Very friendly people, nice view from terrace with lovely breakfast. Room is fine, location also.

Amazing hostel with a rooftop terrace where you get the best dinner prepared by the lovely host! highly recommended!

We choose La Familia cuz it's close to bus station but another lady,with long red,curly hair pick us up,took to her Crocodile Hostal.She say:"we work always together with La Fam.".

She push to eat breakfast,dinner,she put liquids in fridge in room(triple price).She made fake stories to take taxi with her friend.She told me 1price,to him double price,after 1hour he made triple price.Discousting fights, liers in La Familia. Our distance from Crocodile was big to the bus.We demand to bring us for free in front of La Fam.(she didnt want at all). Then price for room was 9cuc higher per person.We say "we'll pay what we booked",so she ask to pay 9cuc more+she will bring us for free in front of La Fam. After all:we left money what we booked with fight,then she decided bring us for free(but noone wanted cooporate with her,no taxi,no horses)-everyone knows she pay 1% for transport & lie everywhere. It was worst hostal combination in all Cuba.

Yari is a very friendly host and a great cook. Breakfast is very good.

Leider war die Unterkunft voll, aber wir wurden von der Haushälterin zu einer Casa eines Verwandten, welche 200m entfernt war, gebracht. Also hat dennoch alles super funktioniert!! Top.

muy conformes mi señora y yo con el hostal, limpieza,ubicación y fundamentalemente el buen trato de sus dueños Elias y Yari, sus desayunos y sus comidas son exelentes, totalmente recomendable, volveremos a ir.

The owners of the casa were very nice, it's around 10 minutes walking from the city centre and 5 minutes from the busstation. The roof terrace is nice.

The best hostel I have stayed in Cuba, Yari is a great host, food was delicious. They have a terrace with a mini bar where you can hangout with other people. The place is very nice I would definitely go back and if I go back to cienfuegos i would for sure stay there again.

Buen hostal con buen servicio. Habitación privada con baño privado. Estupenda terraza. Servicio de desayuno muy bueno.

Nice Hostel with big rooms.

De casa is schoon en ligt op een leuke locatie in Cienfuegos, op loopafstand van het centrum. Nadeel was dat het bed enorm doorgezakt was en de douche levensgevaarlijk. Bijna geëlektrocuteerd (daadwerkelijk even onder stroom gestaan!) door de losse stroomdraad. Daarom geen aanrader.

I wish i could recommend this place as the couple that run it are lovely but I definitely wouldnt stay here again. The place was not clean, had no hot water during our stay despite constant promises to fix it, location is OK (10-15 min walk to restaurants etc). Food was below average compared to that provided by other casas we stayed at in Cuba. As a disclaimer this place was 20 USD a night vs 40 USD a night for the others we stayed at in Cuba so arguably unfair to compare directly.

バスターミナルから非常に近く、他の町まで移動する際には便利です。旧市街の中心までも歩いて10分くらいです。スタッフも親切です。しかし「眺めの良い部屋」というのは眉つばです。部屋からは外は見られません。屋上にテラスがあって、そこはまぁまぁ気持ち良いです。コスパ的には満足です。

Good location. Clean rooms. Nice terrace. Friendly staff. Breakfast was a bit disappointing for 4 cuc compared to other casas as the bread was stale and we didn't get eggs.

Not a great casa.

Small dark bedroom, no light in the bedroom, no toilet paper, one towel for the two of us, many animals woke us up at night (roosters, dogs...). The casa was not easy to find, the owner was only willing to help when she could earn extra money.

The rooftop terrace is really nice though, with a bar and a nice seating area.

We advice people to look for a casa at the seaside/Malecon instead.

This was the worst casa (out of 6) we stayed in during our trip.

This hostal has a beautiful roof terrace. It even has a bar and looks really inviting. We also took breakfast there and the lady, who served it, was always in a really good mood. :)

What I found a bit annoying is, that there are a lot of animals living in the inner yard and in the neighbourhood: chicken, dogs, cats. And that's why you maybe be waked up at 5am from the crows of at least one cock. If you want to sleep longer you have to take another hostal.

This one is located near the Viazul-Bus-Station, but you can WALK to the inner town of Cienfuegos within 10 min.

A lovely place to stay with fantastic food and a very helpful host. Fully recommend.

This is a great hostal, the rooms have comfortable beds, good air conditioning and nice clean bathrooms. The breakfast served in the morning is also very nice. The hostal is also located very close to the center of Cienfuegos, a 15-20 minute walk to the very centre of town.

La prenotazione non è stata rispettata, in quanto la camera che avevamo prenotato era occupata da altri. Comunque ci hanno trovato un'altra ottima soluzione, allo stesso prezzo, e nelle vicinanze. Il giudizio espresso qui è relativo alla casa in cui abbiamo alloggiato ("El Patio Andalus").

Casa dicht am Busbahnhof gelegen.Nettes Zimmer und guter Service.

The Hostel is very quiet, rooms are clean and fresh, and There is a great terrace on the roof. The owners are very kind and helpful and make good food.i highly recommend the place !

A diari ou Jiari ou ainda Giari não sei como se escreve é super animada, faz um esforço tremendo para tentar integrar os hóspedes. Tem um bom conhecimento sobre o que fazer em Cienfuegos e ao seu redor.

Praktische inrichting/meubels, maar de kamer en de badkamer waren klein.

I have spent 1 night in Hostal La Familia with my 2 friends. We had very nice room, one huge bed for 2 ppl and 1 single one, big bathroom to our use. Additionally great terrace with stunning view on the roof top. The hosts were great, cheerful people and the stay was comfortable

nice house with original art deco furniture. Very nice owners!

Super nette Gastfamilie, tolle Dachterrasse auf der uns das 4 jährige Töchterchen ein "Ständchen" gesungen hat. Leckeres und preiswertes Abendessen. Zimmer einfach aber sauber. Unbedingt empfehlenswert.
