The first night amount will be charged before the arrival otherwise the booking won't be guaranteed and the deposit will be lost. The charged amount is refundable.

The property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Free cancellation at least 24 hours before arrival date, first night of stay fee for late cancellation or no show

During Christmas time there is a minimum stay of 5 days and we will charge a 50% deposit (non-refundable) plus 2% credit card commission fees at the time of your booking on your nominated credit card. The remaining 50% will be charged on arrival. If you cancel until 1 day before arrival, we will not charge the remaining balance. However, you will be charged the remaining 50% if you cancel within 1 day or in case of 'no show
