Bueno la verdad no se por donde empezar... me sentí engañado, las fotos de la web no correspondían con el hospedaje, el servicio fue inadecuado y pésimo, llegamos y la habitación estaba sucia sin hacer, los baños muy sucios y toda la estancia nunca entraron a limpiar, y el wc sin papel higiénico y no había nadie para pedirlo, en la reserva ofrecían desayuno el cual nunca tuvimos, nos ofrecían personal bilingüe y nada, lugar muy costoso para lo que es!!! no recomiendo este hospedaje; nada que ver con los hoteles y hospedajes de España.

The worst accomodation I ever had. Air conditioning didn't work, we just got a huge puddle under the bed from it. Also to get a shower was quite challanging, stream of water was very weak and cold.

This hostel is very homy and nice. The location is perfect for tourism. The personal is very kind and outgoing, was ready to help us with any problem. And of course the price is very law for such kind of place so I can really recommend it to people who wants to have a great vacation in Rome!

Cons:
- Church bells every hour over-night, closing the window didn't help.
- Non-working elevator at evening.
- Poorly communicating introvert-like staff, no staff present at night, no exchange of money, no proper reception desk, breakfast not satisfying, no safety box, non-secure simple-structured door key.
- We booked separate beds, but got a double bed instead!
- Dishonest impression among the staff in general.

The hotel staff are very nice and helpful, the hotel is located in a central position in Rome near to Rome Terminin Train Station, near to city center and a lot of sightseeing places.The hotel is clean and is provided with everything you need.

Great place for only sleeping and having breakfast. We rarely saw any of the staff, but they were there when needed, very kind and helpful. It's near the main metro station. We were out most of the time so I can't judge the atmosphere properly.

Все замечательно!были приятно удивлены уровнем обслуживания и комфортом за эти деньги!руководство откликалось на просьбы!все номера с видом на площадь, очень красиво!расположение оч удобное!вокруг все необходимое из магазинов, ресторанов, кафе и близко до любых достопримечательностей!Спасибо за наш отдых!

Bardzo miły i spokojny hostel praktycznie w centrum Rzymu. Komunikacja z lotniskiem super (6EUR)-5 minut od Termini.Duży market spożywczy obok.Właściciel bardzo uczynny i zorientowany.Bardzo polecamy.Wiola i Jarek

La habitacion estaba bien,limpio comodo,tranquilo,faltaba presion de agua para la ducha,pero por todo lo demas perfecto,la ubicacion muy buena pude visitar todo a pie aunque disponia de autobuses y metro,el personal no estaba nunca pero lo dejaban todo en orden, te dejaban las llaves.Seguro que volvere.

Pues la verdad es que nos gusto, la ubicación es perfecta (15 min andando del Coliseum,3min de la Estación Termini),limpieza Total y el precio es bueno ,seguro que volveremos. LO RECOMENDAMOS

Some confortable rooms you rent. Good for couples or young people that want to save money. Staff are never there, you have the keys. Good location, Nice bed, air condition. The breakfast is not real, dont count on it: just some industrial snacks. For us, we had Nice night of sleep After a big day walking in ancient rome.

Personale poco presente, ma disponibile su chiamata. La proprietaria parla e capisce poco l'italiano. Camere semplici e confortevoli con bagno in camera, tv, phon, bollitore per la prima colazione (fornita dal personale). Posizione e vista ottime. Nel complesso lo consigliamo.

Nice quiet room in an apartment block (not standard guesthouse). You need to call them when you arrive at the entrance as they don't stay on the property and need to bring the key etc. Room was pleasant with a great view onto the square & staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

This was a great quiet hostel with private rooms. Excellent view of the square, free maps, bathroom, closet, free wifi, close to Termini & sights. We wanted a quiet place to sleep so we could do sightseeing--not a place to meet other travelers. An excellent stay in Rome on a budget.

per chi non cerca confort e si accontenta di una camera per dormire è ottimo.è una camera in un appartamento al 5 piano. tutto nuovo e pulito a cinque min a piedi dalla stazione termini.

W centrum , czysto , miła obsługa ,ładny widok z okna , telewizor w pokoju dostęp do internetu mieszkałam w 3 os pokoju z łazienką, hostel na ostatnim pietrze ale jest winda

Es un lugar cómodo,limpio y bien ubicado, pero sugerimos cambiar las toallas cada día y ofrecer un desayuno un poco más copioso.
