Ollanta Inn

I wouldn't recommend this hostel. It was a horrible experience. We arrived from Cusco at 5 am and were left waiting in the cold for more than an hour even though the owner had heard the bell and office hours were supposed to be 24h. Even other guests tried to open the door but they couldn't manage. The next day we tried to have breakfast at 8.30 am (it was supposed to go till 9am) and there was nothing left. Only a dirty, untidied table with a bit of ham and butter and some dry bread. The owner told us that should be enough and didn't even make any effort to clean up the table. The room was fine though.

El hippie del dueño se olvido/perdió mi reserva. Cuando llegue al hostal a la 1 de la tarde no había nadie. Estuve llamando al teléfono por dos horas sin que nadie contestara. La señora de al lado del hostal me dijo que trabajaba solo, que habría salido a comer.

Cuando por fin me contestó al teléfono me dijo que yo no tenía ninguna reserva, le insistí en que si, y el insistió en que no. Entonces la pregunte que si tenía habitaciones disponibles, dijo que si. Fui nuevamente al hostal y se la enseñe la reserva. Le hecho la culpa al empleado (PERO TRABAJA SOLO) ni se disculpo!! Lw pedí la habitación y el wifi y me contestó que venía exigiendo que tenía mala onda y que me fuera. (Todo esto porque no quise reservar un taxi desde el aeropuerto para mi llegada (un email que el mismo me escribió sabiendo el dia que llegaba y los días que estaba, y sin embargo luego "perdió" mi reserva) estafador! Hippie de mierda! Grosero!! Gentuza!! Date una ducha y limpia ese salón que está NEGRO de toda la mierda que tiene no como en las fotos
