Это было ужасное пребывание в отеле!Отношение персонала хамское,издеваются над постояльцами, интернета не было трое суток,с менеджером связь только через сайт(интернета нет-издевались просто) или телефон(отличная идея в роуминге)-на месте его не было,жаловаться некому.На рецепшн мне заявили:мы тут за главных,жаловаться на нас можно только нам!И хихикают!Работать персонал не обучен, и я в ужасе от этих наглых работников(особенно Lucas на рецепшн,невоспитан,нагл),ничего не знающих и не помогающих гостям!Интернет предложили ловить в баре соседнего отеля,купив там питье!О вопросе,где взять горячую воду для чая,показали на платный кофейный аппарат в холле,зато скрыли,что есть кухня!На жалобу на испорченный отдых с семьей,предложили 15% скидки на следующую поездку! То есть,если я приеду одна, то,собственно,это будет около 5€! Каждый день,были проблемы и гадкое отношение персонала,я не могла получить ответ на мои вопросы.Например,попросила нож.Тот же Lucas,ответил:-5€!Я бы посмеялась,если бы он мне потом сказал,где находится кухня,но когда я уходила,он даже не соизволил меня позвать и обьяснить!!!Я не все описала,но проблемы были все 3 дня пребывания!Отношение к гостям очень плохое! Связи с менеджментом нет.А может,снова врали. Ужас!

Llegas al hostal y te encuentras en la zona de la recepción con restos de botellón. Los recepcionistas no se enteran, o no quieren aplicarte determinados descuentos por ejemplo el 10% por ciento para los estudiantes Erasmus. Las camas y las habitaciones bastante cómodas y limpias.

Only few words: dozen dozen dozen of bedbugs. I'm still full of bites. Only one guy of the staff helped us (a little). 60 euros/night to feed their bedbugs is too much. Horrible.

Бронировали номер для двоих. Душ/туалет в номере:чистый, просторный, есть мыло для рук, гель для душа, мощный напор горячей воды. Немного был неисправен слив в баке, иногда приходилось поправлять. Постель предоставлялась, полотенца для лица и тела тоже. В номере тепло, мягкая кровать и толстые одеяла. Большой шкаф, тумбочка при входе с зеркалом, небольшой столик и два стула. Над кроватью ночные лампы висят.

Стены тонкие, все слышно, так что лучше брать затычки для ушей, чтобы крепко спать.

В хостеле много посетителей, поэтому приходится ждать, пока кто-то из персонала даст кипяток для термос или продаст пиво. Кстати, разливное пиво было отменное!

Очень удобное месторасположение. Не самый приветливый персонал, скорее безразличный. В буфете, где проходит завтрак много муравьев. Очень плохо ловит wi-fi, особенно вечером, часто даже отключался.

Удобное расположения , возле вокзала .Удобные кровати , душ и интернет .Один минус доплата за белье 3 евро.Ночью были заезды других так что не очень удобно.На ресепшене мне распечатали бесплатно билеты , чем помогли .

I thought it was ridiculous to charge for sheets separately from the nightly rate, but otherwise the room was clean, and the staff was very helpful. It was a little difficult to find the location at first - I would suggest adding a note that we need to look for the sign and will need to go around the building to the directions that print with the confirmation.

el hostel se encuentra a pocos metros de la estacion central, lo q lo hace alejado del centro pero muy bien comunicado. el ambiente y el personal son agradables y tranquilos. la habitacion estuvo muy bien equipada con ducha y toilette privados en la habitacion para seis.

Otima localização. Hotel muito grande. Recepção muito atenciosa.

50 min to check in! Just two people at the reception. One discussing with the same guy for 50 min and the other serving pizza, coffee and taking care of guests (!?). I had maybe bad luck that evening. The rest was fine.

ルームキーの時期が弱くて数回フロントに行ったりWi-Fi環境不安定やったりエレベーター故障したり・・リネン代とカード支払いに手数料がかかるのが腑に落ちないけど部屋は快適。

Location is great, We arrived one day before our reservation, but the staff was so kind to make us keep our bags inside safty room. Although they charged us 3 euros for 2 bid sheets, But, the strange thing was we got a sensitivity from the beds and the room smell wasn't that good, but anyway we enjoyed it and I recommend it for short stay.

Fruehstueck wird ab 6 Uhr angeboten, das ist toll, gerade bei Weiterfluegen nach Riga - wie bei uns. Allerdings sollte auch der Kaffee ab 6 Uhr fertig sein, auf den wir dann gewartet haben und erst ein Stuff Mitglied darauf aufmerksam machen mussten.

Auberge de Jeunesse moderne et pratique, mais du fait de sa grandeur accueil très superficiel et incomplet.De plus nous avons eu à faire à 2 personnes ne comprenant pas bien l'anglais...

położenie - 20 min od starówki, duży moloch, duża rotacja, czysto, nowy budynek. polecam dla osób podróżujących samochodem - bezplatne parkowanie- oraz dla osób podróżujących koleją - tuż przy dworcu.

Hébergement efficace et intérieur contemporain. Par contre c'est un peu l'usine tellement la capacité d'accueil est importante. Le personnel ne comprend pas du tout le français et le niveau d'anglais est approximatif.

Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden mit Euren Angeboten, die wir gerne wieder nutzen wollen.

Dans cette hostel. Il n y a pas de drap et la location est assez cher et le petit dejeuner aussi.

The room is really nice and the stuff is good. I am satisfied with the hotel. But it was very noisy from 23:00 to 2:00, I didn't sleep well. Someone speaks loudly in the aisle and there is no one to stop them. Besides, I didn't know I should pay for the sheets before reservation and I printed my reservation but the reception didn't need it at all.

recomand cu incredere

Nunca limpiaron la habitación, además el check in es tardisisimo..a las 3 de la tarde cuando lo único que hacen es darte una cama sin sabanas? y el check out muy temprano...que les pasa, muchos viajeros llegan cansados con ganas de descansar y tienen que esperar hasta las tres de la tarde...me la pensaría en recomendarlos...

Buen ambiente en el hostel y en el bar de la ultima planta, habitaciones limpias con baños privados limpios. Dos problemas:

1. Por la noche dos gorilas pasan por los pasillos para que haga silencio (bastante estrictos).

2. La ubicación.

El sitio está bien, pero está a las afueras, es uno de los pocos hostel a en los que te hacen la cama todos los días y en relación calidad precio no esta nada mal. Le falta ambienté y es un poco aburrido en comparación con los demás hostels en los que he estado. No es un lugar donde se pueda conocer gente y entablar conversación con otros mochileros debido a su poco ambiente.

The hostel is very clean, the breakfast for 7 Euros is excellent. The staff was mostly friendly.

If you need Bedsheets and Towels they are not included and cost extra.

The lift really needs repair, it is too slow. Also, there is no possibility to store the lugguage before check-in and after check-out, even though there is a lugguage-room.

Also, it is impossible to call this location, without calling the centre in Berlin first, where they do not pick up the phone.
