Hostel Colours

Not the greatest. The hostel is a little sketchy, for the price we payed I was expecting a little more. One blanket had hairs on it and there wasn't hot water in the shower. Also, when we made the booking it said we had free breakfast but the receptionist said it wasn't a thing!

Horrible, dirty and full of bed bugs. Bad staff do not go there.

Pessima esperienza. Per un errore dell'ostello e della piattaforma di prenotazioni, risultavano 2 prenotazioni a mio nome una per 2 letti (quella giusta) l'altra per un letto (quella sbagliata). Mi hanno fatto pagare anche per il letto in più che poi è risultato occupato da altri e, quindi, lo hanno rivenduto.

Pochissima serietà. Gli errori possono capitare a tutti, ma è la loro gestione che fa la differenza. Inquesto caso gestione pessima. A mai più.

Location is good, given that a subway station is very close, and staff were friendly and always met my requests. Having said that, the common area was very dirty, dust on furnitures, including chairs and desks, and same for floors. This must be improved.

NO LATE CHECK-IN FLEXIBILITY!

The most troubling thing for me was to check-in. They told me to contact them in case of coming late to check-in which I did because my flight from Germany got couple of hours delay and I arrived hostel at night. Even though I sent so many emails regarding saying that I am coming late, no one responded and when I finally came at night, there was no one who can open the door for me. I couldn’t enter the hostel/room. I had to search at that hour somewhere else to sleep in. It was really not a nice experience.

Regarding the hostel itself, the room was big and clean enough but bathroom was old and there was a smell that bothered me. But location is good and people in my room were so nice and friendly.

I can highly recommended this hostel! The inner design is really cozy and facilities are lovely. Staff are always ready to help. I was happy to stay at that place during my visit to Milan, thanks!

Очень понравился отель! Все чисто и очень уютно, большое интересное пространство для общения и можно приготовить любое свое блюдо, угостить друзей, есть все автоматы с продажей всей необходиомй еды и напитков, решены все вопросы и нужды туриста! Очень комфортное расположение - метро совсем рядом, и есть сосем за углом отличный супер маркет с большим выбором итальянской любимой еды, много кафе и баров вокруг - большой выбор где рядом отдохнуть! Удобные ванные в жилых комнатах! Мне все очень понравилось! И приветливый персонал!

Ho trovato il ragazzo alla reception molto disponibile ed accogliente. La pulizia era accettabile, bagno pulito e ambienti anche. Qualche riserva sui copriletti.Colazione preparata con molta cura anche se non di qualità. La sistemazione della stanza l'ho invece trovata un po' approssimativa(niente luce personale al letto e prese della corrente non proprio comode per tutti). Un riconoscimento quindi ai ragazzi che ho trovato a gestire l'ostello, e comunque per essere Milano, discreto rapporto qualità/prezzo.

It was an okayish experience for me. The person at the reception didn't know English and hence there was a communication gap. They charge 1euro extra for air conditioning, and another 2euros for city taxes. The breakfast was good.

Es bueno para ir por pocos dias, el aire acondicionado no funciona bien y t cobran por ello es lo unico defectuoso que le vi.

Reserve en frebrero por una noche y cuando fui me cobraron más del doble de lo marcado en la reserva porque era la final de la champions league de fútbol, y que no había ninguna reserva a mi nombre, que no conocía hostel club, que ellos trabajaban solo con hostelworld y booking... negándose a darme ningún tipo de ticket o factura.

It is nice. Near a metro station. The rooms where ok.

Bom hostel. Fica meio afastado do centro mas tem uma estação de metro bem perto. Servem um ótimo café da manhã. Tem uma instalação de lazer muito boa também, com mesas de jogos e computadores a disposição. Único ponto negativo é que não dispõem toalha, sabonete ou shampoo.

Loved this place! Rafael at front desk was super helpful, breakfast was nice and it was clean!! Staff friendly and helpful, close to metro, on a quiet street. Would recommend to anyone! Would stay again for sure! Breakfast is free :)

Lo staff è molto simpatico e disponibile e l'ostello è ben collegato tramite la metro verde fermata Lambrate e ci sono pizzerie e discount nei pressi, oltre che la colazione è inclusa nel prezzo, per quanto semplice ma soddisfacente. Tuttavia, la struttura è molto meno recente e curata di come sembri nelle foto, più altri piccoli limiti come la connessione non sempre funzionante, la lavanderia senza asse da stiro, letti a castello molto minimi e senza appoggia-panni per i vestiti. Inoltre nella hall non c'è finestra aperta per far circolare l'aria e fa davvero caldo. Nel generale direi che l'ostello è minimo, ma non pessimo e per il prezzo potrebbe essere sufficiente.

NOTA: L'ostello richiede 2 Euro per notte per la tassa di soggiorno, richiesta dal comune e non da loro. Inoltre chiede 5 Euro per la cauzione chiave che viene ridata alla fine.

The staff is very friendly and accomodating, and the hostel is well connected to the rest of the city through the green line of the tube, and the breakfast is included even though simple and satisfying. Nevertheless, the building is older than it seems in the picture and worse kept than it seems in the picture, plus some limits as the internet connection not well working, the laundry without an iron bord, bunk bed very poor and dress older. Plus there is not window to let air pass, and it get tremendously hot. Generally I daresay the hostel is minimal, but not detrimental to avoid.

NOTE: The hostel has to charge 2 Euros per night which is demanded by the municipality, it is not upon them. They more require 5 Euros as deposit for the key which is refunded.

We were so positively surprised! Very calm, clean and an awesome balcony. Great internet reception, even in the rooms. Very nice staff.

Vous êtes tous très accueillants et serviables.Vous êtes bien situé que le transport est facile. L'espace commun a été bien partagé et servi.

Il serait mieux que le hall (l'espace commune soit plus lumineux). Vous pourriez investir un peu plus dans le petit déjeuner.

Un point sur ma demande suite la personne qui a vomi sur son lit,la personne qui nettoye n'est pas venu à 8h.

Très mécontents: réservation 3 mois en avance et pas de chambre disponible à notre arrivée! solution trouvée: chambre dans un hôtel sans petit déjeuner donc obligés de revenir à hostel colour sous la pluie. Soi disant sans supplément de prix, finalement 140 euros au lieu des 122 prévus.

Good hostel,very clean, good people, there are a kitchen, a Xbox360 free use, an internet point and a very good breakfast. I'll return in this hostel

muito bom esse hostel. o melhor que eu já fiquei em toda Europa. supera todas as expectativas. desde a limpeza ate a simpatia. o café da manha muito bom. recomendo a todos.

quite old hostel. Tricky entrance door. Far from centre. No shops or cafes around. But still good place for 1-2 nights.

Das Hostel liegt nicht sehr zentral, das Zentrum ist allerdings gut per Metro/Bus zu erreichen. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und besonders die Aufenthaltsräume sind toll. Zimmer war ok, Bad nicht so sauber, allerdings in einem 8er Schlag verständlich/akzeptabel.

El único problema es que no está muy céntrico, pero no está mal.

El lugar esta en un lugar medio feo, pero por lo demas està muy bien, hay un minisuper en la esquina y una bar a una cuadra de ahi

Great place and clean

値段にみあったホステルです。

・徒歩3分くらいにスーパーもあり

・朝食は宿泊者に対して少なめの配膳であるように感じるが、補充はしている様子

・エスカレーターなし

・電飾されているので暗い路地でも見つけやすい

あえて悪い点をあげるならば、水場がひとまとまりなこと。トイレ、シャワー、洗面台が一緒なため若干気を使います。

fantastico ostello

few days after we left the hotel, i get an invoice billing related to broken objects that do not match the reality. Negative experience!

O lugar é "colorido", organizado, limpo e muito bem localizado. O pessoal é "caloroso" para com os turistas brasileiros - falam a nossa língua! Adorei e quero voltar.

The staff there are excellent and helpful!Very nice and young... They will give you as much information as possible on where to have happy hours (apperitivo), site-seeing and eat around hostel. Also include breakfast is really a plus, quite save money for backpackers . In-suite bathroom is good. Location is also good (just 5 mins from metro), 2 supermarkets around... I make friends from all around the world in the hostel. Will definitely come back to this hostel if have chance.

Carino e accogliente, anche il personale è molto gentile e cordiale!! forse qualche dettaglio è ancora da completare nelle camere ma credo che sia in fase di finitura perchè sembra tutto molto nuovo! inoltre a due passi dalla fermata della metro...lo consiglio molto!!

Insuperable. Todo muy bien. No esta en el centro,pero tienes una parada de metro y a la estacion central hay cuatro paradas.Hemos estado una noche,pero lo recomiendo tambien para larga estancia.Personal muy agradable.

（+）1泊しました。部屋もシャワールームもきれいでした。シャワーマットがあったのが嬉しかった。カウンターの人も、きちんとしている感じでした。

(-)駅から、かなり離れている。私は自転車でしたが、迷わずに行っても20分くらいかかりました。最初は迷ったので、1時間くらいかかりました。夜だと電気が少ないため（かなり暗い）、見落としや安全に注意してください。

The hotel ws good enough for a short stay... rooms are clean, staff are friendly and helpful... but, AC should be on the whole evening, especially summer time... but overall... niice place and very near to the metro station.

I spent two perfect nights in Milan. Thank you for that! Clean, nice people, air condition, perfect. I would totally recommend it.

The staff was very friendly and the place was really decorated and festive. The air conditioning did not work in our rooms and it was very hot downstairs in the common areas. The free breakfast was nice and it's located not too far from the center of the city. I would recommend this hostel.
