We stayed for 4 nights in Havana with 5 persons in 2 rooms

This casa particular is almost perfect.

The biggest issue for almost everyone who would stay here is the distance to the old city

Aprox 2.5 km but in this heat it feels double

So you have to take taxi's for transfer

The owners of this casa are so kind

We had a fabulous time with our super lovely host here. The case itself is a beautiful house, and the room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was fab and our host gave us lots of tips on our first day of what to see. The location was a 40 min walk from via azul bus station, and about 30 mins walk from the centre. Would recommend for such a good price!

This was our first accomodation in Cuba and wwe got really well taken care of, the breakfast was amazing and we got help with finding our next accomodation in Trinidad. I woulöd stay here again if I go back to Havanna.

This lovely family give you a real home, so warm and helpful, it is really great!! Breakfast is also delicouis, price is very good!

Casa run by a wonderful lady! This was our first casa and one of our best experiences with the casa. She really took her time to explain us everything and helped us to find our way in.Havana and plan the rest of our trip in Cuba. Location is in vedado, a bit outside of the centre so you can park your car in front of the house, but it is a bit far to walk. Bus and taxi collectivo stop just around the corner so this was no problem.

Perfect little haven away from Havana madness but still with perfect connections to all important parts of town. Mily the host is a jewel

Milaidy was an amazing host and by far the most accommodating of the entire trip in Cuba. She went out of her way to ensure we had a fantastic time and the list of Casa recommendations she supplied for other destinations was also great.

Cheap and varied breakfast, airport pickup, washing etc. She also organised a third bed for us. You won't regret staying with her.

We (3 persons) spent 5 nights at Casa Milaidys an were very pleased with this accommodation from the very beginning (friendly pick-up at the airport with an ancient car owned by Milaidys family) to the end. Casa is located in quiet residential area, and though it is not in the old town, everything important is in walking distance (30 minutes to Havana Vieja). We were greatly recieved by all members of Milaidy's family and I must point out wonderful breakfast. We've travelled across Cuba 20 days, but Milaidys breakfasts remained unbeatable! :)

Friednly staff, clean nice rooms with AC and huge breakfast (additional charge). The city center is in walking distance (15 min.). We stayed here twice during our trip through Cuba. Totally recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay at casa Milaidys! The rooms were very nice and clean. Milaidy was very helpful and helped us plan the rest of our stay in Cuba. It made our trip so much better staying here. The breakfast was delicious and very cheap. We would recommend everyone to stay here!

Milaidy is a wonderful woman who's ready to help you in any way she can! the meals you get are delicious and always in huge portions! absolutely the best place to start your holiday in cuba!

If you really want to get to know the life in a casa particular you should go to Milaidys. The rooms are worth their money, the breakfast, too. It's situated in Vedado, a safe and quiet area, in walking distance to the Malecón, the Plaza de la Revolucion and Cuba's biggest cemetery.

And best of all: Milaidys herself - you can't find a friendlier and more helpful casa-owner.

Without doubts: We'd go there again. Definitely!
