Charge for towels per person: 1,25€.
Charge for bed linine per person: 2,85€.

Payment: cash Euro upon arrival only.

*) This is not a hostel!
*) The house is accessible only for guests who are handed in the keys.
*) It is necessary that you let us know your exact TIME OF ARRIVAL at least 48hours prior to arrival.
*) someone will have to wait and let you in.
*) if its a late booking, you must arrive at 08:00p.m. exactly, but still you have also confirm this, please!

PLEASE use a VISA CARD for your RESERVATION.
Reservations made with different cards run risk, that you will have to make us know your visa card details as guarantee!

MOVE IN & MOVE OUT:
Accommodations are usually cleaned and ready to move in by 05:00p.m at the latest.
Accommodations shall be left by 10:00a.m on the day of departure.

LATE CHECK IN:
* must be booked ahead
* the price for the late check in is € 25,-
* late check in can be made within these hours: 08:00-10:00p.m
* a later check in is a problem!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
* In case of a late cancellation or No Show we will charge you 100 % of the total booking amount.
* Cancellations must be made 1 week prior to arrival. Cancellations of bookings over New Years or Easter must be made 1 month prior to arrival.
* Cancellations must be made via EMAIL to the hostel.

We recommend a holiday-insurance covering cancellation-risk.
