Yuliet and Erik very helpful, friendly people. I recommend them.

The first (and last) nights of our 16-day roundtrip to Cuba we stayed at Yuli and Erik’s house. We couldn’t wish for a better introduction to Cuba and Havana. Yuli and Erik made us feel welcome and safe from the second we arrived. Erik arranged a taxi from the airport that dropped us of at the house in beautiful Old Havana.

The casa is located 200 meters from Plaza Vieja square with all of Havana’s hotspots on walking distance. The room and bathroom were very clean and refreshed every day. The enormous breakfast was excellent and one of the best we tasted during our trip.

Erik, who speaks very good English, gave us a helpful city map and show us a large number of must-see’s and must-eat’s.

When the rental car we booked in advance turned out to be unavailable on the day we were planning to leave to Viñales, we called Erik for help and he arranged a room for us at his neighbors casa, Casa Alejandro (also highly recommended). He even called our casa in Viñales to give them a heads up about the situation.

We were happy to see both of them back on our last night in Cuba and we won’t hesitate to visit them again if we ever return to Havana! Yuli y Erik, muchas gracias por la hospitalidad :)

Yuliet and Erik were incredibly helpful. Great location. Room was clean and simple, breakfast was good.

Yuli and Erik were very friendly hosts, happy to help and give us amazing tips about Havana and Cuba in general. They even helped us with our luggage when it did not arrive at the airport and to find accommodation for the rest of our time in Cuba. Also, delicious generous breakfast.

Yuliet and Erik were great! Very friendly and helpful hosts, who made us feel very welcome and gave us advice on where to go. Breakfast was delicious and very big! The casa was kept very clean - our room was cleaned and fresh towels given every day. Fantastic casa! It made our stay in Havana perfect!

All the room is ok and the location and price are very good.

But we had a problem with the taxi that Erik scheduled, which didn't appeared to take us to airport and we need to find one in the streets at early morning.

I also didn't received tips about the city like other hosts gives.

Yuli and Erik are a nice couple that run this casa. They arranged us a pick-up from the airport so no stress about finding a taxi and getting to the right casa. The casa was clean and cosy and the breakfast was really nice. Our compliments to Norma.

The casa is nicely located in Havanna Vieja and most of the must sees are within walking distance.

The only downside was that the available airco wasn't working properly, but the fan did his job.

Perfect place to stay in Havana. We heard casa's in the Old center are normally much more expensive, so this is good value for money. Great hospitality, their neighbour Norma is great and makes you breakfast. Location is perfect, less Than 5 minutes away from Plaza Vieja. And our taxi didn't show up so Erik brought us to the busstation with his mum's car. We felt really at home in this casa.

Great location and very friendly hosts! Speak very good English. Room was clean and spacious. The hosts gave us a map and good recommendations regarding places to eat and activities. Very much recommended!

Erik and Yulli were great hosts. We enjoyed our stay at their casa very much. We had a private room with private bath. The room was very clean and location was perfect for seeing Old Havana. Norma made delicious breakfasts for us. We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay.

Awesome stay here! the place is in the heart of havana vieja, the room and the bathroom are super-clean and comfortable. the best thing of this casa is for sure the owner, Erik speak a good english, he gave us a lot on information about havana and arranged us whatever we needed during our stay, especially about transportation. he also helped us when we were in an other city in Cuba! Thanks a lot Erik, Yuliet and Norma for the great breakfasts! Hasta Luego!

We were at Yuli y Erik's for 3 nights and everything was excellent. The room, the location (Vieja), the taxi pick-up, but above all, the people! So lovely, instead of exchanging currency at the airport, Yuli & Erik offered to lend us some CUC's so that we would not have to wait in the long line and go out for a drink the night of arrival. A great start, so we'd exchanged currency the next day, after the nice breakfast at the casa. After the great tips and the markings of good places to see in Habana on the map we've had an excellent stay. Furthermore, when we came back to Havana for our last day, we flew in the evening, we could leave our bags at their place and they were so nice to arrange a taxi. A big thumbs up and absolute recommendation this place :) Thanks for everything!

If you need a casa in Havana , this is perfect choose. The hosts; Yuliet & Erik were very lovely, kind and generous.The casa is in the center of historical Havana center, perfect location. It has its own separate entrance and keys which is very good to feel free.They left us ourselves but when we need help we knocked their door (which we did many times) we got lots of help and advises. We loved staying here, we feel at home. Now they are our best friends in Havana.

Yuliet and Erik are kind hosts. My mate noticed he forgot a battery of his camera while we were in Vinales already. When i checked my e-mail, i saw a message of Erik that he found the battery and he would hold it for us until we reached Havana again. Location is great, really close to main sights as Plaza Vieja and Capitolio.

The casa is at a good location and the owners are very kind.

We spent two weeks in Cuba visiting Havana, Las Terrazas, Viñales, Pinar del Río, Trinidad, Cayo Santa María and Santa Clara. We stayed in hotels at the end of the trip (Cayo Santa Maria and our last night in Havana) but apart from that stayed in Casa Particulares like this. This was the first of the four we stayed in and we got a warm welcome after arriving in the cab that Yuliet and Erik had arranged for us from the airport. The room was clean with a private bathroom and ok (if slightly noisy) air conditioner. There was surprisingly little noise from outside at night, which wasn't what we expected. The room was kept clean through our stay with sheets changed, etc. We opted to have breakfast at the Casa and it was very good and plentiful – this was consistently the case everywhere we stayed, so perhaps we were very lucky. The owners were very willing to help out with recommendations and make arrangements for us, eg, a taxi to our next stop. Overall a very good experience and somewhere we'd certainly look at booking again if we repeated the trip.

This was our favorite casa in Cuba! The location was perfect, Yuliet & Erik were very nice and professional, and the house itself was very comfortable. We had our own space and private bathroom, as well as a common kitchen and living room. It was very clean all the time and Yuli & Erik were very easy to communicate. Highly recommended!!

Yuliet and Erik were very helpfull and gave us good tips, they also helped us arrange transport and our next Casa. The breakfast was great. Erik speaks English espescially for Cuban standards.

The only thing I would have liked was a clean towell espescially being there 3 nights and it being a very warm country a clean towel after showering would have been awesome.

We can really recommend this casa. It is very close to the havana vieja district and capitolio. We had a private room with private shower. Yuliet and Erik (and Norma (the mom) are really lovely persons and answer every questions and give valuable tips.

Erik & Yuliet are one of the nicest people I've ever met!! The location was perfect. Nice room with airco, plenty of closeth space, mini fridge and private bathroom, and they cleaned our room and changed the bedsheets every day. The breakfast was perfect (eggs, grilled cheese sandwich, fruit, bread, fruitjuice, coffee, everything!). They are also very thoughtfull: when there was a storm, they came to bring us umbrella's. Also, when I encountered a problem with my creditcard, they drove me all over town to help me fix the problem.. and then later on I found out they were actually on their way to a funeral (!!!), and they were late because they were helping us! That is how nice they are! (and I am sure you can imagine how embarrassed I was haha).

Good location in Habana Vieja, near Plaza Vieja. Very clean room, airco was working good and Erik was very helpfull as well. Breakfast was mucho! This place was a good start for our trip in Cuba and recommended.

Erik and Yuliet are very nice people! The room is clean, the location is very good in habana vieja. The breakfast is also delicious (fruit, bread, coffee and eggs).

All perfect except the discrepancie with the taxi they offered us to book. We will be happy to come back but will book the taxi by our own next time

Excellent apartment. Very clean, very friendly staff and very well located.

Honestly we can highly recommend this place! Yuli and Erik are a young couple and just started with their casa particular. They help with evereything they can. We really appreciated that we could trust Yuli and Erik an their recommendations and we felt very comfortable at their house!

What you get is a whole apartment for zour own with two double bed rooms, a living room and its own kitchen and washing machine.

The most important things are close by (supermarket, fruit market, plaza vieja and parque cetral etc.).

We would defenitly return to this place.
