About us
At Valia B & B you will find a modest but cozy house with friendly and familiar environment. I and my family will guarantee you a pleasant stay and we can provide you transportation from and to the airport or any other city hubs if you need it. The property was established two years ago and it is conveniently located in one the safest neighborhoods of the city.

Accommodation
The house feature a one bedroom with a queen bed and the possibility of adding one twin bed if you are traveling with a child or other family member. The bedroom is air-conditioned and also has a fan, table lamps, closet, linens, towels, etc. The house have a private bathroom with hot/cold water, and an entire kitchen-dining room equipped with gas stove, a refrigerator, a rice cooker, toaster, etc, all at your own service and we can offer you a healthy and delicious breakfast if requested.

All the common areas are available for the guest and include one air conditioned bedroom, one private bathroom with hot/cold water, a full equipped kitchen-dining room and a living room with TV.

Valia B & B house is at 10 min of the Fantasia Shop, 20 min of the Farmer's Market and the Super Market 4ta y Garzón. It is also close enough to some cultural and tourist attractions and I can guide you to some of them like The Heredia Theater, The Tropicana Cabaret, The Melia Santiago Hotel, The Americas Hotel, The Uvero Restaurant, The Jardines Restaurant, Palmares Restaurant, the Museum 26 of July, The Revolution Square, and it is about 30 min of walking distance to the downtown.
