they froze the money in your credit card for the whole stay as an assurance that you will arrive, and then you still have to pay in cash when you do arrive. And so far my money isn't back, ita been three days already. Apart from that, it's a very nice hostel and the location is great.

La habitación triple es muy grande. El hotel es muy agradable, lastima que tiene un piso por escalera.

Ninguna pega. Limpian todos los días dispones de servicio las 24horas del día, ubicado cerca de la estación de tren y de las zonas ha visitar, la verdad es que es un sitio que da confianza. Hay resaltar según mi opinión que dispones de un servicio de guarda de maletas por 1€ el día. Si queréis un fallo, le falta garaje, eso si, no lleves coche a Florencia, alquilalo, así que...

Very well situated, right between the train station and the city center (Duomo). The rooms are quirky but extremely charming and it's excellent value for money. Pertty much perfect for 42 Euros a night for 2 people.

Lief alles super!!! Das Bett ist fuer zwei Personen nicht das Groesste, ansonsten fuer den Preis mitten im Zentrum und den Hauptbahnhof um die Ecke unschlagbar. Unter unserem Zimmer war ein Restaurant, was auch immer gut besucht war und somit dementsprechend auch bei offenem Fenster ein gewisser Laermpegel war. Aber nach 24 Uhr komplett ruhig.

It was disappointing that the private bathroom was outside the room. Also there is no air-conditioning and Florence is very hot in the summer.

Hotel muito bom, limpo, confortável. Quarto e banheiro muito bons. Bom atendimento e capricho nos detalhes, como quadros, abajur, toalhas de primeira qualidade. Não há TV no quarto. Não aceita cartão de crédito. Boa localização, bem perto da estação S M Novella.

La cordialità del personale è buona,trovi 24h su 24 personale alla reception, quindi libertà di movimento. La posizione è ottima, sei a 300 metri dalla stazione centrale di SMN, collegata alla piazza omonima da un comodo sottopassaggio,l'hotel si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal Duomo, Piazza della Signoria, gli Uffizi, 10 minuti dal Ponte Vecchio, ecc. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo. Camera e soprattutto i bagni sempre puliti.

A very good choice for the price, the two men Roberto and Hussein were so kind, the lady...not so often, and there could bee more toilets and change of the bedlinen, but the rest was very good, I had booked no breakfast and can look much football on Tv.

barato,limpio y de trato amable,pero la habitacion que nos dieron estava al lado de recepcion y a partir de las 7 no puedes dormir porque te despiertan los ruidos de la gente,aparte de por la noche,oiamos al recepcionista pasar las paginas del periodico...imaginese por si quiere tener un poco de "intimidad" con su novi@

Very good location and helpful staff. Clean, if a bit sterile-looking. Unfortunate incident involving another customer screaming at the management at 2am, but other than that it was an enjoyable stay.

Nette Unterkunft im Zentrum. Sehr gute Lage, im Innenhof stört die Lüftung des naheliegenden Restaurants. Sehr sauber. Leider ist das Frühstück mit 5€ pro P. nicht billig.

Dieses Hotel (Hostel) hat eine gute Lage und ausserdem ein sehr gutes Restaurant direkt vor der Haustüre.
Die Zimmer sind sauber und freundlich.

Centrale e molto ben tenuto. Per chi arriva in auto: i gestori segnalano la targa ai vigili in modo che si possa arrivare alla pensione (che è in una zona a traffico limitato) senza prendere multe. Una nota sul parcheggio: se si vuole lasciare l'auto in zona i gestori sono in contatto con un parcheggio che costa 24 euro/giorno.

Me gusto un monton! El hotel esta cerca a la estacion y no tuve que caminar mucho con las maletas, aparte tambien esta cerca del centro y pude conocer todo con facilidad! muy recomendable!!!
