I didn't stay there - when I finally found the place a man with bad manners opened the door to a staircase that I could not cope with. It is not the same as in the pics on the website. bit of a fraud really. Looked like a bit of a dump, but I didn't actually even try to get up the stairs so I can only give you my impressions from my brief encounter with the guy and what I saw.

We had a great stay with Nancy and Fidel! The accommodations were perfect and the location was very convenient. Fidel helped us arrange taxis when needed.

This was a fantastic place to stay. Fidel was very welcoming along with all of his family. Very informative and was able to recommend restaurants, beaches, currency exchange, and some sites to visit. And most of all, the place was spotless clean!!!!
