The host at Hotel Nella made us feel welcome! She was extremely helpful and spoke English very well. We picked the location because it was an easy walk from the train station.

A great hostel!!! I had been there in August 2011 (a few days ago) and it was perfect. Very clean rooms, cool staff, wi-fi... all perfect. The best hostel in all my Interrail stay in Italy!!!

It is not bed & breakfast, only bed - that's the most disappointing fact. Owners are kind and helpful, shower should be bigger. Quite a quiet place, as for place so close to the center

My friend and I stayed here for a night and the lady who owned the hotel was very helpful in giving us directions and tips on the must-see places in Florence as we only had about half a day to explore the entire city. The room that we booked was cheap and the hotel itself was very near to Santa Maria Novella so it was easy for us to get around. I would recommend this hotel for people who are looking for cheap and basic accomodation that is easily accessible.

great, quiet hostel in center of town. maybe problem is parking space (20eur/day for garage servise).staff/owners is the best and very helpful!very clean place also. would definitely stay there again.

Guys, I highly recommend this hostel! The location is perfect! Right in the middle of the city. The people and staff are GREAT! Super helpful and always ready to serve you. The room is perfect, GREAT condition. Use it over and over and over again.

The hotel was great and the stuff was the best ever! Very nice and helpfull people, who give us very good types about the city! The only little problem was the size of the shower...very small! My husband bearlky fit in there! But except for that, it was everything great!

We loved Hotel Nella. Muhammed the manager was very professional and attentive. The only down side was that there was construction underneath, which woke us up early on two days. Otherwise we loved the hotel. It was a great price for the value. Thank you Nella!

Nice little hostel, few rooms, the owner is a good man. Quite clean, don't expect a big room or a big bath, but this is a good place for a short staying.

A very nice owner, its on the second floor, the second floor and room can be locked, its clean, basic, but everything is there what you need.

Great place to stay. Small room and bath, but clean and quiet. Close to the train station. When we arrived we were told there was a problem with our booking price and that we had to pay extra to stay, but we were able to work it out with the staff.

Good value for this money. Receptionist was very kind. Clean. Shower could be better.

Pretty cosy rooms, nice bathroom, very friendly staff, which helped us with luggage. Very nice place, the street is slightly noisy up to evening. The only problem might be small beds, but they have also bigger in some rooms. In our case they changed the rooms and we were very satisfied thith the whole 4 days stay. Narrow stairs, 2nd floor - problem when you have heavy baggage.

I would highly reccomend this hostel. Very clean and friendly. Free internet. Flexible access to the building. Feels safe and comfortable. Excellent rates too

The hostel is near the most important touristy areas in Florence. It is clean, I can recommend it.

Just in the center, and therefore a bit noisy. I had problems with mosquitos but the ratio quality/price was good. Nice people.

Friendly, professional, and helpful staff. Fantastic location (near buses, the station, sites and shopping)and great choice for a budget accomodation. Stayed there with my husband and child and would stay there again.

A well-located hotel with clean rooms. Staffs are very nice. They are very good guide of Florence. Generally speaking Hotel Nella is over my expectation!

The room is small but clean. Very noisy outside. The toilet facilities are terrible. The staffs are not friendly and helpful. Not as good as previous comments.

Stayed in a one bedroom room and have paid for mixed dorm two bedrooms.

Very clean. Satisfied !
