There are 99 steps from reception to rooms 11 - 14. Be careful when walking downwards, steps are quite narrow. Getting warm water for shower and water presure were not ok every morning. Bed was good.

The attention is only between 8 AM and 10 PM. If something happens at midnight theres no one to attend or inform you about nothing.
The room that they gave us was horrible, in the basement. There was no calefaction in the room, and it was freezing so I had to take by myself an eletric stove tha was at de dining room/kitchen. All the place is freeze, we felt like we where in the Antártica.
The breakfeast was awful: they don´t do a thing, they only heat the water and you get dehydrated coffee. There is a bread and give you opened and already use jam jars. No butter, no nothing.
The toilettes are very dirty: some of them don´t have sink for washing your hands. The bathroom is in another place, are too small and the one that is in de basement is a mortal trap: it has a folding door installed backwards without a handle from the inside, so if you close it you cant get out.
The location it´s no so bad. You have Cromwell Road that has places to go out to eat, but it´s far form the centre (Picadilly). The staff it´s so so. One of the girls was very cold and the other kind. But when asked a question, could not give me any answers. Also they were making arrangements in the hostel building and in the morning it was impossible to sleep. They didn´t cared about the people that was sleeping.

Very nice and helpful staff! The hostel has perfect location, less than 5 min walk to the underground. Our room was very well cleaned everyday and the blankets were warm. Thank you for a nice stay, we'll be coming back!

The staff was helpful and nice. The price was according to me well woth it. Location is brilliant, the room was clean, sheets and towels were clean. Bathrooms were alright aswell. Cleaning staff was working on the days. The Wifi was alrigt, a bit bad on the upper floors, but worked fine on the others. All in all, we had a good stay and as said, the price was well worth it. I'd recomend staying at cruzon house.

Néanmoins c'est très bien situé (à l'écart du centre mais très bien desservi ) dans un quartier très agréable et calme. On est en effet dans un quartier bien bourgeois, bien loin d'un Camdem Town, mais pratique pour se rentrer tranquillement.
Important: le petit déj est inclus! Certes modeste, mais c'est toujours ça!!

Very old hostel, totally messy with dirty smelly sheets in the cupboard. Not renovated at all. Quite cheap but still doesn't worth the trip. Very poor breakfast with moisty cornflakes and you are required to do your own dishes.

the only good point of this hostel was the position: really close to the underground and in a beautiful neighborhood.
But there were snales in our room what is very dirty. In the kitchen there is no saucepan or frying pan. And one of the two women of the staff is really unwelcoming.

sistemazione adeguata al prezzo della camera, camere piccole e non troppo pulite (così come il bagno) ma tutto sommato accettabili. la zona è sicura, tranquilla e fornitissima di locali e market24h. la colazione compresa nel prezzo è una bella cosa! in due parole, un ostello molto spartano ma funzionale e soprattutto economico.

No recomiendo bajo ningún concepto este hotel. Solo le salva la localización. La habitación que nos dieron estaba en un sótano lleno de humedad y la ducha muy sucia, incluso pelos en el lavabo del cuarto. AL día siguiente accedieron a cambiarnos de habitación. Las señoras colombianas de la limpieza, nos confirmaron que solo limpiaban dos horas al día para las 16 habitaciones del hotel y que el día antes hubo una inspección de control de pestes. Vamos, que esto en eSpaña sería impensable. La cocina del desayuno sucia. Creo que ni en la época de la postguerra ha habido hoteles tan sucios y abandonados.

El hotel esta en muy malas condiciones, el baño esta fatal, daba asco ducharse ahí,tiene moho por las esquinas.Las habitaciones muy pobres,el personal antipático y el desayuno que dice estar incluido solo es una bolsa de pan bimbo que tu misma tienes que tostar si quieres tomar tostadas.
He estado en muchos hoteles y en londres y este es el mas caro de todos los que he estado y el peor.

Estaba bien situado, la habitación privada era decente, pero no era una cama de matrimonio. La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia en las zonas comunes. La cocina no tenía utensilios para cocinar y el horno daba asco.Una de las recepcionistas era muy desagradable y maleducada,ni siquiera nos escuchaba. Muy mala experiencia. No recomendable.

It's an horrible place to stay even for a night! It is very dirty, dark and scary... The people is very rude and the services like breakfast and use of kitchen are not given as announced!! They are liers. It is a very bad hostel, the worst I have ever been!

Si vous pensez faire des économies en allant à Curzon, vous le regretterez car le service proposé n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur. L'hôtel est très mal entretenu: la moitié des lumières ne marchaient pas (donc wc et douche dans le noir), eau chaude intermittente (nous avons parfois dû attendre 1h): le minimum que l'on peut demander à une auberge de jeunesse n'y est pas. De plus, le personnel n'est pas vraiment sympathique et les cloisons entre les chambres sont très minces, bruit garanti.

Mi opinion un pena de hotel en un sitio inmejorable, lo peor la suciedad y el baño, la ducha se atascaba y caía en el piso de abajo, y lo mejor; la hubicacion, el precio, los desayunos incluidos y la cocina común. Ideal para jóvenes sin dinero y no aconsejable para tiquismiquis.

Ok, how should I start. First of all the location is perfect and the district is good and calm. But the hotel is nevertheless quite dirty and rooms are really lousy. Part of the staff are very nice but not every one. Hot water is a bonus. A good choice for those how are not going to spend lots of time in their hotel room.

The hotel was filthy, buts on the floor, the service after making our beds left the room unlocked for a couple of hours, had some problems with the locks, the receptionist after calling her through the phone and asking to come and help answered she cannnot and we had to manage ourselves, breakfast was late and the room very basic, nothing good can I write about it, I wouldn't recommend it even to my enemy.
