Art in Accommodation

First the good things:

Its in a good location and very cheap, you can get quickly to colosseum and the metro stations of vitorio emanuele and termini.

Now the bad things:

The hostel lacks any kind of decoration at all, its too bland, but well is a hostel so its not something really important (as a recomendation, a few paintings or plants would solve this a little and is not that difficult). I wouldnt say the walls are dirty, but they are not clean either. The staff was friendly but some times that we needed them they were not available (breakfast and check out). The showers were not in a good situation, they were not dirty, but the doors were usually broken and few water was coming out of it. The bed does too much noise, it creaks a lot and the matress is very thin. The main door was also in a very bad situation.

Overall:

It adjusts to the price. I think that if they solved that problems they would be a very good hostel. If you dont want much luxury and you are looking for somewhere to spend the night while you visit the city, this one is probably one of the best options.

Good location (close to metro, Termini, Colosseum, churches), but strange people and much litter on the neighbouring streets. Thin walls. Clean, but very modestly furnished room. Three bathrooms, all had moldy ceilings, water pressure and temperature problems, small towel. One croissant + one drink breakfast in a bar some hundred meters away. Friendly owner, staff. May be good for a short trip.

The place is not so clean but not dirty either, good enough for the price which actually is very cheap for Rome, good location because you can walk to the Colisseum (about 15 minutes) but the neirborghood is not so nice... The staff is SO nice and kind. I reccomend the place for maximum 3 nigths...

it's ok place to stay...

Close to city centrum, good breakfast, wifi, good price. Sometimes we had to wait for the shared bathroom (4 guest rooms, 2 bathrooms).

Good spot in city. Good breakfast= 1croissant 1drink at cafe around corner. Possible to change towels. Blinds on window. Friendly owner. Very noisy stay, thin walls (staff facetimes from 7am on). Moldy bathroom ceiling, no water pressure in shower, otherwise clean. Hairs on blanket. Sparely equipped (bed, desk, clothes peg) but okay for low price.

Почему нет оцеки ноль процентов, это же кошмар. Клопы, в этом идиотском хостеле клопы. Спать не возсожно!Куча пьянчуг и клопы всю ночь лезут из одеяла!!Персонала там нет, они все время спят, вай фая нет, кухни нет.А капуино из кафе я вообще отравилась. Испорченный отдых, одним словом

A éviter. Eau froide à la douche. Ménage à revoir. Chambre très simple (juste lit). Insectes dans la literie. Petit a déjeuner à 10min du logement et très sommaire. Beaucoup trop bruyant, en particulier bruits venant de la réception (dès 6h du matin). Cependant assez bien placé mais je ne recommande pas.

Muito bom. A localização e excelente para quem pretende conhecer a cidade e visitar monumentos. O atendimento foi de encontro com o que preconizei. Recomendo sem mais palavras e até uma próxima tour por Roma.

After receiving a warm welcome from Paulo we had 2 days with no hot water and no help form a very disinterested staff member. Just a shrug and another puff from her nasty smelling cigarette was all the help we got after requiring about the hot water problem. Seems like customers are just a nuisance to the support staff.

As advantages I can say only location (near to Colosseo) and that it was clean in the bathroom and outside the room. But no one changed our sheets and cleaned the room. Also no one told us about breakfast, we only read about it at home. Sometimes there was no hot water or if it was it was 100 degrees hot. Also we live right near the router so we had strong WiFi signal but it took, literally, hours to connect and often it didn't connect at all.

Don't really recommend this place.

But the owner is a very nice man.

I stayed 3 nights in this hostel and it was ok. First of all I had a separate apartment from the hostel, were we stayed basicly like in our home. You have there: kitchen with oven, fridge, private bathroom, with towels, but no soap and no toilet paper, clean sheets, air conditioning, TV, no WI-FI. If you want some place where nobody disturbs you, then this is the place. But, keep in mind, this is the private apartment. No one will came to clean the room while you're in. All in one I'll recomand this place.

La stanza era sporca, nel bagno mancano le tende. Stanza mai pulita durante la settimana e asciugamani mai cambiati. Lo sconsiglio anche per chi deve solo andare a dormire.

There is no reception. No one to ask about the room, no heating at all. 15 celsius in the roon. No one told us where can we take the breakfast. Clean enough in the room and quiet place.

Pro:

Posizione comoda rispetto l'uso della metro e servizi.

Personale gentile e disponibile.

Discreto livello di pulizia.

Contro:

Rumore notturno causa via e vai delle persone.

Acqua calda praticamente inesistente.

Accomodation cleaned, atencious staff, good location near to Victorio Emmanuele metro station. Only one complaim: the hot water doesn`t work well...always too hot or too cold.

удобное расположение и 2 отдельных ванных комнаты) на первый взгляд все чисто, но...в номере водятся какие-то мелкие жучки((( к тому же не удалось оставить вещи в день отъезда-с 10 до 21 нет администрации(

Hemos estado muy cómodos. La habitación estaba muy limpia y centrica

Nous avons y la bonne surprise d'obtenir un appartement indépendant au lieu d'une chambre avec salle de bain privative. Ce fut très appréciable. Paolo a été particulierement accueillant et serviable, malgré notre arrivée tardive due au retard de notre vol. Il a pris le temps (à 00h30) de nous indiquer comment nous rendre sur les différents site touristiques, comment le joindre en cas de problème... Seul vrai hic en fin de compte : la propreté de l'appartement.

I had little problem with Wifi on phone but it worked well on tablet.

Отличное расположение, очень приветливый парень на ресепшене, Пауло. Из минусов... нет холодильника и кухни, а так все очень даже хорошо

Ottima posizione, ma di scarsa qualità: pulizie quasi inesistenti , struttura vecchia e dismessa, proprietari assenti (non rispondono al telefono ma solo a mail), due bagni sempre occupati, doccia con acqua o caldissima o freddissima quindi non regolabile. Consigliabile solo se vi accontentate di poco o vi serve una soluzione per pochi pochi giorni nel centro di Roma.

The owner is kind and helpful, speaks english quite good, but unfortunately on the first day we met with a lady, who only speaks italian...that made communication quite difficult. First she only wanted to accept cash. The room was ok, but there is no air condition, no TV and the wifi signal was so weak that we were unable to use it. In the bathroom there were problems with warm water. The position is not bad, the subway and some good restaurants are not far.

La recepcionista muy antipatica y despreocupada. No hay limpieza diaria. La ubicación muy buena. Recomendado para B&B

Beh, devo dire che, posizione a parte, non ci siamo mai imbattuti in una soluzione peggiore...

Prima notte non dormito perché i vicini avevano la stanza invasa dalle cimici di materasso che li avevano punti...

L'aria condizionata NON c'è: c'è una venyola a soffitto.

Il wifi si connette raramente...

Economico ma... vedete voi!

Very nice hostel, very good Location and the owner was really friendly and helpful. If I go back to Rome I will defenetly choose again this hostel :)

Polecamy gorąco! Rewelacyjne położenie, właściciel sympatyczny i pomocny, ponad to bardzo dobrze mówi po angielsku. Łazienki mogły by być trochę czystsze ale to mało istotne przy takiej cenie Polecamy na 100%

The conditions in hostel was bad. Small rooms with metal beds. Breakfast was in another building far 1 km. Rooms very unpleasant.

Das Quartier war nett und für einen Kurzbesuch in Rom ausreichend. Aber die Sanitäranlagen waren eine Katastrophe: Völlig mit Urinstein verkrustetes Klo, Duschkabinenentüren kaputt,folglich Überschwemmung im Bad. eine Stufe zum Hochbett locker, dass man abstürzen kann...Mit einem Schraubenzieher und etwas Reinigungsmittel könnte man so eine schlechte Bewertung vermeiden.

We have spent a great time in Rome, it included our accomodation as well. It well positioned, staff is really nice, however only the owner speaks English, but he speaks quite well. Bathrooms were cleaned everyday. Only problem was with the shower, warm water sometimes comes sometimes does not.

Se non avete troppe pretese e vi piace uno staff disponibilissimo e una buona posizione a 100 metri da due fermate della metropolitana e a dieci minuti da Termini questa è la scelta che fa per voi! Vicinissimo alla Domus Aurea

Énormément de bruit. Pas de vitre à la fenêtre de la salle de bain donnant sur la fenêtre du voisin... Penser à fournir du papier toilette et du produit vaisselle dans l'appartement. Marches de l'escalier et petit muret de la mezzanine en très mauvais état, à réparer sous risque de chute périlleuse.

Réparer les portes coulissantes de la douche dans l'appartement. Sinon accueil agréable et bonne situation géographique.

Dobra lokalizacja i miły właściciel. O dziwo mówi bardzo zrozumiałym angielskim. Pomocny, wszystko co chcecie pokaże, opisze i wytłumaczy. W hostelu codziennie sprzątana łazienka i co drugi dzień pokój. Minusem są cienkie ściany(słychać rozmowy).

Very well located hostel around a 3 minute walk to the metro station and a 10-15 minute walk to the Central Station. Right next to the hostel is a small supermarket and many lovely restaurants. The staff was very helpful in answering all our questions. I highly recommend this place.

Aunque está cerca de la estación Términi, el trato es poco amable y el cuarto no es en la dirección de la reservación lo cual da desconfianza. el baño no tiene cortina y si tenía gotera.

MALISIMO EL LUGAR. NO LO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO. LA LIMPIEZA DE LOS CUARTOS NUNCA SE HIZO EN TODA NUESTRA ESTADIA, NI SIQUIERA CAMBIO DE TOALLAS. LA LIMPIEZA DE LOS BAÑOS, OBIVAMENTE FUE TAMBIEN DEFICIENTE. ESTA CATALOGADO COMO BED AND BREAKFAST, O AL MENOS ASI ESTABA EN EL MOMENTO EN QUE LO RESERVAMOS, ACLARO, QUE DE BED AND BREAKFAST NO TIENE ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA.

Location is very good,really close to metro station.Staffs are really nice. May be we were bitten by louses, but we are not sure.
