The Baxter is a uniquely crafted boutique hostel in the wonderful New Town district of Edinburg.

Dorm rooms range from 4-12 beds, and guests can choose from single sex or mixed. Every room is equipped with its own lockers to keep your luggage & private belongings safe. The hostel boasts of free WIFI throughout.

It's minutes away from Waverley Station and Princess Street: it boasts of an unbeatable locations with immediate access to Edinburgh’s Royal Mile and Castle.

Valid passport, European identity card or UK drivers license at check-in.

New Year 2014/2015 policy: bookings can be cancelled free of charge 7 days before the arrival date. If cancelled or modified less than 7 days prior to arrival the full booking will be charged.

Group Bookings: A Group is defined as a booking for 6 people or more or when booking an entire dorm.
The balance is due 21 working days before arrival.
For cancellation of a group booking we will need a notice period of 21 working days before the arrival date otherwise the full balance on the booking will be charged.
