Бронировали номер с ванной. Когда приехали, оказалось, что номера с ванной нет. Якобы они поздно заметили нашу бронь, и в наш номер кого-то уже поселили. Никто не извинился, хотя мы приехали поздно, уставшие, потратили много времени пока нас отвезли жить в другое здание в район коллизея.

Decepcionado, en primer lugar no me hospedaron en la direccion original del hostel y me enviaron a otro lugar sin aviso previo, se supone que unos de las ventajas para reserva en el SOGGIORNO EMANUELA es que estaba cerca de Termini, de donde me podia mover a otros puntos con facilidad. Segundo el trato de personal responsable fue denigrante para nuestra persona y mi familia, despotas e intratables, y tercero, que es una verguenza y fraude, es que me cobraron de mas porque no respetaron los $ 24 Euros que pague de anticipo y me lo cargaron a mi tarjeta, y se debio descontar de la cuenta total. NO LO RECOMIENDO NI A MI PEOR ENEMIGO ESTE hostel SOGGIORNO EMANUELA y les solicito me devuelvan los $ 24 euros que me cargaron a mi tarjeta y no respetaron.

I signori il giorno della partenza si sono portati via le chiavi .non hanno chiesto se potevano lasciare le valige..tutto gli era dovuto...sono ritornati il pomeriggio hanno mangiato comodamente...mettendoci in difficoltà per la pulizia della camera per l'arrivo di altre persone..non ci sono parole per definire queste persone.

The room is clean, location is superb. It is a little dark and noisy - second floor of six maybe and the window is on the inside. The noise is not coming from the street but from air conditioners outside the room - it is steady so it quickly becomes background noise.

Llegamos y nos llevaron a otra dirección, la entrada fea y vieja. La habitación limpia y nueva pero no había en el baño ni jabón, ni champú, ni toallas para la cara. El personal ausente, no incluye desayuno. La ubicación buena. quieren que les pagues en efectivo. Por el mismo precio consigues iguales hoteles con desayuno y mejor ubicados.

Stayed in 4 bed dorm. Everything is really good: good location, really close to termini but still quite quiet, very clean, comfortable beds (I am not a small one, but fitted fine), two bathrooms with wc and showers (I didn't have to wait in queue not a single time), friendly staff. Good value for money.

Soggiorno Emanuela is not in every its parts at Via Calatafimi. Actually we staied at Dante's Square, maybe better than Via Calatafimi, but if you book for a place, to change is irritating.

By far the best hostel I've ever stayed. Surely it's more than just an hostel: even in a four bed dormitory the standards are those of a starred hotel. Thorough and daily cleanings of all areas, upmost friendliness, availability and professionality of staff and owner; it's a pity there aren't any more places like this in Rome...

Al llegar al hotel reservado nos enviaron a otro lugar. El sitio por fuera no era atractivos, sin embargo el interior era limpio y espacioso.
No teniamos incluido el desayuno pero habia una cafetera y microondas disponible para su uso.

Cuando llegamos al lugar indicado, Emanuela nos recibió muy amablemente y nos explico que nos quedabamos en otro sitio. A unas pocas cuadras y al cual nos llevó su marido Nicola en su coche. Excelente la atención y las habitaciones muy buenas, si bien la ubicación no es la mejor, estas muy cerca del coliseo y estación de metro a dos calles.

Very near to the TREMINI- within 10 mins.
There are many restaurants in a walking distance, Chinese restaurant is just the next door.
The room was very clean, large, and the bed is comfortable. there is a sink and small TV. in the room but I did not find WIFI signal in the room.
One thing I have to mention is you have to give a correct arrival time because the staff lives next door so she will be worry if you did not come up at the given time.
toilet and shower rooms were very clean.

We didn't get room we ordered (private doublebed).We were told by the owner that we have to move for the 2nd night to another hostel because they screwed something up in their ordering sys.

Good value for money, nice staff and relatively good location near the Termini. Didn't spend much time there awake so can't rate fun factor or atmosphere. Only cash payments :(

Muy cerca de la estación de tren pero alejado para ir a pie de los lugares de interés en Roma (cerca de una estación de buses urbanos) Por lo demas genial. Emanuela, la dueña, es posiblemente la persona mas simpática y servicial de Italia. Gran servicio, gran hostal!

I stayed in Soggiorno Emanuela with my friend for 4 nights.We were really happy in here.Because the room and bathroom were always clean.The location of it was really great ( it was so close from Termini).We could go where we want by walking:)It looked like a house and different people could stay in all of its rooms.Finally if you think to stay here,you shouldnt be worry about place;)

The accomodation was good, not exactly the one i expected, as i was placed in another location than the original one reserved - Plazza Dante, but the services were great, very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room is clean and the owner is very friendly. Rooms and Bathrooms are clean everyday. Nice location, only 5-7 mins walk from the Termini.

Nada más llegar nos dijeron que le habían dado nuestra habitación a otro. Nos enviaron a un hostal (en realidad un piso muy viejo y destartalado con 2 dormitorios) en una zona bastante peor, que era también de ellos. Nos dieron las llaves para todos los días y su nº de telefono y ya está, a nuestra bola. No nos cambiaron toallas ni un día, ni jabón, ni nada de nada. Solo entraban a hacer la cama. Solo hablan italiano. Y de desayuno incluído nunca más se supo... Os vais al bar! No lo recomiendo, sinceramente...

La habitación de 4 no está mal, tiene una cama doble y dos sencillas. Por las mañanas van a limpiar, el problema que te encuentras cuando llegas es que la habitación no se encuentra donde se había acordado y el marido de la propietaria te lleva en coche hacia la Plaza Dante donde esta la habitación, una plaza cercana a la dirección inicial

La pension esta a 1 minuto de la estacion de termini por lo tanto la ubicacion es excelente. La dueña del hostal es muy maja y te ofrece todas las comodidades que puedes esperar de un hostal, en mi caso una habitacion privada enorme, dispone de dos baños con ducha, toallas y material de higiene y frigorifico. Si tu idea es no pisar sino es para domrir y poco mas este es tu ditio

Super clean, super comfortable (important, ´cause you`ll come each night dead tired) and the landlady is most helpful. Less than 5 minutes from the most important bus/train station of Rome. Best hostel I´ve found in Paris, Berlin or Amsterdam. Even better (and cheaper) if you come in groups. Til next time, Emmanuella !!!

Il titolare è una persona molto corretta, ho prenotato tramite hostelsclub ma per un problema di ritardo di email telefonando il giorno dopo mi è stato riferito che in realtà non c'era piu' posto. Consiglio di chiamare prima di prenotare! Comunque il posto era pulito e ben tenuto.. molto vicino alla stazione e alla metro.

We were 3 Slovak for 5 days in Soggiorno Emanuela. The flat was very clean, the houselady made our beds every day and washed the floor every day. She also washed both the bathrooms. The room was simply furnished, but the sink in the room was great advantage. Our kettle doesn´t work because of the different plug but the lady brought a boiled water without any problems. The location was really great - only 5 minutes on foot to the Terminy but in the quiet street with the window into the yard.
I recommened this accommodation to everyone who is not very demanding

Un'ottima sistemazione: pulita, confortevole, a 10 minuti a piedi dal Colosseo e molto economica. La stanza assegnataci (matrimoniale con bagno)non era in via Calatafimi, ma in piazza Dante: Emanuela ci ha gentilmente accompagnato con la sua macchina e, nonostante lo sconcerto iniziale causato dal trasferimento, la posizione ugualmente ottima. La prossima volta a Roma so già dove andare a dormire!

Kun saavuimme hostelliin meitä odotettiin ja saimme hyvää palvelua vaikka saapumisaika oli puolen yön jälkeen.Huone järjestelyt oli kylläkin muuuttuneet emmekä saanet kahta 2-hengen huonetta vaan yhden 4-hengen huoneen,siitä pieni miinus vaikkei se katastrofi ollutkaan.Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävllistä,englanninkielen taito tosin ei ollut kovin hyvä isännällä mutta emäntä onneksi osasi enemmän.Asunto jossa olimme oli siisti ja viihtyisä,aamiaista ei ollut mutta keittiössä oli espresso-keitin ja croissantteja.Positiiviset tunnelmat jäi tästä paikasta!

Am petrecut 8 zile foarte frumoase in casa doamnei Emanuela.Tot apartamentul este foarte curat. Cele 2 bai sunt mici dar curate iar faptul ca sunt pe hol si nu in camera nu a constituit o problema. Camera cu pat dublu are o chiuveta, un dulap mare si o masa cu un scaun - loc este suficient. Exista frigider pus la dispozitia clientilor si un expresor care face o cafea si ceai lavazza foarte gustoase.

Recomiendo a todo el mundo este alojamiento, esta muy cerca de Termini y la verdad es que esta muy bien, con nevera para poder dejar lo que quieras, y television y ventilador en la habitacion, aunque la habitacion era muy fresquita.
Emanuela es muy agradable y vive en el piso de al lado, por lo que si tienes algun problema es muy facil contactar con ella. Ademas cada dia te limpian la habitacion y te hacen la cama.

I really liked Emanuela hostel- that is a perfect place to stay while visiting Rome- calm and relaxing. It used to be a private apartment some time ago made as a hostel so You feel like going "home" at some point.The owner is very polite lady and takes care well about business.

Une adresse d'un très bon rappport qualité/prix. Plusieurs chambres. Calme, aucun bruit. Accueillant. Propre. Proche de Termini station. Idéal pour découvrir rome en 6 jours comme ce fut le cas! A connaitre. Une bonne adresse pour retourner à Rome après avoir lancé la pièce dans la fontaine de Trévi ! Xavier
