Consigliato ma lasciatemi una camera per quando dovrò tornare a Pisa.

I found it nice that the owner was already waiting for me, even that i came later than comumicated previously and it was almost midnigt. Room was very clean, nice furniture.

Não havia ninguém para me receber no momento do check in. Tive que ligar para a pessoa vir me atender. O check in que estava marcado para às 14h foi feito às 17h.

I spent 5 nights here over new year, and they didnt charge extra. The owners (mother&daughter) were lovely, and could not have been more agreeable. The 8/10 score is because there is no Reception. You phone, they come quicly. But I had no functioning phone, so I asked a favour of a nearby kiosk owner, about to close up, so what would I have done?? (Fixed fone problem next day in town). No breakfast tho (because of the Holidays). Also, no cooking facilities, despite website check-list. Advised them to amend this, but still, they made an exception for me and were MOST accommodating. Thank you for this. The problem is they had to close the kitchen because of untrustworthy and inconsiderate guests who did not clean up and abused the facilities. A common theme in hostels niwadays, depriving the rest of us from budget and useful cooking facilities on our travels. So Thanks to all the dirty, lazy people out there who make hostelkeepers and hostellers lives difficult.

Location: on main road, 15mins walk from centre. Nearby supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy &etc. free parking too, just alongside. Very convenient.

Will return and recommend. But-it is not quiet - you hear everything.

It was a mess, the personal never appear and we have to call them for answer

Bellissima villetta primi 900, tavolini fuori, bel giardino, bellissima mobilia anni 50, un po' decentrato ma ben collegato, rapp.to qualità prezzo insuperabile, staff simpatico e disponibile al quale però consiglierei di migliorare l'illuminazione degli ambienti comuni per valorizzare la bellezza del posto.

The rooms are nice, have charme, and everything was very clean.

The staff is generally out of house, so that means upon arriving one has to phone her first, then she is there within reasonably fast time, but ask all your questions straight away, because she will be gone quickly again.

We would have liked breakfast, on the reservation page it just said that breakfast cost that much per person, but not that it had to be ordered separately, nowhere to tick to order breakfast, so upon arrival we were told no breakfast for us, so that was quite disappointing and very unclear on the reservation page.

In the daytime buses stop straight in front of the house, with great connection, like mentioned in the confirmation mail, in the later evenings (after 9 pm) connections are a bit more complicated, and the bus drivers also can't help really, so clearer information from the hostel would be welcome.

I used to like this b&b very much that's why I booked it again when I plan to take my parents to visit Pisa.

However, it is totally a disaster!!! We found bed bugs on the beds!!! Can you imagine?? I paid 50euro for a B&b which do not offer breakfast and had bed bugs on beds!! We did not sleep at all!!

I called the landlady, she promised she would come within 10mints ,but actually we waited for at least 30mints and no one came, also no one answered the phone anymore.

This is the most terrible experience I have ever had.

I won't recommend anyone to live there! It is better to live on the street rather than bed bugs!

Hostel znajduje się w bardzo dogodnej lokalizacji przy samym dworcu kolejowym i 20 minut od wieży w kamienicy. Dość czysto jeśli chodzi o pościel i ręczniki oraz codzieny serwis. Pokój dwuosobowy z małym łóżkiem i jednym przykryciem.

Nicht emphelenswert. Schlechteste Unterkunft, die wir jemals hatten. Bei Ankunft war das Hostel geschlossen. Die hinterlassene Telefonnummer war nicht erreichbar. Nach einer Stunde kam ein Rückruf Die Besitzerin holte uns ab und brachte uns in eine Alternativunterkunft zwischen Bahnhof und Flughafen, die wir uns mit einem Dauergast teilten, weil das Hostel nicht nutzbar war. Wir mussten die Kurtaxe ein zweites Mal entrichten, es gab keine Bettwäsche und kein Frühstück, obwohl es bezahlt und gebucht war. Auf Nachfrage sagte man uns, es gäbe noch Cornflakes im Kühlschrank und wir sollten uns Milch kaufen.

Lo staff visiti altri B&B. Non si fa lunga strada con imbrogli e scorrettezze.

E' necessaria la sanificazione degli ambienti.

W nocy z poduszek wychodziły pluskwy,

które pokąsały nas. Nikomu nie mogę polecić tego miejsca, wręcz zachęcam do omijania. Dano nam pokój o niższym standardzie niż był zamawiany.

Super położenie i bardzo serdeczna właścicielka. Polecam bardzo gorąco ;)

La hostal es muy linda, limpia y sercana al estacion de trenes. Tiene todas las comodidades que se necesitan, el unico problema fue que no habia wifi pero la dueña se encargo de arreglar todo muy bien

The hostel looked really good, however, it was overbooked so the owner took us to a nearby 1 star hotel where we stayed for the night

Ci siamo trovati bene - staff cordiale e gentile sempre pronto a risolvere ogni inconveniente - lo consiglio vivamente.

Horrible! Please never stay. Didnt get the female dorm I booked for and was literally troubled at having to share a mixed room where the other guests didnt appear very decent. No breakfast provided.

El hostal es muy lindo,solo que cuando llegue no había quién me atendiera en recepción.

Le principal problème apriori pas visible, car les lieux sont propres, de cette auberge est la très probable présence de punaises de lit. Je n'ai pas été suffisamment prudente lorsque j'ai remarqué les taches façon encre noire (ce sont leurs excréments) et la petite tache de sang(lorsqu'elles sont écrasées), j'ai fermé les yeux d'autant plus que le matelas semblait propre. Bref j'ai été piquée de retour chez moi, et maintenant je dois m'en débarrasser ce qui est une véritable perte de temps (les punaises de lit sont cachées le jour et piquent la nuit) et d'argent. J'occupais la chambre à gauche de la sdb et WC en haut des escaliers lit double.

A éviter pour cette raison.

Aunque en teoría se puede pagar con tarjeta de crédito, a menudo "se avería" la línea telefónico, obligando a pagar en metálico. El desayuno es simple pero correcto, y el chico que lo prepara es simpático. En cambio, por parte de la gerencia hay dos caras, la amable y atenta (la señora) y la antipática e irrespetuosa (chica joven).

1 chambre de 4 octroyée dont 2 lits superposés au lieu de 2 chambres réservées. Salle de bains et WC communs à une autre chambre. B & B très bruyant

Nice and clean small hotel but on a very noisy and ugly street, every two minutes a plane is starting from the nearby airport. When we arrived, there was nobody there, nobody answered to our telephone call - an other couple of tourists was yet waiting for five hours -.

Breakfast is at a strict minimum, no fresh bread or rolls. Not to recommend.

I would not recommend this hotel because of the total disorder of the hotel organisation. I booked the room 3 months in advance, but when I arrived, the hotel was full. The receptionist did not speak proper English, was not on the reception desk. So finally I called her after 20 minutes waiting.

Super nette Besitzerin, Lage auch ok, bis zum schiefen Turm sind es ca. 15 Gehminuten. In der Nähe gibt es eine sehr zu empfehlende Pizzeria, welche Antonella auch immer empfiehlt. Bad war auch sauber.

Einziger Nachteil waren die Wanzen in meinem Bett...

Un Apartamento muy bonito limpio y acogedor, para nosotros que somos una familia de 4 estuvo muy bien, la Encargada estuvo pendiente de todo nos recibio e inclusive nos coloco su auto a la orden, laestacion cerca todo cerca y central, lo recomiendo ampliamente y si decido volver ya se donde llegar. gracias

Sauber und empfehlenswert, Zimmer und Bad sauber, Empfang freundlich, mit Gärten mit Tischen und Stühlen, etwas laut aufgrund der Nähe zum Flughafen, zum schiefen Turm sind wir ca 50 min geschlendert und haben dabei schon viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gesehen

bel posto, leggermente fuori ma non impossibile, sarebbe un bel posto inficiato solo dalla richiesta di pagamento in contanti...questo non mi è piaciuto, sicuro che non ci tornerò solo per questo motivo.

Trotz Reservierung mussten wir in ein Ersatzquartier, Appartement. Kein Frühstück,hätten wir uns selbst kochen müssen.

La gerente del B&B vive fuera, y hay que llamarla cada vez que se necesita algo. Además la reserva decía baño privado, pero no hay baños en habitaciones, son baños compartidos (alguno con llave privada, pero no me la dieron). Desayuno algo pobre y mejorable, aunque se puede tomar en el jardín tranquilamente.

Fair price and nice environment. The only drawback is te noise from the airplanes flying by. Breakfast is not worth the money.

L'ubicazione per il centro congressi è comoda.. Ma non esiste il parcheggio interno.. Nelle camere non c'è il bagno privato ma è in comune con un'altra stanza. Se non arrivi nell'orario stabilito non c'è nessuno alla "reception" ma devi attendere che arrivino dopo averli chiamati!

Avevo prenotato camera con bagno privato e invece il bagno è in comune con un'altra stanza. Lo staff è inesistente, come la colazione e la finestra da su una strada trafficatissima.

B&B is ok, nice place at good location. There is no private bathroom in this B&B. There is 1 bathroom per every 2 rooms, bathroom are clean and nearby rooms, but are not private. However I recommend this B&B

There is no such thing like private bathroom in this property. Bathroom is outside your room & available for other users as well. Shower needs to be repaired. Unexpected extra charge called „city tax” (2Euro/day/person)

No hay personal para atenderlo,hay que llamar por telefono para que vaya alguien a abrir con la consiguiente perdida de tiempo

Witam, polecam wszystkim hostel. Było nam tam bardzo miło. Lokalizacja znakomita, spacerkiem dotrzeć można do wszystkich folderowo znanych miejsc. Dziękujemy sympatycznej obsłudze lokalu za serdeczność.

The location can be a little hard to find at night, but just print out a map beforehand and you'll find it fine! It's about a30-40 minute walk from the Leaning Tower, and everything is pretty accessible. Also, there's a great pizza place just down the street. The place was absolutely great and the owner was amazing. They don't have a lot of change, so don't use too big of bills. I definitely recommend!

No está lejos del centro de la ciudad. Por dentro es muy bonito y respecto a la calidad-precio está muy bien. El desayuno no está incluido en el precio y la recepción para entrar es de 14:00 a 24:00 h

早饭是要钱的，去的晚了点就连一点泡面的热水都没有，只能姐水龙头里的洗漱热水喝，还是不怎么方便，虽然价格低，但是各种配套服务不咋滴，也就显得没啥优势了

THe place is amazing! We arrived late at night, much later than we promised and the staff was waiting for us! There were 5 of us. Of course we didn't have much space in one room. But still it was very nice and comfortable! I'd definetly recommend it!
