Vorteile: Gute Lage neben dem Bahnhof. Reception, Englisch.

Nachteile: die Lage ist trotzdem unsicher (Security). In Zimmern ist die Heizung nur durch AirCondition, lies: keine Heizung

It was so cold and at night, I couldn't use hot water while doing shower.

This hotel is located just in the centre of the town, very easy to walk to the main attractions, many shops restaurants. There are many budget food shops within 100 M. , The staff are very friendly and helpful speak Italian and English. I got a room with a little balcony- it was an open air space where you can look into the sky at night. the room was made up everyday. There was a small television and wash sink in the room.Even it looked quite old but still very clean and comfortable. I am not sure if I fully understand the meaning of fun factor but for the way to I enjoy a hotel is not to be disturbing with noisy, people, smell, and whatsoever that will weak me up during the night, this hotel gave me what i want, so I would give 100 on it.

P.S. There is free WIFI!!

Overall, I had a good time in this hotel and will return again, recommended!!

I was pleasantly surprised that a one star hotel is so well organized and so clean. The staff was extremely friendly and polite.

This one star hotel is 10-15 minutes walk to the centre of the city.

The reason of my choice was the cheep price (the cheepest I find at the time), but the hotel really was better that I exepted: clean, small, intimate. I didnt regret my choice.

In general, I am very sastified with the hotel. It is a very nice hotel, quite near to the Florence main train station. The room is clean, but the shower place is quite small. One of the staff is too friendly, I am not used to it.

The hotel was really cool, extremly nice for 15 euros. AMAZING!!! it was a clean hotel, perfectly located 5 min walk from the main train station. There are several places to eat next to it, and internet places and phone shops where you can call.

Clean, nice personnel, and in the very center of it. It is located a little bit outside the BIG touristy area, so grocery shop around and it's near the Arno.

Hotel Was within walking distance of most attractions. Was cleaqn and functional. Staff helpful.

Hotel is in an excellent position , close to main train station and all attraction,plenty of good restaurants around. Staff hardly speak English and not very helpful. Hotel cleaned daily, has telephone in a room, Tv etc. Will strongly recommend it to serious travellers on budget, keen on visiting Florence attractions on foot One cannnot go wrong with this hotel!

Very clean (room clenaned by service every day), good location (5 min walk from main train station, 15min from all historic attarins), Staff is very kind and helpfull (although doesn't speak very well I didn't have any problems in comunication). I recomend it to everyone

The common bathroom can be made better: in fact, when you have a shower, the water + shampoo spreads over the whole pavement. So I suggest to build a box in plastic.

very nice little hotel,close to the station,10 minute walk to the dome. rooms are clean, every day new towels :-) the receptionist always helps you and everybody is very nice. 100% recommendable

When you are backpacking position in crucial, this hotel y really close to he train station. Facilities are great and you are able to have a nice night of sleep, is really quiet. I would gladly return on my next trip. Internet cafés are right around the corner. Breakfast not included, but it was ok, 3 euros.

This Hotel has only one star, but is very beautiful and it's inviting.. so if you want to spend some days in Florence and you don't want to spend a lot of money is very good.In addittion, it's very good located, it's closer to the train station and the center of the city.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. Only the bathroom could be a little bit cleaner. But if you want a good & cheap hotel, this is the best one! We would stay there again.

Good position, not far from the centre of the City. Good for students or people who don't need a lot of accomodations. Quite near also to the main youth meeting points. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is nice and funny.

It was a nice room for a couple with a nice view.

The situation of the hotel was excellent only five miutes away from the train station.

The room was small, but clean and had his own charm. The people who worked there were perfectly friendly to us, they have 24hour reception but although always a smile on their lips. It was the best short trip we've ever had, but I'm sure we will come back and we will surely recommend this cute little hotel to our friends
