don't go to that thief's. we had a reservation and they had give the room to another. we was arrived to Dubrovnik and we didn't have somewhere to staying. after a fighting with them they send us to another room with same price 3 km away from old town and we had to climb more than 500 steps when we turn back from old town. don't trust them for a reservation you can be without room. of course i'm not recommend it, it was the most awful experience i ever have for the trip

We had a very nice stay! Thank you!

Lovely place: rooms not huge but clean and cozy, we slept very well. Shared bathroom was speckless; we didn't quite understand the hot water boiler but that was ok. We loved the terrace and the garden, the view over the city. It's not too far into the old town, although quite some steps but that's the same for almost every place in Dubrovnik. Very good value for money. We wanted to stay there again but they were already booked out. :-(

Maria and her son were very warm and helpful (although Maria doesn't speak to many foreign languages). Reservation & payment went without problems.

Directions: Where the small steps (Ivana...#10) to Rooms Maria go up, there is a little lion figue on the top, right next to a travel agency, between the parking garage and Pinky's Coffee bar (have some coffee! also take-away).

Very nice appartment pretty close to the old center of Dbrovnik, ver nice view of Dubrovnik from the appartment. The room was quite noisy because of the shower just next to the room, and in general. The old center is about 10min by feet from the appartment. It's pretty difficult to park a car for several days, since we need to pay almost everywhere to park the car.
