Accommodation
My property is an apartment, with a sitting-dinning room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, air conditioned, with a double bed and one little personal bed for, if necessary, a child. The apartment has all the furniture and equipment, of course, and hot water 24 hours, 220/110 v., phone, etc. I am staying close to it, and do the cleaning, change of bed clothes and towels, etc.

Services and activities
The apartment is not big, but cute. Has no other amenities than the ones for living. I usually advice the guests about the means of transportation, the restaurants, theaters, night clubs, museums, etc. and the ways to access to them, all in a comfortable, fast and economic way. They are not far; we are practically on the center of the city.

Surroundings
At four blocks there is the Plaza de la Revolución –now the geographic center of the city- and at similar distance the central bus station, to go to provinces; the guest may access, by foot, taking the main avenues very close to the house Ayestarán, Rancho Boyeros and 20 de Mayo- in a few minutes to 'La Rampa' (heart of Vedado neighbourhood), with plenty of restaurants, clubs, the most important hotels, etc., to the Havana Malecón (in the Harbour coast), and approximately in 30 minutes to Old Havana, attractive to every visitor.
