Great location,very nice room, toilet and shower outside but avaliable all the time.Very kind and nice staff, very helpfull. Averything you need is very close, supermarket, pizzeria, shops, restaurants.

Nous avons eu un super accueil et de bons conseils pour les visites. L’hôtel est très bien situé, à moins de 10 mins du centre historique de Florence.
Pas très bien insonorisé, mais très pratique. Pas de petit déj mais une mini cuisine à dispo (micro ondes, bouilloire, café, thé). On le conseille au jeune couple à petit budget comme nous :)

La ubicación es excelente y el sitio está bien, sin grandes pretensiones. Está limpio pero muy justito el baño. Los dueños son agradables y para comer hay muchos sitios en los alrededores donde comer o comprar comida a buen precio

La dueña es muy amable y diligente. Aunque la habitación no tenía TV, era bastante comfortable. Y lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación, cerca de la estación del tren, lejos del ruido, cerca del centro histórico.

Lo positivo: es la ubicacion y la atención de la recepcionista ya que siempre esta dispuesta a dar información que necesitas. Ademas el Hotel cuenta con heladera, microhondas y pava electrica para usar
Lo negativo: Es que no tiene ascensor y al estar en el 2° piso se hace muy dificil trasladar el equipaje. Ademas en baño es muy pequeño y muy incomodo para bañarse.

O hotel tem excelente localização, o unico problema foi a pessoa que me atendeu querer cobrar mais do que o valor fechado pelo Hostelsclub.

We suppose there was a misunderstanding: we just informed Lady Campbell that the current price for the room was different from the one she was paying (due to an oversight from our side) but we never asked the Lady to pay any extra money.

The host at Hotel Nella made us feel welcome! She was extremely helpful and spoke English very well. We picked the location because it was an easy walk from the train station.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile. L'hotel si trova vicino alla stazione e tutte le attrazioni sono raggiungibili a piedi. La stanza è semplice e minimalista,ideale per chi come noi deve solo dormirci.

El personal muy agradable y atento. El trato correcto. Dormitorio y baño limpios y con siempre bien de agua caliente.
Quedamos contentos con ellos y luego es un hotel muy cerca de la estación, comodo para el desplazamiento y al mismo tiempo muy bien comunicado y cercano a los sitios de interes. Gracias

La atencion es excelente, y para el albergue mas no se puede pedir, bano privado (chico) pero bueno, aire acondicionado y facilidades. La ubicacion tambien es espectacular. Con gusto volveria.

A great hostel!!! I had been there in August 2011 (a few days ago) and it was perfect. Very clean rooms, cool staff, wi-fi... all perfect. The best hostel in all my Interrail stay in Italy!!!

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo, y el dueño y la dueña, son muy hospitalarios y nos asesoraron a la perfeccio. La unica critica que tenemos es que la ducha es muy pequeña y cuesta mucho bañarse, ademas no tiene jabonera. Tamb ien, por el calor hay que dormir con las ventanas abiertas y se escucha mucho ruido de la gente que pasa por la calle a altas horas de la madrugada.

La proprietaria ė molto gentile e disponibilissima. Si ė informata se avevamo lasciato la macchina in un posto adatto, ci ha spiegato come raggiungere i posti più importanti e ci ha tenuto le valigie il giorno della partenza. L'hotel era molto pulito e la camera spaziosa. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo!

The hotel is really small and doesn't have any ammenities in it, but being close to the SM Novella train station and to the center of the city really gives it an excellent location and fun factor. Staff is very welcoming and helpful, giving tips and advice.

Lo recomiendo mucho, el personal es muy agradable y dispuesto a ayudarte en todo y además te recomiendan lugares que visitar. El lugar esta centrico, muy cerca de la estacion de tren y de la zona turistica. Es muy limpio y seguro. Lo unico malo es que las regaderas o al menos la de mi baño era muuy pequeña.

Localização é boa, a cerca de 5min a pé do centro histórico de Florença mas o hotel é muito básico e está situado num piso de um prédio não com muito bom aspecto. As camas eram pouco confortáveis.

O Hotel Nella foi de longe o melhor atendimento de toda nossa viagem pela Italia. A familia que administra com muito carinho, faz questão de nos receber e dar todas as dicas bacanas de Florença. Adoramos a Paola, a proprietaria do Hostel. Muito simpatica e sempre solicita para nos ajudar.
Sua localização é ótima, proxima ao terminal de trens.
Recomendamos sim!

el lugar es limpio, el personal te procura toda la informacion, como florecia es pequeño la ubicacion es buena pues a todos lados se llega a pie es un poco confuso llegar la primera vez pero el lugar es agradable desde el inicio.

It is not bed & breakfast, only bed - that's the most disappointing fact. Owners are kind and helpful, shower should be bigger. Quite a quiet place, as for place so close to the center

La signora dell'albergo è eccezionale, molto disponibile e al tempo stesso gentile.La pulizia della stanza e dell'albergo è ottima.La posizione è centralissima,5 minuti dalla stazione S.M.N. e dal centro(P.zza Duomo,mercati di San Lorenzo,P.zza della Signoria,ecc.).Lo consiglio vivamente!Michela da Roma

My friend and I stayed here for a night and the lady who owned the hotel was very helpful in giving us directions and tips on the must-see places in Florence as we only had about half a day to explore the entire city. The room that we booked was cheap and the hotel itself was very near to Santa Maria Novella so it was easy for us to get around. I would recommend this hotel for people who are looking for cheap and basic accomodation that is easily accessible.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, è comodo e ben tenuto, era esattamente quello che cercavamo. L'unica pecca la doccia da 60X60cm troppo piccola. per il resto ci siamo trovati molto bene e soprattutto i proprietari sono stati gentilissimi.

Guys, I highly recommend this hostel! The location is perfect! Right in the middle of the city. The people and staff are GREAT! Super helpful and always ready to serve you. The room is perfect, GREAT condition. Use it over and over and over again.

The hotel was great and the stuff was the best ever! Very nice and helpfull people, who give us very good types about the city! The only little problem was the size of the shower...very small! My husband bearlky fit in there! But except for that, it was everything great!
