Hostal Robles Cayo Hueso

Very hospitable place with helpful and friendly staff. The hostel is well located and is a great option for traveling on a tight budget with small rooms of 4 beds as their best option. Always clean, tidy and ready to help you with anything including accommodating my travelling bicycle. During my stay I noticed that guests were coming back to Robles Hostel after their travelling throughout Cuba so I guess that's significant.

This a great hostal if you are in a budget journey. More than the hostel, I bet you will have fun meeting more people locals and travelers.

Das Hostel liegt 20-25 Fussweg vom Capitolium und 10 Min vom Malecon entfernt und bietet dadurch en tolle Lage für Besichtigungen der Stadt! Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Tochter und eine andere Dame sprechen englisch. Es wird täglich sauber gemacht und das Bett liebevoll hergerichtet. Couches laden zum Chillen und quatschen ein. Räume haben Ventilator und Aircondition, sind zwar klein (für die Anzahl der Betten durchaus passend!) und dunkel, aber das stört nicht - man will ja die Stadt entdecken. Meist funktioniert das heiße Wasser, es gibt Seife und ein Handtuch für jeden. Absolut empfehlenswert, gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

Es sin duda alguna un hostal muy recomendado para cuando se quiere ir a Cuba, la atencion es muy buena, así como las personas, las habitaciones, la comida y todo lo necesario para la estadía

El hostal no lo recomiendo porque su personal es desatento, malgeniado y no presta la atención que un turista requiere al visitar un país desconocido

Mi amiga y yo estuvimos 3 noches, y desde el primer momento que entramos ni tan solo nos saludaron, no nos ayudaron en nada, en ningun lugar de Cuba nos hemos sentido tan mal tratadas. Además me cobraron de más, y a pesar de intentar razonar, la mujer se negó a escucharme, y por no discutir pagué y ya está.

Debo decir que la ubicación está bien, y el precio es muy barato. Hubieramos estado bien si no fuera por el pésimo trato que nos brindaron desde el primer dia.

I felt almost at home while staying at this hostel. Very friendly and comfortable environment, at 25mins walk from the heart of Habana Vieja. Gracias, familia!

Service and the room is ok for its price. But the male boss is dishonest. I had confirmed with the price for taxi to the airport for 20. When the taxi arrived, price became 30, 25. You did a good business

Good location, clean, cheap and without crowding. Well it has confirmation and calculated amount because the Cubans hard to solve the rest!

The family asked for more money than advertised, and overcharged for an airport taxi for a comission. The family do not speak any English and I found them very hostile/unfriendly as my Spanish was only passable. Water was completely out several times but the other guests made my stay memorable.

Esta súper bien ubicado y limpio, por el precio! Si regreso a Cuba me quedaría de nuevo ahí! Buena opción para llegar.

My friend and I (both girls) booked a 4-bed dorm for females only using this website.

When we got there they said we hadn't book any room. After waiting almost an hour sitting there, they said one could sleep in the males room and the other one in the females room.

they were the most unpleasant people I have ever met. Not nice or helpful AT ALL. very very very rude.

The door was locked most of the time so you have to knock multiple times and wait (once 10 minutes while it was raining) outside.

they came to our room every day at 7-7:30am to clean the bathroom making A LOT of noise that would wake us up.

At the end of our stay, they wanted to charge us more, even though we had already paid 10%. After they agreed with us not paying the 10%, they converted the EUR money to CUC the rate they wanted and in the end charged us more anyway (about 3$ more, which is not that much, but it's still unnecessary).

I wouldn't go back there. I was actually in Havana again after I did some travelling in Cuba and went to a different hostel.

Estuve hospedada tres dias al llegar a la Habana y uno mas antes de irme y no tuve ningun problema. El hostal cuenta con buena ubicacion y hay un parque en la esquina donde se puede tener acceso a internet.

En general me gusto mucho y mas el precio de la cama que fue de 7cuc x noche en una habitacion para 4 personas con baño.

Es tal cual aparece en internet,si regreso a la Habana me volveria a hospedar ahi.

El mismo dueño tiene dos hostales el primer dia que llegue fui a uno y fatal, sucio, mala atención, y hasta se inundo, no tenia lugar para guardar maleta, y el segundo dia me cambie a otro que tienen en calle escobar entre virtudes y animas y ese si fue genial! No parecian del mismo dueño, este si que lo recomiendo al 95% solo costaba 1CUC mas, y merece la pena, la atencion, la limpieza y todo super bien

It was an amazing hostel. The host family is very great and the area is good for backpackers. Here is the real Havana and not so much touristic stuff.

Stay here if you're on a budget. It may not be clean, comfortable or conveniently located, but it is cheap so you can spend your money enjoying Cuban life.

Very cheap, quite close to the city centre - 20 min walking. Quite secure=no keys of the room at all, hot water in the shower, water to drink is provided by the owner. Close to the hostel there is no place to eat. Air condition in the room is very strong if needed.

Nice hostel but don`t hope to have information about Cuba from the owners.

Friendly enough but didn't seem to have reservation when we arrived. Also, they weren't aware that we paid a deposit for our stay so had to pay extra.

This was one of the best hostels I've stayed at! The staff was super friendly and helpful (if you spoke any Spanish -- even minimal), and everyone staying here was respectful and friendly! I strongly recommend this place! Great value for the experience I had!

The hostel was very nice. The location is quiet. A 15 Min walk from Habana Vieja. The rooms are of decent size and always clean. Also the bathrooms were cleaned daily. The breakfast for 3CUC is huge with eggs, bread rolls, fruits, coffee and juice. The staff was very friendly and helpful and can always organise a collectivo or a casa particlar to/in other cities.

ottimo per alloggiare a L'Habana a un prezzo basso. situato vicino a internet point, vicino al vedado e cin Habana Vieja raggiungibile a piedi in 15 minuti, l'ostello è perfetto per passare qualche notte nella capitale, soprattutto se si viaggia soli

Staff speaks only Spanish and they were often checking us,not in a goog way.we couldn't cook without their assistance and when I was wigh my girlfriend in bedroom(for 8 people) someone always had come,takeout trash,turn on aircondition...

Estuve dos veces con esta maravillosa familia en su hostel y la verdad es que todo ha sido maravillas. Me guardaron la maleta, me hicieron sentir como en casa, me recomendaron y me ayudaron a preparar mi viaje en bici por la isla. Un sitio bonito y acogedor. Un abrazo a esa hermosa familia de Ángel, el Español que dio la vuelta a la isla en bici

旧市街中心部から歩いて２０分ほどとかなり遠いですが（ハバナ大学へは近いです）、男女別４人部屋の部屋は清潔で快適でした。シャワーは水しか出ませんが、ハバナではこれが標準なのでしょう。

朝ごはんは別払いで3CUCですが、とても新鮮なフルーツやアボカド、パンに目玉焼きなど、非常に満足しました。

Lack of hospitality from staff. I'm sure that better accomodation in this price range can be found.

Very nice place! If you are looking for a hostel: take this one. Great vibe, you meet nice people, not to far away from the center, good food, good price. I had a great time here!

Reinigung mehrmals täglich, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Betreiber. Gutes, billiges Essen. Lager direkt im Zentrum.

El hostal se encuentra muy bien localisado, entre Vedado, Habana Vieja y el Malecón, en una calle con muchas casas tradicionales. Los cuartos están un poco chico, pero bien aclimatisados. La limpieza está muy buena. El desayuno está grande y de buen valor. Preguntas de como moverse en Cuba, de tal y tal, se consigue bien en preguntando a los duenos en idioma espanol y inglès, o bien en informarse de los otros turistas en el hostal. Yo recomendo el hostal especialemente a todos que quieren encontrar companeros de viaje, para compartir taxis y salidas de noche en grupos de amigos.
