Bed and Breakfast Lady Florence

Tuve que dar de baja la reserva por malas referencias. No puedo opinar ya que no he estado.

I did have an amassing time in this accommodation location is perfect just the location you wanna be, clean and staff friendly I will definitely recommend too a friend

The location was amazing. A very short walk from the Duomo. When I checked in, the staff was really friendly and took a lot of time to orient me and point out things that I should do. The rooms were basic but fine, although there was a lot of late night and then early morning (5 a.m.) noise, but that's not the hostel's fault. My only complaint about the hostel was that they did not return promptly for their afternoon office hours. I had checked out and left my luggage there, and returned to pick it up in time to catch my train. Despite me getting them to fervently promise to reopen on time, the second shift guy was extremely late. Actually, I don't think he would have come at all if I had not gotten the cell phone number of the first staff member and sent repeated frantic calls and texts. When the guy arrived, he was unapologetic and unsympathetic, and told me I'd be fine for my train. I hurried the whole way to the train station and only barely caught my train. A lot of unnecessary additional stress.

場所は駅からさほど遠くなく、観光スポットに程近いので非常に便利でした。ただ宿としては使いにくかったかなと思い過ます。八人部屋ドミトリーでしたが、ベッドが軋みすぎて気を使います。コンセントの数も少なく、大きなカバンを置くスペースもあまりありませんでした。

私たちの滞在中にいくつかトラブルが起きたのですが、対応が雑でした。私達には直接被害はありませんでしたが、トラブルの直接の関係者だった人たちは本当に苦労したと思います。スタッフたちは良い人たちではあるのですが、そうした時の対応力に関してはあまりなさそうでした。部屋の暖房も壊れており、朝５時には寒くて目が覚めてしまいました(笑)

安いホステルにはたまにあることなので、最低！とは思いませんが、もし次回フィレンツェに滞在するときな別のホステルを探すと思います。

Structure requires a renewal but it is a real large florentine mansion. It is to be preferred expecially because of its central central position and availabilty of staff.

Bien ubicado, los que nos atendieron se portaron muy bien, los servicios bien, lo único malo es que solo había 2 baños para todos, pero esta bien por el precio y el servicio.

sorry but rooms not comfortable. on reseption no one -menedger always some where and people ringing in bell houres to get inside. rubish taking out one per 2-3 days - so in kitchen was stinging. carpets in bathrooms always nwet and derty. and i did not get any resivs (paper) what i paid money..

Ostello a due passi dal duomo, con due bagni sempre puliti e una grande cucina a disposizione. Unica pecca i letti: sono scomodi e le lenzuola avevano un cattivo odore; inoltre senza il lenzuolo di sopra si è a contatto diretto con la coperta che, ovviamente, non viene lavata a ogni nuovo arrivo. In ogni caso, visti prezzo e posizione, vale la pena sceglierlo (basta portare lenzuola proprie)!

Il mio soggiorno alla "Maison" è stato assolutamente positivo: cordiale e disponibile lo staff, posizione strategica con tutto a portata di mano, pulizia buona con cucina a disposizione degli ospiti che diventa quindi il luogo di maggiore socializzazione, mancando una zona living della quale tuttavia non si sente la necessità. Ho incontrato persone interessanti, educate e rispettose, solo il sabato si era creata una situazione di maggiore confusione e rumore, ma si sa che i week-ends sono più a rischio per chi cerca soluzioni di maggiore relax; ad ogni modo in un ipotetico prox soggiorno fiorentino saprò già dove andare.

午前中を担当しているらしいスタッフはとても親切でした。日本人スタッフはいないような感じです。

エレベーターがない事と、通り沿いなので多少騒音が気になるのが難点ですが、キッチン・トイレ・シャワーは清潔で使いやすかったです。

Wir waren in einem 10er Schlafsaal untergebracht. Das Hostel liegt sehr zentral - man sieht den Dom aus dem Fenster und dahin zu laufen braucht man 5 Minuten. Der Staff ist jung und freundlich. Ist vllt nicht ganz sauber, aber die Zimmer haben noch originalen Stuck an der Decke. Die Küche ist frei zugänglich - nur das Frühstück muss man sich selbst kaufen und dann mit den Namen versehen in den Kühlschrank verstauen. Auf solchen Reisen ist es sehr praktisch wenn man eine Küche zum Kochen hat.

Da viele junge Leute in Hostels übernachten - darf man nicht erwarten, dass es die ganze Nacht über ruhig ist und man im Schlaf nicht mal aufwacht. Aber für die Lage war der Preis und die Unterkunft perfekt.

料金も安く、スタッフも良く、立地も良く、風通しのいい雰囲気のいいホステルでした。イタリアで9件のホステルとホテルに泊まりましたが私の感想としては一番良かったです。是非とも機会があればまた宿泊したいと思います。

駅から徒歩１０分程度。バスを使う必要はない。Cavour通りについたら、番地番号を参考にすればすぐに見つかる。

私は会わなかったが、日本人スタッフがいるようで、他のスタッフも日本人に対してすごく友好的。宿泊客の日本人率も高い。

Wi-Fiは部屋でも繋がり、パソコンも一台設置してある。キッチンも使えるので、自炊も可能。

シャワールームは２つあり、お湯も

水圧も安定していた。

I was angry that the information on the webpage is false. There is NO breakfast included. Another thing. Guy in reception never knows which bed is free and it happened 3 times with my bed that I or somebody else had to move his stuff.

The place is very nice especially the staff. They are very accommodating and friendly.

Es un hostal pequeño, tiene lo básico y para el precio está bien. Las paredes son un poco delgadas por lo que a veces es difícil dormir y hay poco baños. Pero en general mi experiencia fue buena.

I thought that the hostel was in a great location-steps from the Duomo. But it smelled horrible! The second night we came back and people were sleeping in our beds so there were not enough beds for all of us to sleep alone so we had to cram together. We tried to talk to the staff and explain our situation but he offered zero advice when we should have gotten our money back because we didn't have individual beds.

FATAL.el hostal no confirmó la reserva y nos ignoró por completo hasta que insistimos demasiado y nos buscó una habitación de 10 camas para 12 personas, no habia camas para todos,no teniamos desayuno y tuvimos que pagar el precio de 12 para una habitacion de 10.

It is really nice hostel, we had a really great time. Yuri =the best :)

The guy was really helpful telling me where was good to go in Florence :)

It's very clean and the employees are friendly and very helpful. There are a lot of stairs but it's worth it since it's only 2 blocks from the Duomo and about the same from the museum with David. I'd stay there again.

私が英語が下手であきれたのか、オーナーの対応が最悪でした。はじめは歓迎してくれたけれど、最後はほぼ無視の状態でした。あと犬がいるで荷物とか服とか気をつけないと大変です。場所は良かったです。シャワートイレは清潔でしたが、ベットはあまり清潔な感じがしませんでした。

el dueño era majo, me dio muy buena informacion, pero no paraba de fumar aun cuando estabas desayunando, x decir desayuno, el pan de molde a lo natural no tenia tostador, y cuando le pedi azucar que no tenia, le ultimo dia solo eramos dos chicos y no puso la calefacion... en fin...no lo recomiendo...

Lorenzo, the owner of La Maison lives there. He cooks dinner for all the guests, who when I was there, were all 18-22ish. Very delicious too! He is very friendly and knows English (thick accent tho), Italian, and Spanish (and maybe more)! It was a very friendly place, laid back and nice. There is a common room where you can go during the day and at night and meet the people to stay with. The rooms were okay; typical hostel room with 5-6 beds. Lorenzo has two dogs: both are very nice and greet you at the door by sniffing at your feet.

I recommend this place if you are looking for a simple place for a good price and good fun.

Posto molto bello, ben organizzato, simpatico ed informale. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Peccato le bande di adolescenti scatenati che spesso lo frequentano disturbando la quiete di chi vuole dormire perchè il giorno dopo vuole alzarsi presto.

Muy bueno, atencion excelente. Es bueno encontar alguien cordial en este tipo de alojamiento. El lugar amplio y confortable (muy distonto a otros hostales)

Only stayed for one night but Lorenzo was very nice! His dog was so cute, too! La Maison was within walking distance of everything, the uffizi, accademia etc. Definitely recommend for someone staying in Florence.

Nous avons été un groupe de trois amies à passer par chez Lorenzo, pour cinq jours.

L'accueil a été chaleureux, les pâtes délicieuses. Le séjour a été tout simplement génial.

Uno de los mejores hostales en los que me he quedado. Lorenzo (el dueño) es super amable, te sientes como en casa y es un ambiente como familiar. Me encantó, lo recomiendo totalmente.

Cannot say enough about this place. Highly recommended. Owner is super nice and will cook you a homemade dinner and breakfast. It's small and quaint yet still filled with fun travelers.

Gran sitio para estar, Lorenzo crea un ambiente casero y familiar entre toda la gente alojada, incluso con la compañia de un cariñoso perro (que trata de colarse en la habitación).

Limpio, excelentemente situado en el centro pero pudiendo abrir la ventana sin que te arroye el barullo,gran cantidad de gente joven de alrededor del mundo. Volveria (y volvere)

Bagni pulitissimi, camera carina anche se le molle del letto fanno un po' di rumore.Posizione perfetta,tranne il rumore delle ambulanze la notte.Personale disponibile,peccato per i peli di cane ovunque e la poca organizzazione che ha creato un paio di disguidi..oltre che i 79 scalini senza ascensore!lo consiglio dai, ci si sente a casa

Great place for young people if they don't mind cigarette smoke and wine.

Se dovessi ritornare a Firenze sceglierei un'altra volta questo b&b!ci saimo trovati benissimo!
