Havanate

Very nice, clean and comfortable room. Claudia and Alberto were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Our breakfasts were huge and delicious.

A few days before our arrival in Havana we got a message that our room was changed from the original place to a place a in another street. We ended up in a window-less room in a very dirty street. It became so humid in the room that sleeping was hardly possible.

Good value for money.

Clean, good location, calm neighbor, and awesome host. They speak English good enough to communicate with non-Spanish speaker like me.. Just ask them if you are planning to visit other cities in Cuba. Can't believe it's only $20/night. ($10 each with your friend!)

ハバナ旧市街から少し遠いですが、20分くらい歩くと着きます。

家の場所は分かりやすかったです。

お部屋は清潔でエアコンも効いていたので過ごしやすかったです。

スタッフもとても親切で何でも教えてくれました。

帰りに空港に行く際はおうちの人にタクシーを呼んでもらうことをお勧めします。

空港まで行くタクシーはなかなか捕まらないそうです。

女性2人で3泊。清潔な部屋だし、部屋に鍵がかけられるので、プライベートをしっかり保てて満足。シーツやタオルは期間中同じものを使用しましたが、部屋のドアノブに「邪魔しないで」か「掃除願い」の札がかけられるのがよかったです。オーナーも親切でスーパーや両替所の場所を教えてくれるし、何より朝ごはんがとても美味しい！観光地からは少々歩きますが人力車で2CUCだし、一般人の生活を垣間見れて自分は大満足でした。

Very tide. Located in Havana Centro, far from Habana Vieja (20 min walking). Around there's nothing! So you always need to pick up a bici taXi.

We have been sent to another hostel with only one day notice. Was ok, but we took Havanate because it was meant to be nice.

Claudia y Albert fueron sensacionales! recomendamos con mucho entusiasmo una estancia en Havanate. Una casa muy linda! Nos gusto mucho la atención de nuestros anfitriones. Nos dieron tantos tips para descubrir la Habana. El desayuno que nos prepararon fue muy bueno. Muy buen jugo, frutas y cafe! La habitación tiene todas las comodidades necesarias para sentirse como en casa en la Habana. Aparte nos encontrábamos en una zona muy central y muy linda. Sin duda queremos regresar!!!

Te best casa in La Habana! Albert and Claudia are the best hosts, they respond to all of your questions and help you with everything. I recommend it to everyone!

Alloggio comodo per visitare il centro e l'Havana vieja. Camera con due letti, pulita e accogliente. Bagno funzionale. La colazione abbondante e varia. La frutta era sempre fresca e i succhi di frutta frullati al momento. Claudia e Albert sono stati gentili e disponibili: sempre pronti a darci informazioni su Cuba e sulle usanze del luogo. Ambiente familiare. È stata una bella esperienza stare presso di loro ;)

Alberto and Claudia are very nice hosts. We stayed in one house by ourselves and it was pleasant experience. Breakfast was very tasty and I would recommend to have it in the house. The only bad thing is the bed which was quite unconformable, but if you re not picky with these things, you'll be fine. Location is not bad, if you don't mind walking, we found the neighborhood and the city very safe for tourists. I would come back to Havanate

Rafael was a great and caring host. His house is located in La Habana Vieja really close to the boulevard and just less than 10 minutes away from Central Park. My favorite house in Cuba!

Great great family house to land in! Albert and Claudia are the nicest couple and they will always make sure you have the best experience in havana and in the rest of Cuba! We stayed in one of their houses by ourselves and it was such a brilliant stay. Clean big and quiet right in the centre of Havana. Definitely recommend!

It was a good appartment with airco and a nice breakfast. The hostes were very kind and helped with everything. The airco was very noisy and the shower was very small. Butt It was oké.

Clean and secure place. Renter wasnt helpful when asking about transportation or places to eat or visit. It was a nice place but I dont think I would stay here again.

Claudia and Alberto were very helpful and great hosts. The breakfast was delicious and I would recommend. They have a puppy who is so lovely and energetic if you like dogs go here just for the puppy. It is about 20 to 30 mins from old town and veradero which is quite a long walk to do daily. The hosts were lovely and left us to ourselves but were always happy to help when we asked questions. They had a fridge in the room which is so good for Havana as its boiling.

A lovely casa runned by a very friendly and polite family. The room was very clean and tidy, we asked for a vegetarian breakfast and did not get dissapointed; different fruits, juice and type of bread everyday! We were always full for the rest of the day. Albert and Claudia are very sweet as well, helped us with an airconditioned taxi to Trinidad and another good casa there as well.

Claudia & Albert are really friendly and helpful hosts! They are very patient and speak nice and slowly if you struggle to understand Spanish. We would happily stay with them again!

We stayed with Albert and Claudia for three days. The room was clean and really nice. They are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Whether it's to ask for help or for just for a chat, they're are nice lads to have around! The breakfast was very good, the location wasn't bad really, 20 minutes walk and you're in Havana vieja. This casa is the best value we found in Cuba. I definitely recommend Havanate to anyone!

Amazing! Claudia and Albert are such a friendly and welcoming people! They really help you wherever they can and they are the best hosts! The room where we stayed was super Cuban and really clean. The neighborhood is a bit tricky when you are a girl (white) but that is the culture in Cuba you will find this as well in the best streets of La Habana. Just order a taxi or go on a bike and it will be fine :) It was great!

HAvanate is a great casa particular with a lovely family. Claudia and Albert will help you anytime with your travel plans around cuba, can recommend you further casas, sights to see in Havana. We loved the breakfast! Fresh fruits, juices, coffee, eggs, bread...

The room is big and very clean. We also left a suitcase with them which was no problem at all. We hope to see you again in Havana, muchas gracias a Albert y Claudia!

J'ai été très touchée par cet accueil excellent et chaleureux sur tous les plans : écoute, services, gentillesse. Mon voyage n'aurait pas été aussi tranquille si je n'étais pas passée à La Havanate. Et en plus, c'est le meilleur petit déjeuner de La Havane !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Havanate es un lugar donde puedes disfrutar tu estadía en La Habana. El lugar es muy limpio, las instalaciones muy cómodas y lo más importante de todo es la amabilidad de Claudia, Albert y Laurita que te hacen sentir en casa. La experienia fue tan maravillosa que volveremos próximamente a La Habana y por supuesto nos alojaremos en Havanate. Olvidaba comentar que los desayunos son muy ricos!!!!

Die Casa wird von sehr sehr netten Menschen betrieben, die äußerst behilflich sind. Das Zimmer ist wie beschrieben ausgestattet und sehr zentral gelegen. Es gibt lecker Frühstück und auf Nachfrage gibts auch Vermittlungen zu Casas in anderen Regionen. Einfach fragen und dann wird alles versucht. Da wir kein Spanisch sprechen, konnten wir und meist in Englisch verständigen oder mittels eines Übersetzungsprogrammes - irgendwie gehts immer! Absolut empfehlenswert!!!!

La casa era muy bonita y la pareja que nos hospedó muy bueas personas y muy amables, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. La casa está muy bien ubicada para tomar bus o taxi o caminar a los lugares de interés
