estacion de tren, se llega por una calle bastante oscura, las instalaciones no son lo mejor, los banos son limpios pero las cobijas son sucias, esta bien si el precio es bastante bajo.

Muy cerca a la estación de tren de Mestre. Buena ubicación, atención extraordinario por parte de Ismael, su dueño, quien nos atendió con entusiasmo y amabilidad. Espacios cómodos para reparar energías y salir temprano a conocer Venecia. Bueno, bonito y barato, justo lo que necesitábamos.
