I highly recommend Waterland, it has great location and Roel the owner is super welcoming and cook every morning a great breakfast! However I strongly advise to select rooms for 2, the ones for 4 are really small

Accueil agréable. Chambre sont petites mais suffisantes. L'emplacement de la péniche est idéale pour visiter Amsterdam. Roel est un hôte à la hauteur. Petit déjeuner très bien.

Les plus : hébergement à 5 min de la gare centrale!Très bien situé!
Les moins: chambre très petite (une cabine). Personnel un peu froid et interdiction de préparer sois même ses plats ou d'utiliser là cuisine.
Pour petit budget et petit sejour.

Absolument rien a reprocher si ce n'est que les chambre peuvent être un peu humides du fait qu'on est sur un bateau, elles sont petites mais la literie est de qualité, les sanitaires et l'ensemble du tout est impeccable, très bon accueille.

El barco se encuentra muy bien ubicado, a unos pocos minutos de la estación central y unos pocos más del centro de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son muy chicas pero bien equipadas y limpias. Los baños y las duchas en general estuvieron impecables. El desayuno es delicioso y abundante. El hombre que nos atendió durante toda la estadía fue muy amable y atento. Lo único a criticar es la calidad y disponibilidad de wifi que dejó mucho que desear.

Очень понравился water land, хозяином коего является Role. Советую, т.к. чисто,опрятно,вежливый хозяин. Приятным удивлением был завтрак, который готовился каждое утро с душой.

If you stay anywhere in Amsterdam, stay here! The man who owns the boat is the best host I've ever had, and I received the best service there as well. When I was a guest and had to catch an early train before the breakfast time, he made his legendary breakfast early out of the kindness of his heart. Great host, great location, and a great stay. Would stay there again if I visit Amsterdam.

The staff was reall nice. She left us the key on the table in the kitchen for we arrived very late.

Das Hostelboot Waterland ist für Kurztrips nur zu empfehlen!
Roel ist super freundlich und stellt jeden morgen leckeres Frühstück und den ganzen Tag Kaffee bereit.
Von der Lage her ist das Hausboot perfekt, ganz in der Nähe der Central Station, für den Preis findet man nichts anderes derart zentrales.
Das Hausboot selber ist schnucklig, es gibt einen kleinen Aufenthaltsraum für alle wo man morgens frühstücken und den Tag planen kann, die Kajüten mit stil echten Bullaugen sind winzig, reicht für ein paar Tage aber volkommen aus!
Würden wir immer wieder genau so machen!

Roel was a perfect host and always friendly. He served delicious home-made breakfast and coffee with juice.
The boat is not very far from the city center (15-20 min by foot).
The minuses is you can hear almost everything what's going on behind the walls and people walking and moving around. Second minus is abscence of proper internet connection.
In general is a good place to spend a couple of nights during short trip to Amsterdam

Kleine, saubere u gemütliche Zimmer.(Kajüte) genauso die Duschen.
Ein sehr freundlicher Wirt, reichlich leckeres Frühstück. Kaffee den ganzen Tag incl, sowie immer etwas Obst.
Absolut empfehlenswert!!

Really great and peacefull experience.
Nice localization next to NEMO and to just 10 minutes by feet of the Centraal Station. Friendlyness guesthouse.
Very quiet. Good breakfast home made.
Just a negative point: the noise between rooms. We heard everything ! Bad insulation. Not easy if you stay here to sleep late..

Es un sitio para solo pasar la noche, no hay mucho espacio en los camarotes,desde luego no es para ir en pareja, más bien con amigos a pasar unos pocos días, pero el desayuno genial.

The boot is beautiful and very comfortable, right in the city centre. The breakfast was really hand made and fresh. We had fruits, eggs, cereals and great coffee. Thanks for the good time!

Waterland ist ein kleines, wunderschönes Hausboot und liegt ca. 200 m vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Der Bootsbesitzer ist sehr nett und spricht auch Deutsch, sowie Englisch und Niederländisch. Zum Frühstück gibt es allerlei Sachen, so dass für jeden was dabei ist (Müsli, frisch aufgebackene Brötchen, Brot, Obst, Wurst, Käse ...). Wer möchte bekommt sogar ein Speigelei. Frühstück gibt es von ca. 9:00 - 10:30 Uhr. Es gibt 10 Zimmer a 2 Betten.

Molto carino e particolare. Piccolo e accogliente, sembra quasi di essere un grande gruppo di persone che vivono nella stessa casa, davvero un bel ambiente. Molto vicino sia alla stazione che al centro. Consigliabile anche se ha le stanze minuscole e senza bagno in camera.

Great experience! Beautiful area, close, but not too close to the madness going on downtown. Wonderful free breakfast, flexible check in/out. Walls are quite thin and room can get a little chilly at night. So if you are not used to sleeping like this you might want to spend the money and stay at the DoubleTree.

die Unterkunft war super, die Zimmer sind war sehr sehr klein, aber wenn man nur dort schlafen möchte, reicht es völlig aus! Toiletten und Duschen sind sehr sauber! Das Frühstück war super, lecker Buffet! Für kurze Aufenthalte und um Geld zu sparen eine super Unterkunft!

The Waterland has been a cool experience. The rooms and showers/wc were clean and the breakfast was pretty good.
The location was great, just a few minutes away from the main train station.
The main problem was the noise: you could hear everything from the other rooms, therefore it was difficult sometimes to get asleep.

Closed to the Central Station and the City Center is Waterland. A houseboat with a great Atmosphere, a nice staff who make eggs for you. But it is very noisy there because of the thin walls.

Close to the centralstation, libary etc. The libary had a fantastic view with great restaurangs and café. Perfect located. Waterland was perfectly locasted and we were well taken care off. FANTASTIC breakfast. It was fun to sleep on a boat and really peaceful surroundings. I warmly recomend it. Not fancy but great place to stay at.

Esta muy cercano al centro urbano, las habitaciones son chicas por ser barco, pero se compensa por lo bonito del paisaje, el desayuno es muy bueno.
