The hotel is the ideal starting point to visit nearby attractions, such as the Hallstatt World Heritage Site and the salt mines. There are many swimming lakes and beautiful hiking and cycling routes in the vicinity. Our hotel offers a hospitable and family-friendly ambiance that is ideal to relax and spend your well-earned holiday.

Located in Bad Mitterndorf in the Salzkammergut region, Apparthotel Montana offers spacious rooms and apartments with free Wi-Fi access and panoramic views of the Grimming and the surrounding mountains.
Facilities at the Montana include a spa area with sauna, 2 children’s playrooms, a sunbathing area, and a terrace with views of the Grimming. Parking is available free of charge.

A rich breakfast buffet with a wide selection of teas, juices and cereals is for the standard and superior rooms already included in the price. Guests of our apartments can book our breakfast for a extra charge of € 8 per person (4 € for children under 15a and free for children under 3a). An excellent four course menu is available for only € 19 per person (9,50 € for children under 15a and free for children under 3a). The restaurant serves regional and international cuisine and offers a direct view of the mountains.

In winter a cross-country ski run is only 200 metres away. Apparthotel Montana offers a free transfer to the slopes.
