Perfect working stuff

Estuve en una habitación para 6 personas, las mismas no tienen lokers y no hay llave para cerrar la puerta, así que mis cosas quedaron libradas a la buena voluntad de la gente pero no a la seguridad del hotel. En el baño en más de una oportunidad faltó papel. El wi-fi funciona sólo en el comedor, que cierran a la media noche! Te cobran por las sábanas aparte, por más que hayas traído las propias. No te emiten factura por tu estadía. Los colchones más o menos cómodos. Hay dos enchufes en toda la habitación y nada de luces individuales.

Le personnel est très sympathique, l'auberge n'est pas très loin de la station de métro et est assez facile à trouver. Le lit est correct et la salle de bain aussi. Bon rapport qualité-prix

Cheap and good hostel. Close to station.

I spent one night for €15 when I had to pay only €9(10-1) as mentioned on the website.

The room and service are so basic. I also had to pay additional €2 for the breakfast. So you'll pay €17 in total.

Pessima esperienza, 50 euro per una notte e non era un hotel ma un posto letto in camerata da 6 senza bagno, il nome non corrispondeva alla prenotazione. Sono andato via e ci ho rimesso l'intera prenotazione.

The best hostel in Milan! :) Clean and tidy with great service!

Je pense que c'est un bon hébergement, mais je pense également qu'il y a mieux a Milan, pour moins cher. Faire attention aux dates de réservation car leur site fait changer les dates juste avant de valider. Il n'y a pas de wifi dans les chambres, que dans le salon qui est ouvert que jusqu'à minuit ! Le personnel est moyen, et il n'y a pas de cuisine et fond payer leur déjeunée 2e (je pensais que c'était gratuit).

When you will get to the hostel you will be informed about the real price. Add 4 euros to each day. 2 euro some tax 2 euro for beddings. Of course it is not much, but I would like to be informed about such thing before I will come. When I was booking the hostel there was an information that breakfast is included, in fact it is not, another 2 extra euros. The rooms look totally different than the once you see on the pictures on the website. They are located basically in the basement.

Very nice people in the reception, speak good English.

The rooms are clean but there are very less charging points. The heater works fine but fails sometime in the toilet and bathroom. Coming from Germany, it was quite astonishing that many hostels function like this. But a good experience. I am sorry that we made some trouble at night as we arrived late and that disturbed some guests. But the morning coffee and the breakfast is below average. coffee was bad and not worth for money

Tuve un problema, olvide mi chaqueta de cuero en el closet de la habitación envie mail al hotel para coordinar el envío de mi chaqueta a Chile, pero no me respondieron.

The hostel was dirty and smelly. There was no Wi-Fi in the bedroom. There was no hot water in the bathroom. Heater in the bedroom was not working. The hostel charged 2 Euro for linen and another 2 Euro for city tax. The staff were very rude. I do not recommend this hostel in Milan.

The extraordinary atmosphere of the place with very friendly people. Great location. I would recommend this hostel!

El hostel esta bueno, el que atiende a la mañana medio no tiene mucha onda pero bien la atención todo!!! Volvemos en 2 meses!!

Quartos sem chaves, dois banheiros para compartilhar com todo o hostel, o WiFi só funciona perto da recepção, no quarto, sem chance. Resumindo, muito dinheiro para as opções a cima!

I had reserved the dorm beds 7 via the Internet as the last place available with a 5 € charge on my card € 2,50 immigrant arrival the guy at the reception serves me making me pay € 8 and 50 cents instead of 50 cents and € 4 and gave me a dormitory of 5 beds instead of seven as in my reservation! I refused and the hostel stole my credit card 2 € and 50 cents tricking and making me lose time the foreign guy at the reception is a real racist and discriminates Italians !!! advise everyone not to reserve rooms in the hostel because they are deceivers!

It was really good place to stay - nice staff and quite clean. Very important - no bed bugs!

The photos and descriptions do not match the reality of the hostel. There was blood and feces on the toilet. The beds were quite gross and uncomfortable. The was dirt all over the walls. We tried to leave and they tried to make us pay for two nights after just saying we only had to pay for one. There are no lockers for belongings

Położenie hotelu świetne - 3 min do stacji metra, łazienka w kiepskim stanie - nie posprzątana i nie pachniało w niej zbyt ładnie. Jeden pan z obsługi miły i przyjazny, drugi wręcz odwrotnie...

W hostelu ogólnie jest czysto ale to tyle z plusów tego hostelu, brak ciepłej wody w dwoch łazienkach na parterze, w jedenej z lazienek brak kabla i słuchawki do prysznica, obowiązkowo doliczane ręczniki 2e i posciel(przescieradło do przykrycia) 2e, podatek lokalny 2e. Na stronie podaja ze sniadanie jest wliczone w cene, na miejscu trzeba niestety za nie zaplacic. pokoje i łazienki wyglądaja całkiem inaczej niz na zdjeciach, prysznice a nie wanna narozna, łózka pietrowe. brak lodówki w której moznaby schowac sobie jakies jedzenie, brak chocby prowizorycznej kuchni w ktorej moznaby zalac sobie zupke chinską czy zrobic sobie chocby herbate. pokoj dorn 6 os od ulicy bardzo głosny nawet w nocy duzy ruch samochodowy. wi fi dziala tylko w swietlicy i przy recepcji, nie ma mowy o uzywaniu internetu w pokoju. Jedyne plusy tego hostelu to czystosc i 2 min pieszo do metra, tramwaju, marketu. Nie polecam Jarek, Gdynia

PLEASE BE CAREFUL! I had booked a room and the totale price to pay was about 60 euro, but to be sure I had written them an e-mail. They answered me that I have to pay about 80 euro because of the taxes and sheets. ANYWAY when I came to hostel they wanted me to pay 98 euros and the man form reception didn't want to explain why. Just said "you pay or leave" and teared up copies of ours ID. The staff was absolutely horrible. They were really rude and we had to find another hostel. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!

Zarezerwowałam z koleżanką kilka noclegów w hostelu Music B&B. Czytałam wcześniej niepochlebne opinie o wyłudzaniu pieniędzy przez hostel i nieprzewidzianych opłatach o których informują klientów dopiero na miejscu, więc będąc zapobiegliwą, gdyż chciałam uniknąć wszelkich nieprzewidzianych kosztów dokładnie przeczytałam wszystkie informacje podane na stronie w "szczegółach rezerwacji" oraz "informacjach dodatkowych". Dodatkowo postanowiłam wystosować maila do hostelu o treści z zapytaniem o całkowitą sumę jaką będę musiała zapłacić na miejscu, łącznie z wszelkimi dodatkowymi opłatami. W odpowiedzi otrzymałam maila o treści, że całkowita suma do zapłaty to 85.20 euro (zaznaczam, że już wyższa niż podana w rezerwacji suma 68 euro).

Niemniej jednak, zaakceptowałam tą różnicę, która częściowo wynika z doliczenia podatku nieuwzględnionego przez serwis. Jednak po przyjeździe do hostelu czekało nas wielkie zaskoczenie.Pan z recepcji skserował nasze dowody i rozpoczął liczenie, po którym pokazał nam kartę papieru z sumą 98 euro. Nie zgodziłam się ukazując maila jaki uzyskałam od nich parę dni wcześniej. W odpowiedzi otrzymałam odpowiedź, że "albo płacę albo trudno". Żądając jakichkolwiek wyjaśnień skąd wynika powyższa suma usłyszałam, że z doliczenia opłaty za pościel. Dodam, że wraz z przyjaciółką specjalnie zabrałyśmy ze sobą śpiwory i poduszki, aby nie płacić za pościel, która wymieniona jest na stronie w "dostępnych udogodnieniach" za cenę 2euro/os za noc. Poinformowałam Pana z recepcji, że dziękujemy za pościel, ponieważ mamy swoją. Pan wówczas podarł nasze skserowane dowody mówiąc, że musimy zapłacić jeżeli chcemy zostać. Żądałam pokazania takiej informacji na stronie, czego ten nie chciał uczynić. Na stronie bowiem widnieje jedynie poniższy zapis: "the breakfast is included for price more than 15 € per person per night,the breakfast costs € 1 for the price under 15 € per person per night ... linen, sheets, is included for prices 15 more than euro per person per night". Z czego wynika jedynie, że pościel nie była wliczona w cenę, ponieważ noc kosztowała mniej niż 15 euro. Jednak to, że coś nie jest wliczone w cenę (podobnie jak śniadanie, ręczniki, szafki) nie oznaczało, że jestem ZOBLIGOWANA by za to zapłacić. O tych kosztach nie poinformowano mnie również we wcześniejszym mailu.

Pomijam już fakt nieprofesjonalnego i hamskiego zachowania pracownika recepcji, który w żaden sposób nie próbował nam pomóc i czegokolwiek wyjaśnić.

Wszystko to doprowadziło do sytuacji, że o godzinie 19:00 w zupełnie obcym dla nas mieście zostałyśmy bez noclegu.

Hice una reserva 2 semanas antes de llegar y cuando llegue me dijeron que los disculpara que la pieza ya estaba ocupada y que no podian hacer nada. De qué sirvio la reserva y lo que pagué? Ademas no fueron capaces de darme una solucion.No recomiendo ese lugar

En mi opinion, parece buen hostal, destacar los espacios poco amplios (de ocio,) tambien creo que las habitaciones debieran estar equipadas (armario,mesa...) al menos las de la parte de abajo,en general esta bien conectado con la estacion del tren, con el metro lineas 3y5,

Lo unico malo es que te cobran una comision extra, aparte del 2% por noche,un 3% de nose que, yo tenia a pagar una cantidad y al final con estas comisiones pague el doble, muy mal eso porque uno lleva su presupuesto y que te suba el doble el precio no corresponde, debieran decir el precio real para uno tener claro lo que va a gastar.

Lo demas todo bueno, muy limpio, la recepcion es muy buena.

Un desastre, solo he estado una noche.

Terner en cuenta los 2 euros por dia que te cobran por las sabana y si cancelas te cobran igual la estadia.

Good things: good and cheap breakfast, bedroom cleanning every day, internet in the room, metro near to the hostel, you can let your stuffs with staff for 24 hrs, simpatic reception guy.

Bad things: turistic and linnen tax (2 euros every day each one), internet low speed, doesn't have lockers or keys for the rooms, just one bathroom for shower to more than 12 person, doens't have kitchen.

Directions written not precise. There is only 1working bathroom shared with God knows how many bed. And the toilet is in this 1 bathroom. The other bathroom next to reception doesn't have a shower head but toilet is spotless. Mina is friendly and helpful. Bathroom floor could easily kept clean since there is only 1 bath place. Not satisfied! Not recommended unless they improve on fundamental,

Si lo recomiendo, las habitaciones del lugar son limpias, el baño está decente pero entre después de un par de chicas que lo dejaron sucio y así permaneció hasta la mañana. Muy cerca de la estación del metro y del bus para llegar al centro.

Easy to reach by metro, but nothing special in the position otherwise. Rooms were clean, felt nice. Staff was friendly. Had soap and shampoo, which for me was a big plus. Would go again no doubt.

Person who work there are very kind , helpfull. Room was cleaned everyday,I will be remember Music B&B as good place.

まず、ホテルの場所がわかりにくい。in front of the station のようなことが書いてあったが全然違った。

また、ホテルの周囲には何もないに等しい。

スタッフも昼間の人は大変優しいが、夜の人は大きい音量でドラマを見ていたりと良くなかった。

トイレと風呂の数も少なく、衛生状態は悪い。

部屋はWi-Fiが入らず、換気も悪かった。

そもそも、眺めの良い部屋ということだったが、工事用具？のような物置が目の前にあるだけだった。

どこらへんが眺めが良いの不明。

昼間のスタッフがいなかったらもっと低い点になっていた。

どうしても他に泊まれるホテルがないなら泊まれば良いだろう。

Staff molto gentile. Mi hanno anche prestato un ombrello.posizione Non centrale ma vicino fermata metro Istria (linea m5).

Das liegt ein bisschen weit entfernt von Zentral. Und ich finde, dass es ein grosse Problem mit Schallisolation gibt.

ASSOLUTAMENTE NEGATIVO!! sconsiglio a tutti di andarci per tantissimi motivi.Personale scortese, trattano il cliente come se fosse un animale,ho riservato l'ostello tramite hostelclub.com,quindi pagando un acconto e il resto da pagare all'arrivo, appena arrivai in ostello sapendo già la cifra netta da pagare ancora mi dissero che oltre a quello dovevo pagare piu del doppio per motivi che neanche loro sapevano.La camera non era quella descritta alla prenotazione con balcone,tv ecc.. e poi òla notte un freddo, ho chiesto una coperta e mi hanno detto che non si può,poi la colazione è gratis solo per le donne, sei sei un uomo paghi "ma che carini che sono". Semplicemente vergognosi!!!

they turn off the heater at night… i really can't sleep!!!!! i need to wear all my clothing even the coat at night!!!!
