Very friendly and fun loving staffs. I really liked it

I spent 5 nights here over new year, and they didnt charge extra. The owners (mother&daughter) were lovely, and could not have been more agreeable. The 8/10 score is because there is no Reception. You phone, they come quicly. But I had no functioning phone, so I asked a favour of a nearby kiosk owner, about to close up, so what would I have done?? (Fixed fone problem next day in town). No breakfast tho (because of the Holidays). Also, no cooking facilities, despite website check-list. Advised them to amend this, but still, they made an exception for me and were MOST accommodating. Thank you for this. The problem is they had to close the kitchen because of untrustworthy and inconsiderate guests who did not clean up and abused the facilities. A common theme in hostels niwadays, depriving the rest of us from budget and useful cooking facilities on our travels. So Thanks to all the dirty, lazy people out there who make hostelkeepers and hostellers lives difficult.

Location: on main road, 15mins walk from centre. Nearby supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy &etc. free parking too, just alongside. Very convenient.

Will return and recommend. But-it is not quiet - you hear everything.

The rooms are nice, have charme, and everything was very clean.

The staff is generally out of house, so that means upon arriving one has to phone her first, then she is there within reasonably fast time, but ask all your questions straight away, because she will be gone quickly again.

We would have liked breakfast, on the reservation page it just said that breakfast cost that much per person, but not that it had to be ordered separately, nowhere to tick to order breakfast, so upon arrival we were told no breakfast for us, so that was quite disappointing and very unclear on the reservation page.

In the daytime buses stop straight in front of the house, with great connection, like mentioned in the confirmation mail, in the later evenings (after 9 pm) connections are a bit more complicated, and the bus drivers also can't help really, so clearer information from the hostel would be welcome.

I used to like this b&b very much that's why I booked it again when I plan to take my parents to visit Pisa.

However, it is totally a disaster!!! We found bed bugs on the beds!!! Can you imagine?? I paid 50euro for a B&b which do not offer breakfast and had bed bugs on beds!! We did not sleep at all!!

I called the landlady, she promised she would come within 10mints ,but actually we waited for at least 30mints and no one came, also no one answered the phone anymore.

This is the most terrible experience I have ever had.

I won't recommend anyone to live there! It is better to live on the street rather than bed bugs!

You can't imagine how disgusting it is when you saw the bugs moving on the bed

The hostel looked really good, however, it was overbooked so the owner took us to a nearby 1 star hotel where we stayed for the night

Horrible! Please never stay. Didnt get the female dorm I booked for and was literally troubled at having to share a mixed room where the other guests didnt appear very decent. No breakfast provided.

I would not recommend this hotel because of the total disorder of the hotel organisation. I booked the room 3 months in advance, but when I arrived, the hotel was full. The receptionist did not speak proper English, was not on the reception desk. So finally I called her after 20 minutes waiting.

Fair price and nice environment. The only drawback is te noise from the airplanes flying by. Breakfast is not worth the money.

B&B is ok, nice place at good location. There is no private bathroom in this B&B. There is 1 bathroom per every 2 rooms, bathroom are clean and nearby rooms, but are not private. However I recommend this B&B

There is no such thing like private bathroom in this property. Bathroom is outside your room & available for other users as well. Shower needs to be repaired. Unexpected extra charge called „city tax” (2Euro/day/person)

The location can be a little hard to find at night, but just print out a map beforehand and you'll find it fine! It's about a30-40 minute walk from the Leaning Tower, and everything is pretty accessible. Also, there's a great pizza place just down the street. The place was absolutely great and the owner was amazing. They don't have a lot of change, so don't use too big of bills. I definitely recommend!

THe place is amazing! We arrived late at night, much later than we promised and the staff was waiting for us! There were 5 of us. Of course we didn't have much space in one room. But still it was very nice and comfortable! I'd definetly recommend it!

Pros: lovely rooms; sweet hostel in general; very friendly staff.

Cons: it is about a 45-minute walk from the tower; there are no ensuite/private bathrooms as described, they are all shared.

Wi-fi didn't work most of the time. They dont't have rooms with private bathrooms - "private" means you get the key to the bathroom on a different floor - WTF?? Breakfast was VERY poor. Location is ok, however you still use buses. On bright side- the house is really nice and cosy and the guy form Phillipines serving breakfast was very nice and cute :)

A whole desaster!! The B&B was totally overbooked!!!

We got only one room without bathroom instead of two single rooms with bathroom, but had to pay the price!! But in contrast to another group staying there we were lucky - they booked 5 rooms and got only 2!!!

The whole thing doesn´t really seem to be reputable!!!

Very friendly staff. We arrived late, what was no problem. Nice garden, space for parking and close to the city (10 min. to walk). Great coffee for breakfast.

Awesome place to stay!! Don't look any further, well you can if you want but this place was great!

Although we were aware that check in at the guest house was not until 2pm we were disappointed that on our arrival at 12pm we were not able to leave our bags. We left our luggage at the train station and returned to the guest house at 5pm. On arrival we were then advised that our room had been allocated to someone else and we would now be staying at another apartment connected with welcome guest house. On arrival we were disappointed to find ourselves in a very dilapidated building conveniently placed close to the train station but almost uncomfortably close as the noise from the station was very loud. The bathroom and bedroom did not look as if they had been recently cleaned. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and there were no towels provided. The price that was initially agreed included breakfast and when we pointed this outwe were told that as we were now staying in an apartment we could make our own. We debated this with her for quite some time before she relented and agreed to discount the breakfast from the room price. The guest house owner was very friendly and chatty however we were left very disappointed with our stay.

I ordered room for 6 people and got four with extra beds, the owner did not survive fair, the bathroom had to be in the room and so unfortunately it was not.

Very nice and comfortable furnishing. Clean, polite. Little things I didnt like: only two sockets in need of repair in room, by check in need to wait for the owners in front of the house, still 15 mins to centre/station, most Italians speak NOTHING but Italian. Rest is very good! :)

its only a house and should not be called a hostel.

should accept card instead insist only cash as method payment. Booked for 6 but provided only for 5 with no explanation given and still had to pay for 6 people.

The room was lovely, with open beams, wooden furniture and colourful bedding. However, we did not see the manager of the B+B for the whole time we were staying there. When I phoned her to ask about breakfast, she said it was a bad time to call and hung up on me. The breakfast was very minimal - we were provided with a cup of coffee and a pack of dry toast, with no jam or other spreads, and some slightly soft biscuits.

B&B was lovely, very homely. Perfect for couples, families and friends who are looking to relax. Location is good, only 10 minute walk from the train station, a nice walk along the river to the tower. Important to note checkin tnme of 2pm is strict, I had to wait for over an hour as I was early.

The B&B is situated on a very busy main road. There was a big bathroom problem , so after 2 nights we had to change the room. There was no wardrobe to hang clothes, no hot water in the shower and the breakfast consisted of juice, coffee and pre-packaged sweet items. We would'n go back there

The room and the house was nice and clean and has a very good atmosphere.

OK, parking on the road, without breakfast if you leave before 8 o´clock.

The house is actually clean and very cozy. But one of the beds in courtyard room has bed bugs. It is actually clean but the head board is the problem, the bugs live in it. The owner is friendly. :)

Stayed here for 2 nights, with a total of 6 Adults. This B&B is very well sign posted & we walked from the Airport to our B&B in about 30mins. We had to phone a number when we arrived, so the owners could check us in (only a 5 min wait) All ok & paid cash on arrival. Had the biggest double bed you have ever seen (sleeps 3 apprently, which made us laugh - good job we are all friends) 1 bunk bed & a single put me up. We swapped things about but had a lovely nights sleep. (Note: you are under the flight path but that did not bother us) You can sit outside in the garden & there is a supermarket down the road, just a couple of streets away. All in all, great value for money & the shower was fabio (always a bonus) Would recommend if your a buget....

Great hostel, justwith out air condition its hard to stay in it on July

The place is great, very neat, comfortable and well organized. The location is good, a bit farther from Centro Storico than advertized, but close enough for a nice walk. The street is loud, though. Hard to sleep at night.

Friendly staff, their recommendations were very nice; the pizza place offered great food and service and Cinque Terre was one of the highlights of our holiday. Would return to this B&B may I visit Tuscany again.

Nothing less than a 100 is a fair ranking for this place...lovely place..well organized and the lady named Antonella is really cooperative and helping. I suggest this place for anyone visiting Pisa

We were really worried about going to this B & B because of trip advisor and the review but everything the review said was wrong it was excellent and the lady in charge was extremely nice.

The rooms were nicely furnished and a good size and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast. It would be useful to be able to leave bags on the day of departure until the afternoon.

A very nice, clean and cosy place. And not exspencive at all. We stayed there one night and was welcomed as if we had been there a million times before (and that at 01 in the morning!) I can highly recomed this place.

welcome bnb is one of the best bnb we ever stayed in.we have been 2 many countries n stayed in bnb n hostels but welcome is best so far.just couldnt ask 4 more.
