The worst accomodation I ever had. Air conditioning didn't work, we just got a huge puddle under the bed from it. Also to get a shower was quite challanging, stream of water was very weak and cold.

This hostel is very homy and nice. The location is perfect for tourism. The personal is very kind and outgoing, was ready to help us with any problem. And of course the price is very law for such kind of place so I can really recommend it to people who wants to have a great vacation in Rome!

Cons:
- Church bells every hour over-night, closing the window didn't help.
- Non-working elevator at evening.
- Poorly communicating introvert-like staff, no staff present at night, no exchange of money, no proper reception desk, breakfast not satisfying, no safety box, non-secure simple-structured door key.
- We booked separate beds, but got a double bed instead!
- Dishonest impression among the staff in general.

The hotel staff are very nice and helpful, the hotel is located in a central position in Rome near to Rome Terminin Train Station, near to city center and a lot of sightseeing places.The hotel is clean and is provided with everything you need.

Great place for only sleeping and having breakfast. We rarely saw any of the staff, but they were there when needed, very kind and helpful. It's near the main metro station. We were out most of the time so I can't judge the atmosphere properly.

Some confortable rooms you rent. Good for couples or young people that want to save money. Staff are never there, you have the keys. Good location, Nice bed, air condition. The breakfast is not real, dont count on it: just some industrial snacks. For us, we had Nice night of sleep After a big day walking in ancient rome.

Nice quiet room in an apartment block (not standard guesthouse). You need to call them when you arrive at the entrance as they don't stay on the property and need to bring the key etc. Room was pleasant with a great view onto the square & staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

This was a great quiet hostel with private rooms. Excellent view of the square, free maps, bathroom, closet, free wifi, close to Termini & sights. We wanted a quiet place to sleep so we could do sightseeing--not a place to meet other travelers. An excellent stay in Rome on a budget.
