This is the worst hostel in the world. I had a reservation, and the head of the hostel sent me an email that the hostel is full. He sold all place, even though I had a reservation. A few hours before I reach the hostel! I had to look immediately different hostel. No more such hostels! Do not recommend this hostel. Select another hostel!

I wouldn't recommend this hostel. It was a horrible experience. We arrived from Cusco at 5 am and were left waiting in the cold for more than an hour even though the owner had heard the bell and office hours were supposed to be 24h. Even other guests tried to open the door but they couldn't manage. The next day we tried to have breakfast at 8.30 am (it was supposed to go till 9am) and there was nothing left. Only a dirty, untidied table with a bit of ham and butter and some dry bread. The owner told us that should be enough and didn't even make any effort to clean up the table. The room was fine though.
