REGATA PALACE Hotel was built in 2004. In 2010, the owner company invested and expanded the hotel, and in 2018 and 2019 completely renovated the equipment of the rooms. REGATTA PALACE is located in the southern part of Sunny Beach, 250 meters from the beach and the popular nightclubs BEDRUM and THE ONE.

The hotel complex has a total capacity of 48 rooms, divided into the following categories:
• 12 double rooms, each with an area of ​​18 square meters;
• 27 family rooms (2 main beds plus 1 sofa bed), each with an area of ​​22 square meters;
• 2 triple rooms (3 main beds), each with an area of ​​22 square meters;
• 3 studios (one large room with one bedroom and one sofa bed, each with an area of ​​45 square meters;
• 4 one-bedroom apartments (one bedroom and living room with sofa bed, each with an area of ​​45 square meters. All are completely renovated with LCD TVs with direct dial telephone, mini-fridge, individual air conditioning and a balcony, half of which have a wonderful sea ​​view, a private bathroom with hairdryer, telephone, panic button, as well as the convenience of specially selected furniture, high level of service.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

The complex also has a modern elevator, luggage room, currency exchange office, personal safe, infrared sauna, and fitness. On request, services of a hairdresser, rent-a-car, dry cleaning, doctor, room service. In front of the hotel, there are shops, a pharmacy, and bus stops for the centre of Sunny Beach, Nessebar and Bourgas.

The hotel has its own restaurant with a garden. Bulgarian and European cuisine is offered, with an emphasis on fresh and natural products produced locally. Children and Extra Bed Policy
This policy defines the possibility of accommodating children and the availability of extra beds in Double room and in Studio.
All children are welcome.
• All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
• All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
• All children from 2 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
• All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
• Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
