Il personale e` molto gentile e disponibile, camere pulite e spaziose. Unica pecca l`acqua calda non funziona e le camere sono freddine. Comunque altamente raccomandabile, ma copritevi per la notte!

primero la avenida palazzuolo esta complicada desde la estacion. el encargado veia una chica desnuda en la television y nos dio una calurosa bienvenida. nos dimos cuenta que teniamos la cortina abierta y seguramente todos nos vieron mientras dormias. Esta muy cool el hotel y hay una trattoria muy buena a 20 m.

hotel barato y elegante. Nos favorecieron con habitacion con baño privado sin haberlo reservado porque tenían disponible. El desayuno super completo y barato. El Barrio de medio pelo pero cerca del terminal lo que favorece mucho los gastos de transporte. recomendable 100%.

フィレンツェの駅からまあまあ近い路地にあります。
部屋は狭く朝飯無しですが、シャワーは狭くなくてWi-Fi無料はよかったです。
安いのでまた利用させていただくこともあるかと思います。

hotel gradevole nel complesso, ottima la posizione, molto centrale.
alquanto rumoroso durante le ore mattutine, gli addetti alla pulizia non sono molto discreti.
valutazione positiva se devi passarci una notte, ma alla lunga può essere fastidioso.

Vorteile: Gute Lage neben dem Bahnhof. Reception, Englisch.
Nachteile: die Lage ist trotzdem unsicher (Security). In Zimmern ist die Heizung nur durch AirCondition, lies: keine Heizung

This hotel is located just in the centre of the town, very easy to walk to the main attractions, many shops restaurants. There are many budget food shops within 100 M. , The staff are very friendly and helpful speak Italian and English. I got a room with a little balcony- it was an open air space where you can look into the sky at night. the room was made up everyday. There was a small television and wash sink in the room.Even it looked quite old but still very clean and comfortable. I am not sure if I fully understand the meaning of fun factor but for the way to I enjoy a hotel is not to be disturbing with noisy, people, smell, and whatsoever that will weak me up during the night, this hotel gave me what i want, so I would give 100 on it.
P.S. There is free WIFI!!
Overall, I had a good time in this hotel and will return again, recommended!!

Muy bien ubicado, el personal muy majo, te guaradn las maletas si te marchas por la tarde.
Recomendable mientras no te toque la habitación del patio (es algo húmeda).

Muy buen hostel, buena disposición, buena relación presio calidad y esta en un lugar bien ubicado, lo unico es que la calefacción no es muy buena. Lo recomendaría de todas maneras.

el hotel esta muy bien ubicado, muy limpio y el personal muy atento estuvimos 4 amigas en una habitacion para 4 con baño y estaba muy bien , fallo un poco la ducha que no desaguaba bien y se inundo un poco el baño pero recurrimos a uno de los comunitarios, solo pasamos una noche pero todo estupendo.

This one star hotel is 10-15 minutes walk to the centre of the city.
The reason of my choice was the cheep price (the cheepest I find at the time), but the hotel really was better that I exepted: clean, small, intimate. I didnt regret my choice.

El hotel está bastante bien, muy cerca de la estación y del centro de la ciudad. Las camas son algo incomodas pero el baño era muy grande y había aire acondicionado. Nos dieron toallas y limpiaban las habitaciones cada día. Está bastante bien!

A princípio a pessoa assusta porque tem que subir uma escada até a recepção que é pequena. O quarto é bom mas modesto para quem quer gastar pouco. O banheiro é limpo. Não tem café da manhã. Não vimos a área de internet, não sabemos se tem no hotel. Para passar a noite poucos dias está bom.

Recomiendo este hostal, porque primero que nada queda bien cerca de la estación de trenes SMN por lo cual es muy fácil llegar. El personal es muy amable y te ayuda en todo lo que necesites...si hubiera tenido mas tiempo en florencia, me hubiera quedado mas tiempo en ese hostal!

In general, I am very sastified with the hotel. It is a very nice hotel, quite near to the Florence main train station. The room is clean, but the shower place is quite small. One of the staff is too friendly, I am not used to it.

Staff molto gentille. Tutto pulito e tranquilo. Abbiamo avvuto una stanza senza bagno,e alla fine ci hanno dato una con il bagno in camera a pagare lo stesso.
