New Year 2014/2015 policy: bookings can be cancelled free of charge 7 days before the arrival date. If cancelled or modified less than 7 days prior to arrival the full booking will be charged.
Group Bookings: A Group is defined as a booking for 6 people or more or when booking an entire dorm.
The balance is due 21 working days before arrival.
For cancellation of a group booking we will need a notice period of 21 working days before the arrival date otherwise the full balance on the booking will be charged.
