Casa Bellavista Hostel is located in a renovated colonial house right off the Plaza del Chorro de Quevedo—one of the oldest and most historical sectors in the heart of the La Candelaria neighborhood. Our mission is to give travelers a clean, safe, comfortable and fun place to sleep, kickback after a day discovering Colombia, and meet people from around the world.

Casa Bellavista offers three different room types:

Pereira Room: Dormitory style with three bunk beds and three single beds. Pereira room has capacity for nine people and includes a private bathroom.

Manizales Room: Dormitory style with three bunk beds and one single bed. Manizales room has a total capacity of 7 people and includes a private bathroom.
Quimbaya Room: Dormitory style with two bunk beds and one single bed. Quimbaya room has a total capacity of 5 people and includes a private bathroom.

Armenia Room: Private room with two single beds OR one bunk bed and two single beds for small groups. Optional private bathroom.
Salento Room: Small apartment within the hostel with double bed and small living room. Includes sheets, blankets and bed spread. Natural light and good ventilation. Outlets for charging electronics. Private bathroom, WiFi and daily cleaning.

-5 bathrooms in total (two private and three shared) and 24hr. hot showers.
-Sun room with bean bags, sofa, and books.
-Bar/activities room with Direct TV, DVD player, and DVDs
-Locker area
-Wifi throughout hostel and computer access.

Policies:
-Check-out is at 12pm
-There is no curfew or lock-out, but please respect quiet hours in hostel sleeping areas.
-Visitors are not allowed in the dorms
-Payment must be made at least every three days
-Please respect the hostel and other guests. If you break or damage something, we will ask you to replace it.
-Let us know your departure date at least one day in advance
-Drugs are not permitted in the hostel

Casa Bellavista offers lots of tourist information and activities around the city, such as bike tours, party buses with other hostels and ecological hikes in the mountains around Bogota. And for those days in the hostel, you can relax with a book and take in the view from our sun room, take a free salsa class in our activities room, or cook your own meal from one of the recipes our guests leave on the kitchen wall. Don´t forget to step outside the hostel and catch some live music in the plaza!
