Booked, sent an email for confirmation, they told me everything was OK and when I arrived to the Casa, it was full, I had to look for another Casa to spend the night. They did not refund my reservation and, I even had to go looking for Lumey and Osdany because they were not even in the Casa. HORRIBLE
