About us
The building, where the apartment is located, is from 50's decade of XX century. It is a clean building at the commercial heart of the city. For short stay travelers in Havana because is close to Old Havana, to El Malecon and to to the sea. But, also for long stay as student because is near to the Havana's University. Surrounded by cafes, restaurants, theaters, clubs, etc.

Accommodation
Our apartment is an Studio-Apartment. Only one room with a separate private bathroom and separate kitchen. There are 2 single beds but, they are used as independent beds and as king size bed. We supply clean towels, clean bed's sheets, cleaning services, bran new A/C, ceiling fan, too many light (several windows), etc.

Services and activities
In the Studio-Apartment, all areas will be in use just for you (not common areas) but outside of the apartment, the common areas is the elevator and stairs. It's very quiet and safe building, so you will not have any problem at common areas.

Surroundings
Located at downtown, surrounded by restaurants, theaters, cafes, etc. Walking distance to Old Havana and to El Vedado. The best private restaurants in Havana (San Cristobal and La Guarida), are located close to my place. We are located close to several excellent coffee-shops for breakfasts, lunches and/or dinners.

Why should you stay with us
My place is perfect for you because it is a safe, clean and comfortable apartment at Havana's downtown. Ideal for couples or solo travelers. Not for groups (capacity: 2 guests) but we can arrange accommodation in the same building or in the same block for another guests if needed. Thank you very much.
