posto brutto , persone poco cortese , un hotel spiacevolissimo

Удобное расположение. хороший персонал. по приезду поменялась комплектация комеров но не в худшую а в лучшую сторону. взяли столько денег на сколько бронировали. в общем судя по тому сколько стоит я всем довольна и всем советую.

Close to central station, good breakfast, good staff.

Хороший чистый тихий отель. Рядом с вокзалом. До центра ходили пешком. Несмотря на то что были втроем и парни которые устраивали там бедллам приходили в чистоту и уют. Единственное мне не нравятся такие душевые, где душ нельзя взять в руки но это скорее поединки чем минус. Всем советую!

El hostal Demo es solo una ubicación y nombre, pues terminan llevando a los clientes a otro hostal con otro nombre y otra ubicación, lo que da desconfianza.

Everything was excellent. The staff was very nice. It was great to sleep there.

Сказать собственно нечего. В отель Демо нас не заселили. Отвели за угол в club hotel. Он явно похуже. Так что все это бронирование от лукавого... Возмущается не стали. Решили хрен с ним. Но в сезон имейте ввиду.

La habitacion asignada estaba ubicada al pie del baño del comedor, le falta ventilacion e iluminación.

Good value for money place with breakfast included. Upon arrival however we were taken round the corner to another establishment (which I believe belongs to same owner) instead of the Demo it's self, a very cheeky move. Over all a pleasent stay.

Great hotel for that price. Clean room, hot water, rich diversity of food during breakfast. I will stay in this hotel during my next trip to Milan.

A query was missing for 2-3 days before the arrival for the confirmation of the hour of coming.

It is possible to avoid errors of the broadcast of automatic reserving of hotel places in Hostels Club.

Pulito e vicino alla stazione centrale

pagué por una habitacion matrimonial y me dieron una habitacion de 2mts x 4mts con una pequena cabina de bano de 80cmtx80cmt, la union de las ceramicas algunas tenian champinones y el servicio de wifi no funciono, el servicio de garage propio no existia para el precio cierta publicidad dista mucho de la realidad.

The hotel was clean and good localated, near the train. Friendly staff.

Totally, I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for group of 3 like I did last time. The room fee would be cheaper while you guys can still enjoy the quality of a 3 star hotel. Clean and in very convenient position (100 meters from the Stazione Centrale), the staffs are friendly and good enough in english. That's all I need (though one woman among the receptionists were not really that nice)

we stat at the hotel for 2 nights, the hotel is near the train station, the staff is ok, we were on the 0 floor so it s not too clean

Très bien : rien à reprocher à cet établissement. Passé la surprise de devoir aller dans le Club hôtel du même propriétaire et qui est distant de quelques mètres seulement. C'est la seule surprise, mais pas mauvaise !

Hotel a 5 minutos andando desde la estación de tren, trato muy correcto y condiciones higiénicas excelentes.

Um dos melhores que fiquei em minha estadia na Italia. Só fiquei muito chateada porque ao chegarmos ao Hotel apenas deixamos as malas e saimos, e quando retornamos a primeira coisa que pensamos era ligar o ar condicionado (estava em Verao de Julho lá e muito calor), e nao conseguimos de maneira alguma, aí quando desci para pedir que ajudasse a ligar fui informada de que o ar estava ruim e não deu tempo de chamar o técnico - Agora vc imagina que eu fiz a reseva em Fevereiro estava lá em julho 5 meses de espera pra um hotel 3 estrelas estar com o ar quebrado, e durante os 3 dias q fiquei permaneceu quebrado, mas colocaram um ventilador lá,aí quando falei com a pessoa que estava lá ele disse: Mas colocamos um ventilador lá......Eu nem repudiei, mas fiquei chateada, primeiro pq um hotel daquele porte nao pode ficar NO VERAO sem ar condicionado, e sequer conserta-lo no dia seguinte, e outro pq eles podiam ter me avisado assim que cheguei nao esperado eu ir questionar. Enfim....de resto nao tenho o que reclamar, tudo mt bom, e o cafe da manhã é simplesmente completo e MARAVILHOSO. Ah, só um outro detalhe que nao gostei, diz que tem internet né,mas quando chega lá vc tem que pagar 5 euros por 24 horas....achei mt caro.

actually we are not been arranged to live in hotel 'Demo', but instead, another one nearby (just turn around a corner), the hotel is basically good compared with the one we lived in Venice, worth the price and recommend to try it!

The hotel was good. Not so many places to park the car. the breakfast was excellent. It is a little unconvinient that the hotel is in a flat (which other people live) and we needed to knock on the reception door everytime we want to go out.In comparison to the area of the hotel the price was too high.

O hotel é muito bom. Limpo e perto da estação. O wifi não funcionou no quarto porque ele era longe da recepção, mas na recepção funciona.

Hôtel très propre et calme. Nous étions un grand groupe à y loger. Notons juste qu'une des chambres n'a pas eu d'eau chaude...

Hotel bem confortavel, pessoal muito educado, cafe da manha muito bom e proximo de alguns atrativos. Recomendo com certeza.

Tidy and neat rooms, with very nice bathroom, LCD TV, phone, hair dryer. Breakfast included, although I felt disappointed with the coffee-like drink out of machine instead of real Italian esspreso.

It is located just 5 minutes walking from the Central Station and just 2 minutes walking from the nearest subway station. The area is rather calm and quiet, with hardly any bars or shops.

At the check in we had to wait to get our rooms, even though we were supposed to get them at 12pm - they were still not ready.

All in all, very good choice for this price. I recommend it to anyone who comes to Milan for sightseeing.

Una struttura semplice ma efficiente in una posizione invidiabile, a pochi passi dalla stazione centrale. Non avremmo potuto trovare di meglio ad un prezzo così vantaggioso. Complimenti anche per l'ottima e abbondante colazione!

Bom hotel! Quarto confortável com banheiro adequado e boa segurança. Excelente café da manhã. O Hotel é bem próximo da estação de trens e há uma estação de metrô a duas quadras como opção para evitar o centro a noite.

The room was clean and very quiet. Close to main central station and shuttle-bus to malpensa airport.There was though no door in bathroom and a bad smell from the drains, and no reduction in the price.

Hotel Demo is very near to the Central Station, we (two girls 19&21) enjoyed our one night stay very much. good breakfast (a lot of variety and good quality) and overall very clean and friendly.

good hotel, nice staff, rich breakfast, the only bad thing was the broken fan in the room, so it was very hot

Perfect position + more than friendly staff! We stayed just one night but everything was excellent.
