Guest House 'Alex' is a cozy brand new building. All rooms have private bathrooms and central gas heating provides plentiful hot water, warmth and comfort as needed for each guest. Pets are also welcome as our guests. The fully equipped with everything necessary kitchen gives you independence, diversity in food preparation and drinks as you have in your own home. For celebrations we have convenient big room. If you wish we can offer various breakfasts. In addition to that, the hotel is situated on a quiet street in the center of town, just next to the main square. Here around, on the old main street, are located all the landmarks and important admin locations. We believe you will appreciate the comfort of parking, which can be locked during the night. For winter sports enthusiasts our street is the most direct way to ski resort Borovets – about 9 km and the square beside us provides magnificent winter ice skating place. Year-round operates nearby excellent new indoor pool, so do not forget your swimsuits! If you wish we can take care of your ski and get them prepared for the next day and remain in storage until next weekend.Here you can get the latest information on the status of ski slopes, hiking trails and other facilities. Close by is the gym - Hall Arena Samokov where regularly various competitions and concerts are hosted. The guest house is very convenient for long term lease as well.
