I'm writing to express I'm so disappointed with this reservation. The address does not exist, I had to book a new apartment in the moment, since it was impossible to find the provided address. Besides, I've been charged for the reservation in my credit card, AND THE ADDRESS DOES NOT EXIST.
TOURISTS, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK HERE; IT'S A FRAUD!!

Sorry Belen that you were deceived by the driver as the direcion if there and fit well, what happens is that taxi drivers will achieve take them to a place where they give them a comicion of 5 cuc per night, they do not find the direcion and so convince them of the nonexistence of place intended for tourists, really your comment is well distant of comments from other customers that if they have been in my house, you also had to call my cell, I was up the night waiting 12of

Very nice stay. Great Location for us as we could walk to the Rolling Stones Concert. 1st time wie booked through hostelsclub, great experience. We would 100% recommend

Alba is simply wonderful. She greeted us well, managed to find us a taxi from the airport at a really cheap price and was just wonderful in answering all the questions we had and helped us in any way. We even called her a week after our stay and she helped us no problem! The apartment was extremely and perfect for our stay. Thank you Alba!

Great stay, marvellous attenton. Nice to enjoy Cuba in this accomodation. If breakfast were served in bed, I would stay for the rest of my lífe! Good value for what you pay and perfect situation. Nayda, thanks for your treatment and as talked before towells change everyday will make a 100. I'll repeat next time in Cuba!
