There were just two toilettes for 2 14-bed halls and one of them had no door!!!
Otherwise, it was ok.

Really cool decorations inside. The owner was so nice when I called at 12am to ask where my blankets were only to realise its in the lockers as he told me.. Really clean as well! Would defo be back!

The hostel is located close the city centre, it is simple and clean. I liked the living room where you could spend some time because the furnitures are old luggage, motocycle, so it's a different style for an hostel! I would just make the price a little cheaper on weekends.

Bad breakfast. The staff gives you a hard time staying here. We do not recommend this to even our enemies... unfortunately. There is only one toilet if you stay in the dorm. So people piss in the showers. I have heard of people sleeping with moles, and I have also heard of BEDBUGS!!!!!!

The hostel was veray clean, the staff was nice, you have the kitchen at your disposal and the location was not bad at all. Other than that the only downside was the CNN playing on both TV-s all the time which couldn't be switched off at all. The hostel's wi-fi was completely useless and there was only one computer avilable. The couches in the lounge were pretty small and stiff, but that's about all I could complain about. All in all, I would recommend this hostel to anyone.

Very convenient location, good and helpful staff, clean and quite secure place. As a minus - no breakfasts, but it's not a big problem, in fact, because hostel is near the city center, no problem to find any cafe or a shop. Generally, good impression, nice place!

Toilets should be ensuite or could have a washbasin to wash the hands (common toilets). For the price a better breakfast must be offered. I have been in cheaper hostels all over Europe and all of them offered me a very good breakfast buffet, it's a shame this good hostel (in general terms) do not have something more than very poor hot drinks in the morning. They did not open reception until 7:30 am, but they gave me the chance of checking out the previous night and bring my money back (10 euros of deposit for card access and linen) with any kind of problem. The morning of my departure, I just had to left the linen in a basket and slid the card under the door (a good choice when you have to check out very early). The staff was very very kind and helpfull. The rooms are clean (except kitchen where people shouldn't be so dirty when they cook) and some rooms are a little bit small if many people have large baggage. There are no lockers in dorms, only a common baggage room. I had a washbasin and shower ensuite with hot water all the time that was a good asset, but there is not any place to put your stuffs or a hook for the towel(something to improve). No liquid soap in bathrooms too.

Good location: it is near the center and near the metro. The rooms are ok. Some rooms have a private shower. The shower stall and the wc in the common bath are good too.

The position of the hostel is very good! Just 4 or five minutes walk from the center and its attractives. The room was clean, maybe too small for 4 people but it was ok though. I'd recommend this hostel to anyone

Great place to spend some days. Also if the wifi fi doesn't work they had some pcs for the guests. Rooms and bathrooms enough clean. So yes, you can go there!

The wireless internet didn't work. WTF?
Also, there was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms. There was a bad smell coming from the drain in the sink in my room. Otherwise basically OK.

A nice place to stay for a couple of nights only. And DO NOT think about cancelling anything, you will not get your money back.
BTW, if you hat the A/C noise, avoid this hostel: outside your room there is a A/C of a nearby building which makes an awful noise.

I really enjoyed at this hostel during my stay in late May to early June. I was welcomed when I showed up, and all the staff were really friendly! There were lockers in the shared room so I felt safe as well. Before I booked this hostel, I read a lot of reviews, good and bad, but it was really great for me. I will use this hostel when I visit the city again. The lounge was closed after 11pm or midnight (? I guess) which means I could not use internet at some point. However, wireless is available for free in the building so you can access internet if you have a laptop (Iphone, Ipod). Some people would have high expectations for "hostels" as if high star hotels. But if you are a backpacker, you would enjoy this hostel!

It's the best hostel that I've stayed before. The room is big and clean even the mixed dorm. I recommend and definitely stay at this hostel again if I visit Brussels.

I didn't like the staff in there, not friendly at all, you didn't feel they were actually serving you, they did it just for obligation, not because they enjoy customer service, also not helpful with tourist information so I felt all the time lost in the city, cleanliness is ok but not excellent, the location is excellent though, not necessary taking metronor anything, all the important sights are at a good walking distance.

I really enjoyed the stay here.The staff was friendly and kind, the shared space at ground floor with warm atmosphere was especially nice. I'm sure I will choose here when I visit brussels again.

10 mins walking to main square. 5 mins walking to supermarket and subway. Nice neighborhood, clean place. And hot water was really hot, as in most places it was not. Good price/performance rate.

It was really easy to find, very close to the metro/tram station and on a main street. I wish the common area had stayed open later than eleven, but the free coffee in the morning was nice. Great for a one or two night stay if you're not looking to meet people. The comforters were super comfy!

The mid-day shut-down of reception is pretty inconvenient but apart from that the hostel is clean and facilities are good. Breakfast in the morning would be nice. The location is a bit far from town and a bit of a walk from public transport.

Staff came into the room at the morning without warning and worked there without consideration.
Carpet on the floor is disgusting.
Bath door was not repaired and 1,30€ per night as a compensation is not quiet much.

Very good price for that location! Nice staff and very clean rooms and facilities!!! One of the best hostels I've ever been to!!! Would definitly recommend it - I doubt that you'll find a better hostel in Brussels!

Great place and perfect placement in the city. The place is set up to be a friendly atmosphere and very social with a lounge and multiple rooms. The only issue is that it was HOT as hell without a fan or even air. Otherwise great place, with free breakfast drinks in the morning.
And the place is a wet hostel - so drink up!
