Hotel Ferretti Florence *

Very well situated, right between the train station and the city center (Duomo). The rooms are quirky but extremely charming and it's excellent value for money. Pertty much perfect for 42 Euros a night for 2 people.

It was disappointing that the private bathroom was outside the room. Also there is no air-conditioning and Florence is very hot in the summer.

I defenitely recommend it. It's safe and nice. Free wifi, great location,friendly staff.

It has no common room or kitchen,but it is very clean and location is good, very close to station.In winter rooms are very cold.

Very nice place. The workers are kind and willing to help. Very good location next to the central station and the city center. Small rooms but more then enough for the price.

A very good choice for the price, the two men Roberto and Hussein were so kind, the lady...not so often, and there could bee more toilets and change of the bedlinen, but the rest was very good, I had booked no breakfast and can look much football on Tv.

It's a chilled out atmosphere so you have to leave the hotel to meet people but it's a nice location :)

warm friendly welcome, excellent english speaking owners! clean and comfortatble value for money accomodation. In the heart of florence, but a little hard to find (or maybe its just me!). would recommened.

Very good location and helpful staff. Clean, if a bit sterile-looking. Unfortunate incident involving another customer screaming at the management at 2am, but other than that it was an enjoyable stay.

Very quiet and nice little hotel in a perfect surronding in Florence. Close to the river, city centre, train/bus station and many good restaurants. This is my second time here and I will try to return.

Very nice and clean hostel. The broken shower was even fixed on a Sunday! The owners are superfriendly and speak English. Free internet. Citycenter location.

Florence is a wonderful city, hotel Ferretti very clean and is perfectly situated near the station and the beautiful city-center. The staff is very helpfull. Very good breakfeast. We went with our two children (6 & 11 y) and they also loved it, especially the free internet.

Place was retro (more 50ties like)but absolutely ok. Breakfast was thin coffee, croissant/buns, marmelade: fini. But nicely located and clean.

At this price, you cannot find better. The best staff, perfect room, ideal position and a breakfast that will keep you going till midday around Florence!! Thanks so much Hostelsclub.

No Parking for the Car

This is a very well located hotel, good service. breakfast is ok, but the best thing you can find in a hotel is service. Which was offered in a great manner by the Front Desk staff, they were very helpfull. Defitively I will use this hotel again in a future trip and will recommend it as well as the web hostalclub to my friends.

Friendely little hotel. I had a big single room, with shared bathroom (always free). My window view was... an wall. Very clean. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Slow internet. 5 min from train and to duomo. Good price

The rate quality/price=~0.85, rather good. The room was clean, but the window was through a very little inner yard (~1sqm). So, the air was rather close. They have free acces to the Internet. The sanitary group is very clean. The breakfast is continental, and the I found nothing salty, only sweet. Pay attention, the number is "17 back", because on that street you can find also the number 17!

Great stay in Florence and the Hotel is really nice, clean and confortable. The breakfast is excellent (continental) and the staff is always present and really nice.

The place is near the main station. There was a computer for free internet access, but the access is really slow.

Very clean, big room.Nice staff.Very well situated, close to the old city.Good breakfast.One problem is a car park .One free car park is 15 minutes by bus.For others close to hotel you have to pay 25 to 35 Eu per day!!!

Very nice and tidy little hotel in the city center. I read a few reviews before I went where there were a few complaints about the rooms and the breakfast. I must say the breskfast was a bit better than I expected and also the rooms. I can warmly recomend this place!! Me and my friend had a very pleasant stay in Florence much thanks to the accomodation! :)

I stayed 3 nights with my friend here in Hotel Ferretti and we really enjoyed our time.The location is perfect, it's very quiet and peaceful and the personal is nice and helpful. We had a room without a bath but it was no problem. We never had to wait to get to take a shower for example. And an own sink in the room was a great thing! Our room and also other places in the hotel were very clean and the breakfast was good. Thank you for everything!

It was great to be here, everything was grand. Everyone was polite and helpful - even though we lack any Italian language skills. Come one, come all - it is very nice here.

We superenjoyed our stay. The hotel has charm in its simlicity. The staff is very nice and friendly and the room was clean and delicate.

The breakfastarea is a bit dark and boring and so was breakfast, but right outside was a small coffehouse with exellent coffe and sandwiches at a very low price. We will definately stay there again and also recomend it warmly.

The hotel is situated only a few hundred metres from the station. All places of interest are within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms and shared facilities are cleaned daily. Continental breakfast. Free internet. Very recommendable for low budget travellers.
