About us
Wah Han Hostel is established in April 2014. It is opened by a fellow Singaporean who currently reside in Guiyang. He started travelling in China after quitting his job. Wah Han Hostel hopes to provide inexpensive lodgings to budget travellers, at the same time telling more about Guizhou Province to more travelers. The hostel is located in a remote alley, very private and quiet, yet after walking 5 minutes out, you can reach downtown.

Accommodation
Wah Han Hostel has 20 beds available. You can choose from your needs through our 2 Bed Dorms,4 Bed Dorms and 10 Bed Dorms. Pricing is as follow:
1 Male 2 Bunk Bed Dormitory Public Shower: 50RMB per bed
1 Female 2 Bunk Bed Dormitory Public Shower
Twin bed with Shower： 60 RMB per bed or 110RMB a room
4 Bunk Bed Dormitory Public Shower: 45RMB per bed
10 Bunk Bed Dormitory Public Shower: 40RMB per bed

Services and activities
We have a living room area at both storeys and an open air courtyard with a small garden. Chinese Mahjong and Catan Island board game is available for those who want to try it out!

We have a selection of books and novels, and we encourage our guests to donate their books after reading them.

We have a kitchenette, free WIFI, laundry services and we sell breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Surroundings
Wah Han Hostel is located in ring one of Guiyang City, yes, that means its right in downtown. Its a nice two storey house in a residential area, and you just need to walk 5 minutes out to feel the buzz of the city.

Smoking policy: All rooms are NON smoking, smoking allowed only on dedicated areas

Animals/pets accepted: Dogs not allowed in room. They can remain in common area and courtyard. No charge involved, but owner must upkeep hygeine of their dogs for the benifit of all guests in the hostel.

This property accepts only cash payments for balance. Credit/Debit Cards NOT accepted.

Other charges: Usually we round off to the nearest hundred for deposit. For example, one bed 40 yuan, we will ask the guest to pay 100 yuan, with remaining 60 yuan return to the guest after we check bed lights, bedding received in good condition, keys returned and any other unpaid services deducted..

Free cancellation at least 24 hours before arrival date, first night of stay fee for late cancellation or no show

We have hot shower 24/7. However we will switch off the water pump after 2200 Hrs. Also, we also ask our guests to politely refrain from using the courtyard area after 2200 Hrs. Guest can continue to use the interior living area after 2200 Hrs. This is to prevent our other guests and neighbours from being disturbed. Chinese rest early over here in Guiyang.
