About us
The house was builted in 1918, and we rent since 2003. This place has high ceilings and large doors/windows with a very nice natural ventilation and illumination.
Accommodation
we rent 2 private double rooms, with TV, air conditioning, fan, fridge, 2 beds, windows among other amenities. Both of them with nice natural illumination through the windows.
Services and activities
The living room has an antique decor, the original of the house. Also has a balcony to the Neptuno st. We offer also breakfast, laundry service, transfer to and from the airport, dinner, etc.
Surroundings
The neighbourhood is very quiet and nice. You can breath here the University enviroment. It's very central so all the places are easy to reach inclusive by walking.
