It is an elegant construction of the 50s in the residential division Boves (América Latina). At Casa Yaneva you will have the possibility to choose between three rooms equipped with air conditioning, hot and cold water, refrigerator, private bathroom, daily linen and wifi. Two of them are located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to three guests distributed in a personal bed and a double bed. The other one is on the first level, where the family also lives, and has a double bed. The common areas at your disposal are the garden, the portal, the interior patio, the living room, the hall, the restaurant, and the covered terrace. A garage is also available only 80m away in another family property. Your security and that of your belongings is guaranteed by a system of perimeter anti-intrusion alarms as well as security boxes in each of the rooms. You can order dinner, lunch and breakfast a la carte. You can also choose the laundry service as well as organized excursions in the urban circuit, the beach or natural
attractions. Casa Yaneva is very close to the area of the city declared World Heritage Site, just five minutes stroll.
